@giffgaff Luckily I've now installed @SMARTYMobileUK Sims in the device.(s). £15 cheaper and for unlimited data and ...shock horror...they actually work. Stick your SIM card and your appalling customer service in the sea @giffgaff .

@Rodney78220336 @giffgaff Rodney, your girlfriend needs to impress on her bank the £20 was fraudulently taken and is not a consumer issue.Ask for a bank recharge (refund) giffgaff cannot readily identify the payment, without the a/c name/mobile number. Bank will then flag transaction directly to @giffgaff

Call me tight, I'm down to 57p on my GiffGaff PAYG sim, charges are crap, so on to 1p mobile for me. A 45p charge being on hold with the bank is more palatable than £11.

@SamMaayan @giffgaff I like the Galaxy Note phones but that's it. Nearly every Samsung product I've had has died from motherboard failure or has had issues with the motherboard. Both G. Note 1 phones we had, an original G. Tab 10", 2 Samsung UE32J5600 TVs and a Samsung branded external HDD.
