  • kim_charlton Kim °o° (@kim_charlton) reported

    @MoneySavingExp Bought my DD a refurb iPhone 7 from Giffgaff- ok for 4 months & then developed a terminal fault which was a hardware recall issue that had not fixed before sale. GG only wanted to repair (no phone whilst wait) but successfully argued should have been done before sale so refunded.

    @giffgaff Signal in HD9 is non-existent, what's crack?

  • AndreaChipman Andrea Chipman (@AndreaChipman) reported

    @giffgaff I am unable to get my phone to work, after replacing the sim card a week after I misplaced the phone, reported it lost, and then found it. Your agents have been unable to help. The sim works in other phones, so something appears to be locked or blocked on your end.

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

    @AndreaChipman @giffgaff If you reported both the phone and sim as lost/stolen,giffgaff will have barred the IMEI number of the phone so it won't work with any network until they remove the bar for you,(takes about 5 working days to be removed).
