@giffgaff Its not confusing, its not clear. The marketing says buy what you need each month. It doesn't state "we will take money each month, unless as a new customer u know to go into your account and remove the recurring goodybag that u don't know we will enable". Back 2 Tesco mobile

If you have a mobile phone contract you are giving money away. Do the math on phone price + a SIM only (such as Giffgaff) and there is always a difference in favour of the Network. Only product/service where you pay extra to be locked into a contract.

Just got out and giffgaff did not connect at all it’s on 4G in the lift which it always shows unconnected so I don’t think it can even search it’s network
