    @TroyByrneUK @Starlink Get an unlimited giffgaff sim or something else if the signal around you is okay. You can probably get something for around £20

    @Mattisamazing33 Just check that any of the virtual networks you use have a decent signal where you are, and/or allow WiFi calling. I originally went with giffgaff when I retired, who are great to deal with, but use the O2 network which only works in our back bedroom.

    @giffgaff Perhaps you could tell me the category, sub category, and sub sub category that is closest to my issue. That might be 'helpful'. Something which customer support is supposed to be. Be better.

    @O2 invasive ask your salary when you get a mobile phone contract. I have never had any other service provider do this. If you need access to 02s network without the invasive data collection you can use giffgaff or tesco instead.

    @imedrichards @TMobile @Mintmobile Giffgaff in the UK, not sure if you have an equivalent over there It's sim only monthly rolling contract so you buy your own phone but then can switch/cancel whenever you want

    @RSdriver00 @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK All seem **** locally since huawei was removed from the backbone, I’ve tried EE (ok), Vodafone (useless) and now on GiffGaff, I got better signal roaming in Spain

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.
