    @giffgaff Very kind of you but... I had to go to the ombudsman, but GiffGaff blame the devices and ombudsman accept. Thus - No support. I've already left your company as you were not willing to investigate the fault. I feel sorry for the rest of your customers. Good luck with the fault!

    Giffgaff have just transferred my number over from EE small business account. Last bill has just been paid so do I still need to contact EE even if I was out of contract to cancel? @EE

    @giffgaff please help. Activated wife’s SIM over 24 hours ago and requested to move number across from old giffgaff sim also. It’s not finished and now neither SIM is working. What could be the hold up? Thanks.

    @Sinbad2000 Hi Steven. Your would normally receive an email to let you know whenever the SIM is on it's way. All our SIM's would be sent using the postal service, not a courier. - giffgaff Emer.
