    @giffgaff iv been with you lot for 8 years no problem at all signal great 4g/5g great, realised I don't actually use unlimited so I lowed it, now it barley works it's a joke

    @giffgaff worse customer service ever. Can't be bothered helping when there is something wrong so you have to try and cobble your way through their community hoping someone else has had the same problem. Stop trying to be quirky and try being helpful

    @giffgaff been waiting 24 hrs, NOT ACCEPTABLE. I paid for sometihng and I want a reply now. You cant be a company without customer service, or relying on other customers solving my problems instead of Giffgaff.. "ask the community" LMAO

    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.
