@nsandihelp @Langfordgolf Having same problem ie typing # to NS&I security calls & you've said same to me that it's poor-quality compression of reverse DTMF files. I feel this is "new" & NS&I shld do more inc contacting the main network providers. I've raised w/ GiffGaff but I think NS&I should do more.

@giffgaff What is going on with my phone signal? Is it poor because I’m now unfortunately living next to a building site...?? It always used to be ok but I will have to change network if this carries on #wfh

@giffgaff 96 hours later and you still have not resolved the goodybag incident. Utter incompetence and i beg people to think twice before switching to giffgaff as their mobile phone service provider.

@Plusnet So can you send me a data sim to put in my mifi dongle to give me service. Alternatively will you pay for me to buy an unlimited data goody bag for the giffgaff sim I already have ?
