  @EE I reckon that it's a combination of you both. Yesterday it would not work on EE iPhone but got to login on my Giffgaff iPhone but missed the 7:30pm deadline since it asked me to update app first with only minutes to go. Only once have I had the problem on GG, but 4 times with EE

  @giffgaff our network signal has deteriorated and can’t get signal or use 4g even though there is a little 4g. Can you help? I can’t see how to complain about network being down.

  @Evilmonkeyfart Brother imagine you pull out your phone to send her a photo or something and your internet doesnt work, then she sees giffgaff ontop of it. Omfg she would leave insta.

  Hey @giffgaff I bought an eSIM with you nearly 48 hours ago. The eSIM still hasn’t activated and my contract with Vodafone is now expired… but you have ported my number over. So I have no data and can receive no calls. eSIM activation should be instant, at max, 24 hours. No option to call up or get an instant agent response. Any help? Yours truly, a man without a phone.

  @mhewson_MCH @O2 Honestly the networks all own a cheaper brand. O2 - GiffGaff Vodafone - Voxi (or talkmobile) Three - Smarty mobile EE - EE don't own a flanker brand but 1pMobile sort of fills that gap Would recommend any of them over the big names (apart from 1p mobile as I've never tried it)

  I’ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldn’t believe it. Going from £15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.

  Raised a complaint with @giffgaff on 20th Feb, despite constant chasing still can’t send messages, access voicemail or receive calls… agent responses just say thank you for your patience please bear with us. Really poor customer service ….
