@JasonGood @Lucy_cat_lady Giffgaff is a virtual provider run by o2 but cheaper because there isn’t anyone to contact if you have a problem. There’s a members forum for support. Tesco mobile is also on o2. Just different platforms to appeal to different types of customers.

@giffgaff Its not confusing, its not clear. The marketing says buy what you need each month. It doesn't state "we will take money each month, unless as a new customer u know to go into your account and remove the recurring goodybag that u don't know we will enable". Back 2 Tesco mobile

@PhilSheaS @lungsatwork I got a crappy phone with a £5 a month GiffGaff sim for a job I recently did with non-resident on call...100% worth it - switched off when not at work, never had to give randoms at other hosps my personal No & no dodgy calls OOH or when not at work! Definitely do this @PhilSheaS

  • TulipsisonBlair Happy (@TulipsisonBlair) reported

@giffgaff I bought one months phone sim use, you have taken a second months and an email saying "thanks for sticking with us". How do I cancel, your website has me going round in circles. I only wanted the month I requested.
