    Hey @giffgaff Can you have a word with @O2 about their rapidly worsening coverage please? Ran a Twitter search on 'O2 coverage' and it's carnage out here. Even city centres and heavily populated areas. No point in lovely goodybag deals with service this bad. 🙁

    I hate giffgaff. Data? Yeah 15GB that will not work. Service? U can be in a big city and u won't be able to send a simple text. **** u

    @giffgaff Thank you but just before I take this to DM I just want to say it's not one postcode - it's huge swathes of Newcastle City Centre (West End), the A1 from Kingston Park to Seaton Burn and my house in built-up Northumberland. It never used to be this bad.

    @virginmedia DOWN I'm still a customer, I think? It 's 7 days no internet, WFH is a joke. "Engineers working on the problem"? More like "Engineers tripped on a cable, smashed their head open passed out for days" Had to buy more data from @giffgaff SW19 Pull your finger out virgin

    @smml96 @giffgaff Hi Sara sometimes turning the phone off and back on after a few mins can reset the network connection to the mast. Try that hope it helps

    @harychad @giffgaff Hi . Have you tried to turn the phone off and then back on ? Usually helps me when I have signal trouble. Give that a try

    @giffgaff I'll be honest it's a stark reminder that I've never subscribed to wanting ads within my paid for phone service and I'll remedy it by changing provider.
