@Tim_Arnold1977 @giffgaff Once 5g was installed round here, which we don't get access to - only Bilborough. Speeds went to ground, I switched to the same network as Kate and I haven't looked back.

@giffgaff my daughter has spent her savings on refurbished iPhone XS Max from you. Arrived but Face ID is not working have followed all instructions online to reset it but appears to be hardware fault. Very disappointing, please advise on how to get a refund.

@giffgaff The stupid giffgaff goody bag situation keeps letting us down. We are in France, and have been since June, I am again unable to get voicemails, or make calls.Your system has blocked me from being able to use my phone. Please DO SOMETHING NOW to sort this out - urgently!

@kxsmo @PeteBeno yeah I’d avoid giffgaff, they piggyback off a different provider (o2 I think) so you always get slower speeds, plus they have no customer service which can be a nightmare if you have a problem/want to switch

@Peter_Gustafson Don't bother. Get refurbished phone from giffgaff and sim only deal from Smarty. Cheaper, easier and all done online. Never need a contract again
