    @giffgaff I followed your link, Tasbiya, and supplied information about my problem but I've heard nothing. I really am going to have to switch mobile supplier if I can't get someone to help me.

    @giffgaff cannot log in either on app or web browser. Said there is connection issue but the internet is working fine. Asked a friend to try and have the same problem

    @fangirlfading I absolutely do get reception in the Clyde tunnel ...not even a blip as I drive through it..an old iPhone 8 and a Giffgaff sim ! However I do not get radio reception which always crackles and cuts off as soon as I enter the tunnel.Never really understood why the difference.

    For Giffgaff, turning an obsolete product issue (SIM to micro SIM) into a community sourced solution (through scissors!), created tension as dominant voices took over all requests #swarmconf

    @giffgaff any chance of adding WiFi calling as a feature? No signal at home and it’s becoming more of an issue.

    @Ofcom surely there is a minimum guaranteed speed the networks need to provide, and O2 is failing miserably on this?! Across the UK as noted in their own community forums and the giffgaff forums proving there is an issue they are reluctant to address. #greed

    @VodafoneUK I'm an existing customer. I looked @ your additional sim-only plans. At those prices I think I'll be going to @giffgaff!

    @giffgaff The fact that I've had no service since 27th August and it still hasn't been fixed says alot. No point asking to dm because I've heard everything through the gg agents and it's basically a waiting game. Genuinely disappointed
