@EllieJaneTaylor @giffgaff I’ve never bought a new phone, I’ve always purchased a refurb through @giffgaff and it’s always been in superb condition. Literally, Can’t fault this company!

@giffgaff having a nightmare setting my account up. Any chance of a human to talk me off the ceiling? Been using your service for nearly two weeks and the website keeps asking me to activate SIM. A competent customer service rep would fix my issue instantly. Can I get a number?

Smarty is Three 3G and 4G, owned by the same company. The top speed I've had so far is over 38 Mb/s. It's usually slower in the daytime. Recently, I had 9 Mb/s but last night I had over 30 Mb/s. Giffgaff is less cheap and uses the O2 network. I've been with them since 2014.

@giffgaff Thanks, but I will need to use a MiFi device so we can work, have meetings and the whole thing while ISP doesn’t install their service. Is this allowed?

@lasombra_br You would be able to use a MiFi device, that's not a problem, but unfortunately we wouldn't provide those. - giffgaff Emer.
