@YvetteHenson @GCVexed it will probably have been a public information text sent from your network then - which I don't think is illegal. I am with Giffgaff (02) and got nothing and he is with SMARTY (Three) and got nothing

Anyone on Giffgaff or other MVNOs get the “Boxing Day Booster” text message? Got one on EE, but not Giffgaff… can’t help think that some of the lower-cost PAYG networks might have been where that message might have been valuable and wondering if they got left out…

So, I ****** off Vodafone and bought a GiffGaff SIM with £35 goodybag for unlimited data. After ******* about with WiFi dongle settings and finally getting a connection, I'm getting 0.5mbps. Seriously, this can just **** off.

@rooreynolds I think Three are a primary network operator, so their Giffgaff equivalent virtual operator would be SMARTY…

@CraftyNigel I'm very sorry again Nigel. GiffGaff use the same network infrastructure as ourselves (O2). If this is the expected level of service for the area, it will most likely impact yourself if you were to join us. If this is everywhere you go, it will be SIM or phone related - Callum

Can anyone from @GiffGaff please help me. I have been cut completly off again (my own fault) at a time of year I really need a phone. I have raised a case with them but the solution is too complicated to get my head around atm. I just need a phone again. it's only a £10 issue.

@giffgaff time to move on i have 3 accounts and our work force has 73 between them. Unfortunately no signal for the last 11 months in a certain area and lack of knowledge and understanding of the issue by the agents, @lebara here i come.
