    @john_actuary @ThreeUK Hmmm. Not sure if it will be included. The EU is, but I think you need to add extra bolt-ones/credit and PAYG outside the EU. Smarty uses 3’s network, in case you didn’t know. I use giffgaff, but don’t currently travel outside the UK, so less concerned about roaming these days.

    @giffgaff Just tried on both my phone and laptop to login. It says, there were some problems and to try again later.

    @giffgaff network down, unable to send / receive calls. The other day @TSB also down from transactions. Unable to pay council tax online. I'm smelling foreign interference going on. Chances @MalwareTechBlog

    @giffgaff Tried again just now and was able to sign in with the same credentials. Looks like there was some problem for sure.

    @akash_nu Not that we're aware of Akash. What issues are you facing? Try using your membername instead of your mobile number and vice versa. Also try a different browser and device to log in, to see if the issue remains. - giffgaff Jeanette
