giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@wife_squirt Unfortunately, this isn't something we can investigate further through social media, and must advise that you keep in touch with our agents through the case, and provide any information that they need there, so we can help sort this out for you. – giffgaff Tasbiya

Josh Jackson (@IamJoshJackson) reportedHey @giffgaff I bought an eSIM with you nearly 48 hours ago. The eSIM still hasn’t activated and my contract with Vodafone is now expired… but you have ported my number over. So I have no data and can receive no calls. eSIM activation should be instant, at max, 24 hours. No option to call up or get an instant agent response. Any help? Yours truly, a man without a phone.

Suhail 🔥 (@idrees_suhail) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@MRP_YT We're a web based company, so there is no contact number for us. If you have an account with giffgaff, you'll have entered an email address to activate your SIM. It's worthwhile checking your emails for any coming from giffgaff, to help with logging in. - giffgaff Jeanette

Simon (@Simonli127) reported@giffgaff You never clearly informed customers of any specific time limit, such as 14 days or 30 days. This is completely misleading and feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of consumers. Isn’t this consumer fraud?

Liz Lowe (@LupineLiz) reportedWhy is @SamsungMobile continuing the roll out of ONE UI 7 when it's known to effectively brick phones by breaking esims? While we're at it why tf does @giffgaff require sms verification to replace broken esims THAT CANT RECIEVE SMS

Martin (@martinrue) reported@robj3d3 @IMAC2 @ThreeUK Ah dude that sucks. FWIW, I use giffgaff and they're happy so long as you top up every few months.

Simon (@Simonli127) reportedDear Ofcom Complaints Team, I activated and topped up my account on 13 July. Although I have not been using the service outside the UK for an extended period, giffgaff used an undisclosed restriction to disconnect my service and refused my refund.@giffgaff @Ofcom

MRP (@MRP_YT) reported@giffgaff All this took me nowhere. Please provide customer phone number for me to phone.
