    @giffgaff I can't order the phone as it won't recognise I have a previous account and won't let me purchase it to a different address than my family home and are insisting on sending a code to my broken phone before I can go to the checkout. why such a faff?? its a phone!!!

    @giffgaff mmm sounds a bit of a cop out. other companies you can register book your delivery and billing address and its not an issue

    @giffgaff Ok, thats what I hoped. I therefore don't understand the 'x' on the phone screen over the network signal icon and the fact that I cant make calls.

    @giffgaff Just ordered a new phone from you. Can you recycle my old one? It's got a broken screen. Not looking for cash obviously - just to minimise landfill!
