@catherine_mayer I managed one month with EE (via UW) before leaving. Terrible signal - like it was 2001 again - both in town and the countryside. Went back to O2 via Giffgaff, not probs at all now.

@giffgaff @o2 have you dialled down your coverage? I got a 5G SIM recently and the 3/4G coverage is dreadful... I've never even seen 5G...

@_gordongeorge @giffgaff That’s is a device setting and not network/giffgaff one. Have a look in your phone settings. Go into contacts and call settings to see if number is already blocked.

@DavidAHowe1 @giffgaff I’d had it 8 weeks and under warranty but wanted double to fix it! There is a law I can’t remember off too my head but if was sold to you and breaks within a certain time they likliehood is was faulty on receipt and I quoted that! Hope you get sorted for your dad
