@WillBHA58 @giffgaff When a Samsung phone is locked to a network and you insert a different network sim it asks for a "Sim network PIN" (network unlock code). If you enter the wrong PIN 3 times it then asks for SIM network PUK. Only the network it's locked to can supply it for you.

@giffgaff Bought a phone from GG? Need it repairing? - Heres some comments about your 3rd party repair company. "There’s been few bad remarks on the 3rd party repair company unfortunately" "The repair centre may have made a mistake." GREAT REVIEWS!

@giffgaff Oh lord above, your system is so arcane I’ve had to go through the process again. This time for a repair - not happening. You’ve sold something wrongly advertised and I’m having to do all the messing. I’d never buy a phone from you again.

@ctimmermann @asda_mobile @giffgaff Giffgaff been totally fine for me. £10/mo sim only and I barely notice it—which is, I think, the kind of relationship one wants with a network provider.

@ChelleMcDermott Can you please dial ##002# from his phone, and this should cancel any divert that is enabled on his phone/SIM. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff I messaged at 7.30am, but it took 3.5 hours before it was fixed ;-/ It's rather difficult getting to that page - you keep getting the top up page because you're out of data. (I know the fluctuating signal probs are down to @O2 ;( )

@giffgaff so I need help with my account, but can't ask online because I have to log in, but can't which is why I need to chat to an agent!
