    @giffgaff Could you please tell me why mine & daughters phones are constantly switching to emergency calls only? Also phones keep trying to connect to 5g which we don't have here - TA20 3SZ. My phone right now has 5 and award arrow. There doesn't appear to be any mast problem.

    @ajzxne Giffgaff doesnt own or have to invest, develop or maintain any network infrastructure. They just piggyback networks.

    @gemcq2 We understand. The bot is still learning, so sometimes can get things wrong. Based on your issue we would recommend stating that you need to return the phone, but that there is no option on your account and this should connect you correctly - giffgaff Hannah

    @BladeoftheS Really people need to shop around and use mobile networks like giffgaff who use the 02 network 100GB unlimited calls and texts for £20 Which is half the price as 02 for the same deal

    @giffgaff Listen, you have no right to disconnect my service. I’m a legitimate user currently residing in China long‑term. Blocking my card will cause me serious trouble!
