    In a world of poor customer service, one company that constantly overdelivers is @giffgaff Tremendous value for money and their stuff “just works”. One ad-hoc month of goodybag data at £20 for 80GB has meant non-stop Netflix and TV during > 1 week hospital stay. Fantastic value.

    Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

    @giffgaff I have processed an order this afternoon but now need to cancel it before it arrives tomorrow. I have already raised it with an agent on your website and have messaged on twitter for help but not had anyone get back to me yet.

    @tashtashanat Listen after my first contract I never again did one. Absolute waste of money, I straight buy out now and use giffgaff

    @Enefes3 @yorkshirebloke_ Can't agree on the customer service. I had a 16 year account and the deal they offered me for an IPhone 13 stunk so I bought it direct from Apple and moved to GiffGaff
