    @Chris_Pickering #GiffGaff is quite good but it uses O2 network and signal not good where we are. Hence why I switched to EE

    @giffgaff Hi I got a sim through the door for a Nuria Murillo. She doesn’t live at my house, never has, and isn’t a neighbour. I don’t want this name attached to my address. I can’t even call you to query it. I’m not a customer so can’t even use your forums. Help.

    @giffgaff Just tried that and the Reset button still takes me to the standard login screen.

    @giffgaff I just clicked Forgot My Password. I received an email which had a button Reset My Password. However, pressing this just takes me to the general Login Screen with no option to change password!

    @giffgaff I have tried that. Sorry to say this is rubish. Even worse this morning. Either O2 is cutting frequencies or something. Worse network now. Will look into leaving
