@giffgaff it's only when things go wrong when you see how good or bad a company really is. Trying to activate a replacement sim but your system has been down all weekend. Have you tried turning it off then on again? Or is nobody at work until Tuesday?

@lorrainemking @BT I had a similar issue with Vodafone, I took both my numbers to GiffGaff and saved an absolute fortune & doubled my data allowance.

@giffgaff SERIOUSLY you need to sort it out I’ve just got a new @e_emobile sim and trying to get a pac code to keep my number is impossible!!! Ridiculous worse signal just everything about giffgaff is dreadful!!!!

@SigniusNetworks Okay, thanks for checking that. If you're using an android device, there should also be a disable network toggle that will stop notifications every time you pass a Wi-Fi hotspot - giffgaff Nicole
