@catherine_mayer I managed one month with EE (via UW) before leaving. Terrible signal - like it was 2001 again - both in town and the countryside. Went back to O2 via Giffgaff, not probs at all now.

@AntiSilence666 @giffgaff That's not a bad shout. For all I use the phone for, and especially over this pandemic I feel we've all been ripped off because we're using WiFi not cell data.

@rowdy_claire @O2 @giffgaff I still have a year in my contract and can’t afford to buy out but I won’t be staying when it’s up, even if my work gets me discount. It’s next to impossible to speak to anyone! It’s terrible! Never had this issue when I was with EE!

@giffgaff Not what I asked for. Not helped in anyway. I will be leaving Giffgaff as this is a joke. This is the only phone network I have used that has no customer service team. @Ofcom please investigate
