    @giffgaff Hey GiffGaff, got my sim today and have been trying to activate for the past hour. It's not letting me login using my email and I can't remember my member name. Texting 43430 doesn't help. Any suggestions please.

    @sammy56373846 @GiftyAkuamoah1 @giffgaff Yes,once your old sim loses signal,insert your new one and restart your phone every 10 minutes or so until you have network coverage. Yes again,all transfer requests submitted before 5pm on Friday are carried out on Monday.

    @giffgaff Having a chat with a mate, He said "@giffgaff's a network I rate". Well mine was a *****, So I just made the switch. For the last seven years they've been great (actually, I think its 9 years but 7 scans better) #NationalLimerickDay

    @giffgaff yoooo what’s happening with your signal today? i’m going from no bars, to 4G that doesn’t load, to 3G that works perfectly? my signal and 4G just keep deciding to not work basically

    @kaihendry @Barclays I spent almost four hours on the call to Barclays last week doing the same after moving from a Barclays Private Client International acct to personal. They really only support UK numbers now. I luckily had a GiffGaff SIM to make it work :(

    @zombiestyled @giffgaff The problem is when there's an issue which isn't always but let's face it, does happen from time to time, I am then waiting until the next day for a reply which isn't very helpful.

    @dalehay @O2 @giffgaff Mate O2 are ******* awful. I live in Liverpool city centre and have had shocking signal issues. Just left them and went to ee. May be more expensive but at least I can use my phone!

    @giffgaff Please help, I have lost my phone and the password for my giffgaff. I want to replace my sim but each time I request a password reset on my giffgaff account giffgaff says it has sent it either via text (and I don't have my phone) or by email but it so far hasn't arrived
