@giffgaff no signal again. Once again, a phone mast near me isn't working properly and is making it impossible for me to make calls & receive texts. How many times does it need to be fixed before it's fixed 😮‍💨

@puncharama Yikes. Within your phone connection settings, you'll be able to change the network mode, to not include 5G service if you want this switched off. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • serichards Suzy Richards 🇪🇺 (@serichards) reported

Well this is annoying. Many of the sites about the different MVNOs said Giffgaff DID support wifi calling. Turns out that is ***** and they don’t 😡 It was shown as being on with Plusnet and they supposedly don’t! It seems a no brainer to have it.

  • CraddockHazel Hazel 🌻 (@CraddockHazel) reported

@giffgaff are your brand new phones unlocked to any network?

  • puncharama Christopher (NOT Chris) (@puncharama) reported

@giffgaff your 5G network in Manchester barely responds. How do I stop my iPhone from using it and just stay on 4g instead ?

  • CumbriaGraham Graham Watson (@CumbriaGraham) reported

@EatSleepCycle @rogermerriman Other 1/2 uses iphone5c, 2nd hand about 3 yrs ago off giffgaff. New battery (ebay), wasn't 100% confident to fit but worked. Gets frustrated by apps which don't work on old phones. Didn't know Whatsapp is stopping - that may be a problem too far - family and friend connections.

  • _Harriet90 Harriet (@_Harriet90) reported

@CSG1973 @emmamrevell @CharlotteCGill Definitely buy your own router, don’t take out a deal with your network. Try out different sims before taking out a contract. Three is cheap, but not great. If o2 is good in your area, look at Tesco or giffgaff, which use o2 network

  • AlDuck2 Alison Duckworth (@AlDuck2) reported from Mellor, England

@giffgaff can someone get back to me pls - my phone just stopped working yesterday, I have no service, goody bag active.

  • jasonclampet Jason Clampet (@jasonclampet) reported

@englishpaulm I have a US SIM card from T-Mobile and a UK one from giffgaff. The latter is easy to use, cheap, and I never ever get spam calls. Not enough consumer-centric rules on US carriers when it comes to mobile networks

@giffgaff My roaming isn't working in Italy. Your website suggests I should still have service. Can you help? Thanks
