    Hey @giffgaff I bought an eSIM with you nearly 48 hours ago. The eSIM still hasn’t activated and my contract with Vodafone is now expired… but you have ported my number over. So I have no data and can receive no calls. eSIM activation should be instant, at max, 24 hours. No option to call up or get an instant agent response. Any help? Yours truly, a man without a phone.

    @zzwinwinwin Giffgaff mass-banning user SIM cards is straight-up robbery and completely illegal. I fully support you guys filing a complaint with Ofcom!

    @Officially_Kriz Bro these people are just capping. I pay £15 on giffgaff every month for unlimited data and I have 3 phones and 2 laptops. Never have I ever had ti manage data or do anything.

    @giffgaff Yeah with a link to a bot that doesn't work I'm trying to get a refund because you have taken now £7 out of my Giffgaff account for nothing usage still all at 0 for calls texts and data get that money refund now

    @ajzxne Outsourced still means they have to be paid for. We do not know what the arrangement O2 has with Giffgaff for renting network capacity but there are probably options which can be added and removed. Different virtual operators might choose different options.

    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    @giffgaff been waiting 24 hrs, NOT ACCEPTABLE. I paid for sometihng and I want a reply now. You cant be a company without customer service, or relying on other customers solving my problems instead of Giffgaff.. "ask the community" LMAO
