@1BenBaller @giffgaff S29 provisions of service p1-7 it's telephone communications company you don't need a call centre to make a call to a vunerable disabled customer who uses phone to communicate with the world! Maybe educate yourself on the law it's there to protect us all ignorance no defense!

@giffgaff That's kind of disappointing, I've been with giffgaff since 2009 and have several referrals, it seems whenever issue comes up there isn't much customer care, I know you have policies against refunding goodybags but that's probably how you manage to keep the price down to start.

  • dalehay Dale 🇷🇺 (@dalehay) reported

Just purchased a @GiffGaff Goodybag as mine ran out t'other day. The second I pressed 'confirm payment' my mobile data connection came back online, like within 5 seconds. Never experienced it being that quick before, usually have to wait a few minutes. Thumbs up. 👍 #GiffGaff

@wendylynnzhang Oh dear Zilin. We're not sure why this is occurring, but if you send us a DM with your full postcode, we can see if there is a network issue in your area. - giffgaff Jeanette
