@O2 @giffgaff what’s the crack with the network being down in Devizes, Wiltshire. Says a mast problem but it’s been like this since lunch time. Phone is essentially useless as we do not have Wi-Fi in our location, or a landline so rely heavily on the o2/giffgaff. Time scale???

@giffgaff I am trying to purchase I refurb phone on my giff gaff . When I get through to purchasing it , it wants to send a code to my phone ! My phone is broken and I’m not receiving the code ? Can you help ? Been on this all day 😩

@meizhan_green @thaliarchus I'm on a pay monthly sim at the moment and I actually really need to switch because the service I get is pretty dire. I know that GiffGaff have frozen their prices for 2022 to be the same as their 2021 rates which is pretty neat, though they may not be the best option for you.

@oGototheS @TheBossnME I hope you don't hate me for saying this, but I really recommend @giffgaff which does monthly pay as you go as cheap as a contract, or cheaper. It uses the O2 network, and I switched to it when I heard the police use it too (they will look for the best coverage)
