    @giffgaff twice GiffGaff has failed to deliver my phone. Ive had no reply from Agent enquiry and no reply from Complaint raised because of this. Now I just want a refund, but how when there's no response? I'll be contacting ccard co. tomorrow for their help

    @giffgaff Wow, after a week the customer 'relations' just got back spewing the same stuff. I had a perfectly app working huawei in September, got. New one in good faith, they are saying it was well publicised. I can assure you I would not have bought this pile of crap if I had known.

    @Aldouk @EE No, I left GiffGaff when I bought my Pixel on EE. It's an option to go back though. Leaning towards O2 at the moment who I was with for years. Tbh, the coverage has never been great on EE here on the outskirts of Nottingham. Regularly have no service.

    @giffgaff it’s been over a year that I’ve been having problems connecting to wifi on the TfL underground . I have tried everything ! Connected to 02 hotspots but still no result !

    @Tattooed_Mummy yeah that's literally where i just ordered one from. been with giffgaff for years, until now never bought a phone from them but there's 21 days return thing so will see how it is.

    @BigC_Contrarian @SrussSteven Check out Giffgaff. They use the O2 network. Sims from £6m, no contract, totally flexible, can change up/down monthly if required. Been with them for years.

    @giffgaff I’ve had no signal the whole of yesterday in my area. Ok out and about.Signal came back last evening weakly and this morning, now no signal/service again. GU51 1ED - want an update
