Fair play, when they swing into action @giffgaff customer service are communicative, clear, informed, and helpful. My issue was resolved in a few days, and they even worked on the issue over the weekend.

@giffgaff Hi, not tried yet but apple has no ‘hotspot’ listed in system menu. when I contacted someone on their ‘support’,chat (cannot checkback as did not keep the ref. number, he proposed that Apple did not support Giffgaff. (When I get my sim this week I will try and see).

@mouthwaite @EE Don't use contract phones. Buy a phone the best you can afford and pay insurance for it. Use giffgaff (O2 network) They advise you if you are on wrong tariff for your use ie. I was buying a goodybag costing £20pm they emailed me suggesting I use £10pm. Amazing company

@OCTOCHAMP i just use giffgaff and think it's pretty decent ? a tenner a month gives me like 9GB data and i've never had any noticeable issues with signal. scott's with EE and i think he has signal issues in our flat

@slut4satanism I use Giffgaff. Getting a work phone is a good move, when you're not working you can switch it off and forget all about annoying clients
