    @giffgaff hi bought a like new iphone dec 2011 , the battery is down to 77 percent and says needs replacing . How do i go about getting it replaced as i havnt had the phone 12 months . Many thanks

    @abbybaby2402 We're not aware of any issues with the app Abby. Please try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it from your app store to see if this makes any difference. - giffgaff Jeanette

    So I finally left giffgaff after maybe the worst 4 months of service ever, for the same price instead of 10GB I’m now getting 30GB with unlimited social data on VOXI, like that makes so much more sense and the signal is so much stronger

    @giffgaff It’s a shame that your signal where I live has gone terrible. Never used to be like this. What’s changed? Going to have to look for a different provider… 🙁
