    @GeoCyberwolf Bought an iPhone 11 from Giffgaff Refurbs. Not had a single problem, battery lasts me all day. Imagine the newer models are even better.

    @giffgaff It's ok, it's my problem and I don't know how to sort it, I've been cut off, quite rightly, for exceeding my data allowance but to leave me without a phone is a bit despicable isn't it? I'm in my 8th decade.

    @catheri00009311 Hi Catherine, unfortunately we can't track SIM cards as it would be with a delivery service, perhaps it is delayed. It would normally take up to 5 days to arrive, but you can also buy one in the likes of Tesco's etc. instead of waiting longer for it to arrive - giffgaff Nicole
