    @giffgaff I haven't had any service since 19 Feb, the day after stormy weather. Having looked on your website, the only message is that a mast in my area isn't working fully. You've now charged me for a new goody-bag, but I have had no service for a third of Feb. Refund? Service?

    @geordiechris48 Hi Chris. Unfortunately, we do not support eSIM's at the moment. The best advice is to always keep an eye on the giffgaff community, because if we ever decided to support eSIM's, then it would be announced there first - giffgaff Nicole

    @giffgaff I have noticed a massive difference with the network , I can’t actually use my phone a lot of the time, this has been about the last 6 weeks or so. Any solution?

    @MoneySavingExp Counting down the days to ending my @ThreeUK contract (after 9 yrs). No loyalty to customers. Sim only with @giffgaff looks good.

    @BoormanPatrick @tescomobile The good thing is that the Tesco mobile network is the same as O2, giffgaff owned by Telefonica (European company) probably the reason why the European network is so good.
