    @giffgaff hi I ordered a phone from you under the name Lewis cairns and I never received the parcel so i rang up dpd and they said it had been returned to giffgaff far over 14 days ago and I have not received any form of refund please would you get back to me as I spent Β£89

    Is @giffgaff any good? . Since 3 family members moved over I've never had so much trouble contacting them. Goes to voicemail too quick. Sometimes the messages don't even send.. I won't move to them because it just doesn't seem to work well.

    @giffgaff I cannot make calls. Ive used your agent support. It asks me if its just making calls. I click on yes. It checks my status then nothing. No agent message and no resolution

    @katiec1314 Giffgaff is good and works on O2. Unlimited calls and texts with 15Gb data for Β£10 a month. No contract, cancel any time. They also have cheaper packages and you can change it every month.
