FGS @giffgaff phone app logs me out every other week despite having set "until I log out". Trying to log in (keychain), it first interrupts me by asking "Want to update the app? Options: Now/in 60 seconds"(??). I proceed with login -> "we've sent a verif code to your email"..

@scotdavid63 Hi David. It can take up to 24 hours from activation for your new SIM services to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

And I am not trying to dump on giffgaff here, really like their service. But I am an IT worker, I have 20+ accounts like that who all try to be super clever and frustrate the hell out of me.

It's always a shame when a once good company's customer service goes down the pan, so it's sad to see it happen to @giffgaff. Who have also fallen into the "if the delivery company we chose to use have failed it's up to you to complain to them, bye" shittery
