@ClareLouiseMil2 Unfortunately there is still a problem with the mast at the moment we're afraid, Clare. Our engineers are working on this, but currently we don't have any further updates on when this will be resolved. We're really sorry for the inconvenience caused by that. - giffgaff Emer.

@georgialewis76 After my long years with O2 I moved to giffgaff about 18 months ago. They are very good & have very flexible monthly options. They actually use the O2 network too.

Trying to switch to @EE seems impossible their prove you’re a human codes never compute and you can’t call customer services as they charge for that and I have no credit and can’t add credit as have to register and can’t. Guess I’m stuck with @giffgaff and their appalling network

  • labmrb Nobbys Scouse Girl (@labmrb) reported

@giffgaff why are you making it impossible to cancel my pay as you go sim? Can someone please get in touch who knows what theyre doing instead of someone without a clue 😡

  • WilliamNB 🚲 Will is too honest to ever be an MP 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@WilliamNB) reported

Dear @vodafone, I've just switched to you, after the pathetic service from @giffgaff, only to find your signal at my home fluctuates between 4G, 3G and nothing at all. On the same handset, which remains in the same spot Can you fix that in a hurry, please? Or should I move to EE?
