@giffgaff Hi Emer, I had switched back to my old phonr when I when I went through the process. It kept saying the problem had resolved, which it hasn't so it wouldn't proceed any further

hi, ive lost my simcard before i could activate it @giffgaff but i need that number as its the number to my whatsapp, i still have access to the email address etc, is there anything you can do to help please?

@giffgaff The sim is not recognised. I've tried three different giffgaff sims and none of them work. I have followed all the advice about how to fix the problem and none of it works

@VodafoneUK Such bad service. I'm with Giffgaff. I shouldn't have to try going with Vodafone for 30 days and then seeing if I can get a code. You shouldn't lock brand new phones to your network.

@Fudgel11 @giffgaff @triciahow I have been with them I think bout 2 years plus years no problem no headache no phoning up call centre trying to speak to a human being. So much better and stress free than other networks that I have had in the past. Giff gaff rules

@giffgaff hi, currently have no signal in the m38 area. I work for a befriending charity who all use your service, we can't contact clients. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now. Is there anything that can be done as we're paying for a service that is unusable ?
