    I have no issue with 2FA, I welcome it with open arms. Unfortunately SMS is far from secure to start with and limits functionality. Give me a token any day. So many apps to use, Google, Authy, Yubikey. @giffgaff failed massively here.

    @giffgaff Please could you help me with ticket 220925-001852 asap, I am overseas and this is causing me a lot of urgent problems. I have no idea what to do with my golden ticket and being unable to start a new one or cancel existing.

    So frustrating topping up @giffgaff phone. Forced 2FA is SMS, not proper authenticator codes. 2FA challenge, GG sent a text, to a phone I can't see. They can't send me the code because... out of credit. If it was proper 2FA I could use my phone to authenticate to top up. Fail! 🙄

    @LeGripperayJ @EE Giffgaff is rubbish and slow for data. What is the point of an 80GB goody bag if most of the time it trickles down at 1.5Mbps?

    @oldguy537 @PhilCygnus I had the same problem with a UK provider GiffGaff when I was visiting that miserable country. Even had proof I cancelled the account. Still trying to charge me…. UK is a country where the consumer has no rights! Won’t be going there again!

    @giffgaff my phone has been showing no service for hours, indoors and outdoors! I now need to contact someone has a matter of urgency as they are in an emergency and I can’t!!!!!!!!!!

    i get sm **** for being on giffgaff but i literally have never had any problems

    @benno44775 @giffgaff I've done that. giffgaff says the signal is good but O2 says the signal is poor in my area. I am still struggling to get a signal. I've never had this issue before and I've been with giffgaff for years.
