@giffgaff DO NOT use this strange company with no customer services that you can talk to. We purchased their SIM card for a brief period then cancel it by following their website. Despite email assurances 2 months on they are still charging us via DD. DISGRACE!

@giffgaff Hi just a quick question though about this issue - normally texts I receive from @giffgaff say they are from GiffGaff, but this one didn’t - it had a random 5-digit number. Why would that be the case on this occasion? You can understand why I didn’t just follow the link provided?

@giffgaff my friend had her phone stolen last night, and is trying to order a new SIM card but the “reset your password” email isn’t coming through. Any chance you can help? 🙏🏼

@giffgaff Thanks - I realise this and have of course deleted it and blocked the number but it is the amount of these texts which is the issue. Failing to deal with spam texts infiltrating your Network puts your customers at risk. Is this being considered? #giffgaff

@giffgaff Anything works with this company? You kept emailing me with you high security two step verifications never works! Is there anything else you can do to frustrate the enquiring public whilst unlawfully withdrawing money?? Very low!

@dcuthbert @giffgaff +1 to this. Having separate accounts is a bit of a faff, would be great to have a single login.
