@lucy_zepeda @giffgaff For the last few days there's been a problem with the last version of the app where the homepage didn't show your goodybag or credit. To cure the problem uninstall the app then download and install the new version.

@giffgaff Don't use this network! You can't cancel its a nightmare. No telephone to call or customer service! Robots! Ask for you IMIE but if you post phone you have not got. 🙉

Here @giffgaff when you get a phone sent back for repair, why don’t you let your customer know what you’ve done to fix the issue or what the issue was before sending it back? Having got it back, I can confirm that whatever you’ve done, hasn’t fixed the issue what so ever

@jasebyjason If it's the O2 network you are after, giffgaff is pretty good and runs on O2, as they are month-to-month so no contract nonsense
