    @giffgaff Hi guys 'n gals, roaming data working fine in france, and from my balance in switzerland, but no dice in Austria, is something broken ? . . . pain in the neck as I can't use my phone for paying for things without an internet connection - so - what's the deal ?

    @giffgaff @UswitchUK May be Best SIM. But I would say worst support. Incase of emergency there is no support/ help.

    Anyone with @giffgaff no service now for about 5 days have taken SIM card out and in too but it’s still not showing. Never usually have a issue too. Might be time to order new sim?

    @ADCARTATTACK I'm still confused as to why people still use contracts. I've never spent more than £250 on a phone and have a giffgaff sim with a £10 golden goodybag. I usually change my phone every 2-3 years so I just start again with saving the £250 I'd spend on a phone.

    Worst support I have ever seen. No customer care. @giffgaff doesn't have any medium of communication where you can get any help on emergency. DO NOT USE @giffgaff , Giving suggestions based on experience.

    Enables 2factor in all apps, @giffgaff SMS network network stops working. Lest call support, there are no support contact lines. GG

    55hours later……I still don’t have a phone that works and @giffgaff are still saying it’s a mast issue (and yet my husband’s phone works on the same network 🤔). Anyone recommend a network that works? Thanks!

    I f not fixed today I’ll just move back to @giffgaff and buy my phone/watch outright. At least @giffgaff doesn’t pretend to help while - how many people?! - 7 or 8 attempts to get help INCLUDING HERE have got me nothing. 700+ followers - listen up. Vodafone batting 0 so far.
