  • redbyname Ruaraidh Gillies 1️⃣9️⃣🖐🏼☝🏼️ (@redbyname) reported

@giffgaff Thanks. Is that something I should try when I'm having difficulty getting a connection, or if I do it now (when I'm sat at home) could it prevent problems in the future?

@PeterClaydon We can understand how inconvenient this must be Peter. When we check the postcodes for the Bristol and Paddington stations, we can see the network is busy in those areas, so this would be why the data is running slower than usual. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@SwanChaiBaldwin If possible, please try your SIM in a different phone to see if the issue persists. Send us a DM and we can get further info from you, to check your account. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff I want to know if I can use mobile broadband without breaching the fair use policy. You want me to make an account in order to ask a question about becoming a customer though - err, no thanks. So, can I use 4 or 5 Gb per day?

  • SwanChaiBaldwin Swan Chai Baldwin (@SwanChaiBaldwin) reported

@giffgaff my phone has had no reception all day (on a 248mile round trip journey when I’ve needed it probably more than I have in two years!). Please can you let me know if there are any outages or who I can contact to get help to fix. Thanks
