@giffgaff Still not working. I think I’ll just change to 02. This is ridiculous

@manx_maid We're very sorry about this Stephanie. If the website is blocked, then this is due to the website placing an over 18s link to it, not us. Each website has coding which is sent to the network and this is what we've picked up. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@barnstormed @giffgaff As long as you have a giffgaff 5G sim installed and are in a 5G area then yes you should. The 8 series including the Nord had problems with O2 5G but the last I saw from Oneplus in their forum was that the 9 shouldn't have the same problem.

@giffgaff Hi, I haven't been able to receive any SMS to my mobile for days now. I can't do my online banking, I can't pay my clients. My business is affected. I might lose my house. Please help me!

@giffgaff Have topped up but system won't let me use my credit to cue new goodybag. I'll be seriously annoyed if midnight comes and I lose credit online and can't cue new bag. **** trick.

@Yorksims @giffgaff And yet Giffgaff have since gone back on their tweet from a few days ago and are saying it doesn't work?!

@YusufPonders I used to be with GiffGaff but the network coverage was terrible, so I left it. :S

  • barnstormed Matt (@barnstormed) reported

@giffgaff I'll send off for another sim and if that doesn't work like I suspect it won't, then i'm off to VOXI. Sad as i've been with GiffGaff since 2011

@giffgaff_UK02 I've tried all ways to ask Giffgaff Why! When my husband only has a small classic payg Nokia 301 ,is the balance going down when it hasn't been used! He doesn't use the Internet, he wouldn't know how to! The classic payg sim was activated with 10.00, now £7.98
