@giffgaff Hey GiffGaff, I have 3 of your data SIMs and finding them virtually unusable due to appalling network coverage. One bar if lucky, and much of the day with zero data access. 02 network status showing problem with a mast but this has not changed for weeks. Suggestions?

@sammy56373846 @GiftyAkuamoah1 @giffgaff Yes,once your old sim loses signal,insert your new one and restart your phone every 10 minutes or so until you have network coverage. Yes again,all transfer requests submitted before 5pm on Friday are carried out on Monday.

@giffgaff @_lagspike Did you ever resolve this issue? I'm getting almost exactly the same; on a Google Pixel (6 Pro) on 3, my son is on Giffgaff and I get "Invalid Number" whenever I try and call. Deleted and re-entered the number, no joy. Can send messages and WhatsApp etc. It's very weird.

@giffgaff pls help me I’m being bombarded with sims from giffgaff I have never ordered!! I have had 12 giffgaffs with my home address and random names on it. Some sort of scam.
