@s4dsack I'll have to have a look but I think I'm going to stick with O2 as I've been happy. I used Giffgaff for a bit which uses O2 and the signal wasn't as good as the actual O2 SIM.

@giffgaff Is there anyway to get help without logging into my account? I can't log in, the verification code isn't being sent and I need help. Every time I contact an agent it goes to my 'messages' on my account ... but I can't log in. Super unimpressed by how ridiculous this is

@meowlaurenrose @giffgaff You can always call 43430 and press 2, where they will give you a run down of what you got left. It may be worth turning your phone off/on to see if that gives it a kick.

@giffgaff I’d understand that if you had my address on your system, but seeing as nobody at this address has ever been on your network then it smacks of data theft

My 3G is not working at all. What is going on @giffgaff. According to the app I have plenty of data left so this makes no sense.

@rebster4s You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann 2/2
