@giffgaff why does this keep occurring I have been trying to contact for 2 days. This is appalling and ridiculous you should have live chat for this reason. It is in no way “faster” I haven’t had any problems up until now but, it’s very frustrating no number to call, nothing.

  • PhatzDez Dezmond White (@PhatzDez) reported

@O2 Now if only I could actually use my 4G in the UK instead of having it lock up due to the people with unlimited data hogging all of the bandwidth on tiktok, D+ and netflix. Giffgaff have no problems and yet use your service and they also offer EU roaming. £10 a month for 15GB also

Is giffgaff customer service always as useful as a ****** dispenser on Pluto, or have I just been exceptionally unlucky over the past week?

  • Karlsmi00479109 Woof! (@Karlsmi00479109) reported

@giffgaff Do you not provide people with a phone number to get in touch. I find it strange that giffgaff can never be reached and expect the impossible from customers.

  • mpellatt well done, fellow T&H residents. We did right!! (@mpellatt) reported

@NeilCotton @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Never, ever, ever take a mobile contract. SIM-free phone plus PAYG or 1-month rolling contract (eg GiffGaff "goodybags") has been cheaper option for literally years now.
