    @Glen11Glen @dbcxptures That sounds fair. GiffGaff could be cheaper by a couple of pounds but little in it. Others have also mentioned the O2 network is pretty rubbish for mobile internet.

    @giffgaff I have opened a ticket about this situation,you’re running out of my patience.I will think about other way to defend my rights,like make a complaint to Communications Ombudsman.

    @7armer @lateantique @Gio45ive Mobile Virtual Network Operator. A network with no (or almost no) physical infrastructure that piggybacks off of another network. Giffgaff and Sky Mobile are on the O2 network. VOXI and Lebara are on the Vodafone network.

    Hey @giffgaff I bought an eSIM with you nearly 48 hours ago. The eSIM still hasn’t activated and my contract with Vodafone is now expired… but you have ported my number over. So I have no data and can receive no calls. eSIM activation should be instant, at max, 24 hours. No option to call up or get an instant agent response. Any help? Yours truly, a man without a phone.

    @bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).

    @Ricky_ting777 @dbcxptures Strange, I spend most of my days in the country or near/on farms and it has done a full 180. Was giffgaff for years until this issue forced me to try something new

    @MRP_YT We're a web based company, so there is no contact number for us. If you have an account with giffgaff, you'll have entered an email address to activate your SIM. It's worthwhile checking your emails for any coming from giffgaff, to help with logging in. - giffgaff Jeanette
