@catherine_mayer I managed one month with EE (via UW) before leaving. Terrible signal - like it was 2001 again - both in town and the countryside. Went back to O2 via Giffgaff, not probs at all now.

Hi @giffgaff I’ve been having issues with my phone an I think it’s due to a mast having problems I use the network for important things can I please speak with someone in costumer service

  • Rose19630352 Rose (@Rose19630352) reported

What on earth is happening with @giffgaff no messages are going through even with data etc and signal - using a goody bag in France and still saying no data - I can’t call / message nothing

  • ClareQ12 Clare-REAL socialists wear masks 😷 (@ClareQ12) reported

@ThreeUK Switch to @giffgaff, you get more data and the customer service isn't as appalling as Three, who I am utterly convinced by now are a joke company. Its the only explanation 😬

@jmoulfrancis Hey there, J'Moul. Regrettably we don't support eSIM cards at the minute. - giffgaff Megan

  • TheePLS PLS (@TheePLS) reported

Anyone else on #GiffGaff #o2 had little to no signal or data the past few days? As soon as I leave my house I can’t make any calls or data goes to 3G and i can’t pay for anything.. changing my provider I think.

  • megabethbob 👑Rhaenyramazonian👑 (@megabethbob) reported

@sianhutchy voxi is best by FAR. signal miles better than three and giffgaff, and social media use doesnt count towards data use

  • Carswift Cars (@Carswift) reported

@giffgaff I would have understood a gradual increase over the years - it didn't make sense that I was paying the same since October 2015 until March 2023. This now looks bad on giffgaff because rises of >30% are difficult to digest. Maybe adding more data to goody bags could mitigate.

  • 1BenBaller Ben Baller (@1BenBaller) reported

@CaptainHippo @giffgaff Hi Chris, a restart of your phone might fix that. It’s possible your phone connected to the wrong mast.

  • katbarnsley katie (@katbarnsley) reported

@giffgaff why has someone i know received a random sim card through the post? not even her full name or anything and sent to our work address? please help this is scary

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@QueefMagenta Hi there. We don't place the restriction to specific websites, it would be that website has classed itself as over 18s, or sections of it, which would be why you can't access it directly from our network. - giffgaff Tasbiya
