    Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.

    @giffgaff still waiting no engineer appointment ask for that useless link i cant even send message, blocks me with a ticket issued message, no customer service is a big red flag but inspite of that will give you 1 week i hear nothing i shall go elsewhere who knows maybe stick with @bt_uk
