@giffgaff There's no specific postcode, for example on on train from Birmingham to Glasgow, absolute horrendous barely any signal.. waste of money really

  • clevybencheton Cédric Lévy-Bencheton (@clevybencheton) reported

@quentynblog If you're in the UK, I recommend GiffGaff. It's low cost enough that they don't have a phone number for customer service, so bye bye SIM swapping. Sure, you'll remain vulnerable to SS7 attacks but I doubt anyone of us is that important (you wouldn't share your number if you were)

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@danbri Hi Dan. You can kickstart a new goodybag early if you have less than 100MB of data remaining on your current goodybag. Are you unable to get any service or is it just the 5G that isn't working? - giffgaff Hannah

  • Wheaty21 Michael Wheaton (@Wheaty21) reported

@giffgaff why is your coverage so poor! Completely different coverage and speeds to O2. Absolute rip off, thank god there is no contract.

  • Jasongorman17 Jason gorman (@Jasongorman17) reported

Giffgaff how do I stop you taking money from my account every month I've asked you to stop as I haven't used your service for over 3 months

  • Adamkhan655 Gorgeous Girl Genius (@Adamkhan655) reported

Anyone elses giffgaff not working or is it just me

@giffgaff Been with giffgaff for over 8 years and never 1 problem with them ! Business!

  • al_quiz Al Powell (@al_quiz) reported

Turns out that getting a refurbished phone from @giffgaff is a really ****** idea, please DON’T DO IT If it’s really the mobile service run by you, then you’re a complete and utter thieving tosser #giffgaff

  • GiffgaffG giffgaff_support_group_complaints (@GiffgaffG) reported

Hi emyj272 Kindly contact an agent again. Your goodybag seems to have expired! "I am not comfortable anymore with the service of giffgaff. Just for one month I have spent more than I was supposed to on calls, data and my own personal balance has been subtracted for data."

  • ANNIKA_KRANZ Aneka Wreath (@ANNIKA_KRANZ) reported

Why did I get a phone call from a number that’s literally just the last 3 numbers swapped around. I never used to get scam calls when I was with giffgaff. **** Vodafone.
