@PoshOggers Hi David. As we are an online only mobile network, we do not have a customer service number for you to call. If you've raised a case with us through your account, our standard response time is up to 24 hours, however we do aim to get back to you much sooner - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff I don’t even get an error message, once I’ve added all my info and try to get to the next page it just doesn’t move 😩 the main issue is the battery it states it needs replacing but there’s not an option for battery that I could find. Is there another way to organise a return?

@giffgaff well that’s great my internet provider is down and because you still haven’t fixed the mast in our area can’t even send a text! 🤬 you know you’re fuming when you ask to use the neighbours WiFi to shout at your network provider absolute joke.

@ItsShanehere1 Oh dear, Shane. We're so sorry to hear that. Please try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser, and then try that out again. If you have the same problems, can you try doing that using another internet browser or device please? - giffgaff Emer.
