  After reviewing my complaint, giffgaff has officially refused to reinstate my number and has also refused to refund my remaining balance, including the £10 I topped up shortly before my account was disconnected. I understand that operators have roaming policies, but I believe customers should receive a clear warning before being allowed to top up if their account is already at risk of disconnection. Losing both the service and the newly added credit feels unfair. They also advised me to request a PAC within 30 days if I want to keep my number. Has anyone else had the same experience with giffgaff? I'd be interested to hear how your case was handled. #giffgaff #Roaming #ConsumerRights

  @giffgaff site says i can only add credit. i want to buy a plan. brings this up but also wont let me press anything. paypal also not working. Don’t have any other devices.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I was a customer with three for around 25 years phone contract renewal for similar package was £35 now gone up to £80 with 2 increases to come during contract went to giffgaff £14 pm

  @Ricky_ting777 @dbcxptures Strange, I spend most of my days in the country or near/on farms and it has done a full 180. Was giffgaff for years until this issue forced me to try something new

  @giffgaff worse customer service ever. Can't be bothered helping when there is something wrong so you have to try and cobble your way through their community hoping someone else has had the same problem. Stop trying to be quirky and try being helpful

  @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you don’t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.
