@pipppilottta There should be no issues with the top up system. Please can you drop us a DM, so we can advise further - giffgaff Jade

  • redbyname Ruaraidh Gillies 1️⃣9️⃣🖐🏼☝🏼️ (@redbyname) reported

@StefromBurnley @giffgaff Giffgaff are nice and cheap but when I'm sat inside Anfield looking at 4 bars of #5G on my phone but the apps aren't updating (unlike my mate sat next to me) I wish they'd get some more #bandwidth on the network.

  • Bodge_it_all Mr Bodge-it (@Bodge_it_all) reported

@giffgaff I want to know if I can use mobile broadband without breaching the fair use policy. You want me to make an account in order to ask a question about becoming a customer though - err, no thanks. So, can I use 4 or 5 Gb per day?

  • Kevin4fingers23 Kevin Smith (@Kevin4fingers23) reported

@giffgaff Morning giffgaff I'm having a lot trouble with my network is anyone else reporting this

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@Tedds04 @giffgaff Yes it's a shame but it's not available to any PAYG customers who use O2 (giffgaff's owners) as their network. So O2's own PAYG users don't have it and neither do Tesco Mobile or giffgaff.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@pipppilottta That's odd. Please can you clear your cache, cookies and web history then try this again. Please also try using a different browser or device, as this should help - giffgaff Jade

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@c_l_dimond Hi Charlotte, a PAC code would only be needed if you are moving to another network. When your new phone arrives you can use the same SIM in it, as long as it is the same size - giffgaff Nicole

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@kelly_tengi Heya, hmm is that just indoors and is the good signal showing from Giffgaff 3G or 4G? If your signal's OK with us outdoors, I'd say it may be because we don't support the 800MHz frequency which can provide better signal indoors, where other providers may do 1/3

  • Tedds04 Tedds04 🇬🇧 (@Tedds04) reported

@Yorksims @giffgaff Ah makes sense. O2 is an awful company in my opinion anyway

  • pipppilottta pippilongstocking (@pipppilottta) reported

@giffgaff I didn’t have time for that . My friend is having the same issue. There is something wrong with your website -payment system.
