@nectar Don't know if your system don't like iCloud emails or GiffGaff Mobile network but have got set up now using an old hotmail address and using a Vodafone mobile... either way its NOT been a great experience!

It's just not acceptable to have a 25% increase! Anyone else having massive issues with EE, it wouldn't be so bad if I had perfect connection and no drop outs but it's not as good as @giffgaff my old supplier, who incidentally have frozen their charges until the end of 2023.

@romk1n That's strange. We'd recommend trying a different browser and device, to see if the issue occurs again. If so, send us a DM for further help. - giffgaff Jeanette

@GazRich88 if you can afford to buy the phones outright, there’s no point being with a traditional carrier anymore - and it works out cheaper across the life of a traditional contract even with that upfront cost. Recommend GiffGaff (o2) or SMARTY (Three) dependant on local signal.

@thefunmoneyclub @TheO2 There will probably be a decent piggyback network that uses the O2 network as well so you don't even have to check if you can get signal - maybe @giffgaff?
