@giffgaff - looks like the network is down *again* ! Why is it that, after a while, all network operators seem to deliver a really crap service...? I used to recommend you all the time to friends, but in the past two months Data AND Calls have had issues.

@MattKamen Giffgaff is pretty great, their goody bags get pretty cheap if you’re not a heavy data user. Unlimited calls and texts. Only problem I ever had was when the O2 network went down that one time.

@cosmiclandmine Avoid EE. Vodafone are so-so. GiffGaff are good with a flexible, no contract model (tho an O2 MVNO), provided you can get a decent signal - it’s woeful here.

My mums been without signal for 2 months thanks to @giffgaff, we’ve changed her over to @ThreeUK and she’s back up and running and for cheaper! Giffgaff have the worst customer service by any company I’ve ever experienced. Good riddance.

@giffgaff Confused how iPads work with your SIM Cards. NO APNs work & Officially you have NO iPadOS APNs that I can find The Official APN you have is for ANDROID. The others were “unofficial” & on forums. Your Customer Services were no help at all. Bought £10 bag & not working!

@DelphineMusic @giffgaff I use my iPad Air with a giffgaff sim and it works great. Mine actually installed the carrier profile automatically. Do you have the latest iOS first and foremost? If not update that first. Then go to Settings~General~Reset~Reset network settings then pressing See if that works.
