    @Jessrocks71 @LSW12612672511 @Marian17761604 My mum is having so many problems with her landline, keeps breaking down, charged her 65 quid for an engineer to fix it. That was talktalk, most oldies can't get on internet to pay bills etc. I got her a mobile on GiffGaff & 6 squid comes out of my account every month.

    @huddlestone_v @WilliamNB @giffgaff I am using giffgaff for same reason I personally found EE awful and as much as I am not a huge fan of Vodafone customer service I would say they probably most reliable service and coverage but you do pay a premium for it.

    @StunnerCurves We're sorry that you're having issues with your signal. Can you please send us a DM with the full postcode you're in, to rule out any network issues in your area. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • WilliamNB 🚲 Will is too honest to ever be an MP 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@WilliamNB) reported

    @I_want_holidays @giffgaff All ISPs will want you to test by plugging directly into the master socket. If they call out OpenReach and there's no fault, they get charged. This is different: I proved to @giffgaff that the issue was NOT with the handset, yet they kept blaming me

    @Jemjemmyclaire We're very sorry to hear this, Jemma. Please can you provide your full UK postcode. So we can check for issues in the area - giffgaff Jade

    I have been a giffgaff customer for years and it has never been my main line and I periodically ring one of my other phones, wasting the credit I have PAID FOR just to keep my own number

    @StunnerCurves @giffgaff Yep..Rubbish signal..
