@AndyJBowes @giffgaff Not blaming them, I know the reason behind. But that doesn’t suit my needs as a customer anymore, so trying to find an alternative.

@giffgaff @TheTallBlonde1 Please give actual clear indication of issues. I have spent the day trying to fix my phone and even travelled to purchase a new sim and swapped. If there's issues, inform your customers...

@EE @StourbridgeMot1 "some"?? All my devices are on EE, I've had no Internet since around lunchtime (St Andrews, Scotland). Now back at home in Dundee, still same issue (using now via home broadband, but need to go out again). Not good enough. Had to buy a giffgaff sim for my car's wifi router.

@giffgaff highly disappointed in your unlimited goodybag used 80gig so says reduced service but christ 0.04mbps is a total joke #unlimitednot #newprovider #notworththe£25.00

Today's positive is I can still send text messages, so I know my mum got to the hospital. Yesterday they didn't work at all. I have a Giffgaff payg sim in my old mobile but they're doing maintenance on O2, so that's not available as an alternative. Bad luck for me.

@giffgaff As a brand who claims to be clear and simple, didn’t really do it this time. Your expectation is for me to wonder round New York at midnight, looking for Wi-Fi? Bonkers. Il be switching mobile providers when I get home. F***king awful

@davies_jx @giffgaff Hey! It is not possible to turn off the 2-step verification feature on your giffgaff account. You can tick the *remember me until I log out* box to help reduce the amount of times that you require 2-step verification codes from giffgaff.
