  @giffgaff @Laurape45036454 My wife didn’t get the alert in Oxenhope and neither did my daughter in London (both on Giffgaff). My phone, on EE, got it a couple of minutes early. I’d have to give them a call to pass on the alert in a real emergency. Come on giffgaff get your act together!

  Hello, you lovely @giffgaff people. I know I'm not alone in not having received the #emergencyalert message on my phone, however my wife next to me did on her Giffgaff Android mobile; presumably the signal is from the same mast? It's probably a Gov't ****-up as usual... Hey ho.

  @gingerninja1974 @giffgaff It appears it’s the set up of the phone. Which for a emergency alert seems to be failing! You can only receve it if you enable the function in settings, you can only get it if your using a 4G of 5G signal. Not well thought out plan at all!

  @AmandaB55744931 I’m with Giffgaff, who use O2's network. I wonder if there’s a method to provide feedback. Can’t have them thinking their test was a success!

  Hi @giffgaff just wondering if there are reasons why I received no emergency alert today at 3pm ish? got multiple giff gaff phones and an iPad that received no alert, and curious if outside of it being a failure with the goverment system, if there is another reason?
