    @catherine_mayer I managed one month with EE (via UW) before leaving. Terrible signal - like it was 2001 again - both in town and the countryside. Went back to O2 via Giffgaff, not probs at all now.

    @YvonneM28 @Holz_mfc Same here with giffgaff which just like Sky uses the O2 network. Am considering switching to 3 network (maybe Smarty) to see if it works any better.

    @giffgaff Perhaps you could tell me the category, sub category, and sub sub category that is closest to my issue. That might be 'helpful'. Something which customer support is supposed to be. Be better.

    I'm sorry but how can it be so bad? My WiFi connection is down again so I can't access anything on my laptop or the Firestick. I can use my phone to access but only when I turn off my WiFi (i.e. Data is working, thanks GiffGaff). But @TalkTalk wifi? Nothing.What am I paying for?
