    @1BenBaller @giffgaff Tried everything, but I’ve been told there is a mast that isn’t working correctly and engineers are working on it but no idea how long it will take to fix, a few at work who have giff gaff are planning on changing networks if it lasts much longer , but for now I’ll keep giffgaff

    Hi @giffgaff ! Are you aware of poor signal in the last week or so in Bournemouth area (BH8/BH9)? Tried forums and to contact an agent, but nothing yet. Can help please? Multiple SIMs in multiple devices struggling to get signal and running down battery because of it. Thanks.

    It's always a shame when a once good company's customer service goes down the pan, so it's sad to see it happen to @giffgaff. Who have also fallen into the "if the delivery company we chose to use have failed it's up to you to complain to them, bye" shittery

    I suppose it should be O2 I'm pissed off at since giffgaff are just a reseller the above problems rest with O2, really.
