  @giffgaff site says i can only add credit. i want to buy a plan. brings this up but also wont let me press anything. paypal also not working. Don’t have any other devices.

  @Ricky_ting777 @dbcxptures Strange, I spend most of my days in the country or near/on farms and it has done a full 180. Was giffgaff for years until this issue forced me to try something new

  @ajzxne Giffgaff doesnt own or have to invest, develop or maintain any network infrastructure. They just piggyback networks.

  @O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.

  @7armer @lateantique @Gio45ive Mobile Virtual Network Operator. A network with no (or almost no) physical infrastructure that piggybacks off of another network. Giffgaff and Sky Mobile are on the O2 network. VOXI and Lebara are on the Vodafone network.
