@catherine_mayer I managed one month with EE (via UW) before leaving. Terrible signal - like it was 2001 again - both in town and the countryside. Went back to O2 via Giffgaff, not probs at all now.

@O2 I did a phone contract for an iPhone and also port my sim from Giffgaff to O2. I need to change to your cheapest plan or move back my line to my old arrangement. Your customer service lines have not been reachable and this is very frustrating.

@giffgaff @giffgaff I have tried reaching out to complain about your service being very poor indoors in my area, but haven't gotten a reply. At this rate, I might have to switch SIM providers unfortunately.

@CHartleyPhotos You could go sim only with @giffgaff - v.cost effective You could try going to settings and then mobile networks, changing to 3g networks when in crowds/test other options. 4g networks can be 2 busy in crowded areas. Or complain to o2 - can help or receive compensation

@giffgaff Got a Survey email that at the end said if my SIM card isn't used for calls or texts in 6 months it'll be shut down & deemed unused. Concerned you do not incl Data in that, as I use it in my iPad & iPad can't be used for network calls & texts. So what will happen to it?

@ems280204 @giffgaff Is it a 5 digit shortcode number? If it is there can be problems trying to text them from giffgaff even when you have credit but the most common solution is to put a + symbol at the beginning of the number.

@SMARTYMobileUK hey, so you do free (same, e.g smarty) network to network calls, even without a package like Giffgaff do?
