@giffgaff Of course it has not expired. It has another year. Would not have contacted you if thought the problem was on our side. This also happened a few notes ago.

@giffgaff My wife’s recurring goody bag failed. The error message claims the bank rejected the charge, but the bank confirms that the card is working fine and did not reject the charge. Not possible to talk with anybody (very bad customer service) and agent response takes 24hrs.

@LyonsScreech @LetsTalkZorro There is an easy solution though. At least the crypto part. Always use an authenticator instead of SMS. As for stealing the rest of your identity with your SMS codes? @giffgaff Nonsense, you are 100% incorrect and either lying or badly trained to say this. There is NO data protection problem with sending the customer the information they required, anyway there was no personal information in your reply. Please get your DPO to contact me.

@BBCCiN I’m desperate to donate to the Drumathon and enter the prize draw for the Camper but neither my BT or Giffgaff phones with no restrictions and both with more than enough credit will allow me to do so. Very disappointed. BT says it’s an issue at your end.
