    @giffgaff what’s happening with network this weekend in the caister on sea area? no bandwidth although full bars and 4G. Networks status says ok but can’t get higher speeds than 0.25 mbps.

    @ThreeUKSupport 3/3 @giffgaff gains a very relieved & overdue expectant mother as a customer & staff @Argos_Online were more than helpful sorting new handset. I generally find when I make a mistake dialling down doesnt work. An apology & taking some responsibility to fix is the best approach 👍🏻

    @giffgaff hey Giffgaff, I noticed my phone switches from 4g to 3g when making voice calls and the signal gets weaker. Is this a limitation of the network?

    Trying to manage parents' mobile phone accounts on giffgaff with two-factor authentication is an absolute nightmare of emails and texts and phone calls across multiple devices. Definitely going to find a better solution to this...

    @MENnewsdesk @giffgaff are on the o2 network , o2 offer unlimited roaming where giffgaff only offer 5gb
