    @giffgaff After 6 years with you guys, that is how you are treating me Change my address and in the new one your signal doesn’t work, I have 2 newborn babies at home and I can’t stay without signal And now if I cancel I will have to pay?really? This is how you treat a 6 years costumer?

    I’ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldn’t believe it. Going from £15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.

    Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.

    @giffgaff @O2 yr mast covering Np10 9jq has been out of action since 24th feb. Very poor service with no resolution date. Terrible customer service

    @tescomobile how come some areas like manchester/st Peter square as an example. And also parts of Wythenshawe and flixton. I have signal but NO data. But others on giffgaff and o2 have no issue? Only tesco? (yet also uses the o2 network) I have to keep switch to a 2nd sim/network
