It's been crap for 10 days or so and I've lost earnings because of it ! π U claimed last week it would be sorted then u just changed the date . Says 8pm tonight will be back on but I doubt that. Works fine midnite time. It's a joke .

svengali (@_imey) reported@DanNeidle I've had the same SIM-only rolling monthly deal from Giffgaff for 10 years. I've always paid Β£10 for it. My Β£10 now gets me as much 5G as I've ever needed. I've never run out of data. I think this data reflects the British consumer's obsession with buying phones through contracts. Unless I've got this wrong, and this chart is showing data-only.

I had to go onto a forum to diagnose what I thought was a device problem. Reset my network settings (no help). And then back top the forum to find a coverage map. Ideally, giffgaff would send alerts to impacted areas so we are aware with this information. And, with connectivity being fundamental to everything we do in the digital world, communication should be treated as high priority as a burst water pipe or gas leak. This is why community-owned networks are so crucial. There is an extra level of care and concern when the issue directly impacts you.
