@STONEDOVE Networks use different frequencies to get 4G or 5G. If you've gotten a 5G SIM and are still only getting 4G, then it would seem your phone doesn't support the right frequency to get 5G with giffgaff. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff how long does it normally take to fix a fault with a mast as I've had barely any internet since yesterday morning. Thanks in advance

@giffgaff i cant seem to login - when it swaps to opening the login page to a browser it says access denied. Is this a wider issue?

  • pmh2_patrick ⚽️ (@pmh2_patrick) reported

@giffgaff She has. But she finds it hard to follow their instructions. There seems to be an issue with her phone, which she bought from you, but as it’s a bit out of the 30 days they are not being too helpful with a repair or replacement.

@LloydsBank Hi Laura- it was debit, I presume a direct debit. She received a new phone and needed a new sim, kept her number and it looks like giffgaff set up a new account, charged her for the new account but didn’t cancel the previous one. So she has paid 17months without realising.
