@EmPep09 If the PAC code was used, then the number transfer would usually begin on the next working day, unless a different date was selected. We would recommend contacting the new network to find out more about the transfer date. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff Thanks for your reply but he already tried and tried again after this tweet but doesn't seem to work. The main problem is people from his work place are not able to contact my friend. The calls are still being redirected to old service provider @giffgaff

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@EmPep09 Hi Emilia. Her service would be stopped whenever the number has been transferred. The reason for this is that the account would no longer have an active number, so the SIM would be deactivated. She should now be able to use her services on the new network SIM. - giffgaff Emer.

@gingstertrippin I'd recommend @giffgaff mate, never had an issue, change how much you pay each month, never needed to pay more than 10 quid a month :)

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@RobertJKidd You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. - giffgaff Emer.

  • randommuse214 Michelle Ann (@randommuse214) reported

@giffgaff is there a problem with your network? I'm in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, and for 2 days get only occasional 3G, mostly says GSM, often no service at all.

@giffgaff Hi due to bad signal issues I have left the network last month. I didn’t use my number at all. Yet somehow this morning I had been charged! I’m very disappointed to find that a network to which I have used for so long could do me like that. No loyalty. Thanks.
