@giffgaff Yes I have they keep delaying the resolution. They said Monday yesterday then now they said I’ll have customer relations reach out in 5 days. This is ridiculous I even quoted UK law word for word in which giffgaff is in violation of ad it’s been more than 14 days of return dlivry

@philipo_i I hated it, when i went back i tried O2, GiffGaff, Virgin all were slow... went straight to EE 😭
