@sebtweet Unfortunately, we are an online network only and have no number for you to call us on and vice versa as our systems do not have access to phones. You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions – giffgaff Nicole

@giffgaff Hi, I've to make a video call on my phone but that does not seem to be an option and internet search seems to indicate this might be a service provider feature - is it? Also found references to wi-fi calling and again that seems to be a service provider thing.

@heatpolicyrich "confusion marketing" is a quagmire. Suppose you'll know apple to apple worldwide's free in facetime audio or video. In UK Giffgaff pay as you go is a cheap O2 network my Tech savy son got me. (Aim: take Erricson £20 PAYG with me always in the winter should I fall in garden)

@Peter_Bennet Both phones would need to support video calling to have the option to do that usually, Peter. What's the make and model of phone that you're using? - giffgaff Emer.
