@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff But clearly the offers are useless to me if I can't access them?!? Seeing them on the website makes it worse when they are great offers but I'm prevented from taking them! It was your sales team that should've called me, I made a complaint but it has still made no difference.

Hi @giffgaff I joined your network a month ago and transferred my number and something went wrong, I haven't been able to receive calls or texts for a MONTH! I've been in contact your customer service throughout but I haven't had a reply for 5 days now despite me asking... 1/2
