    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    @giffgaff @reubenwvw Does your garbage company have any sense of ethics at all? You ban people’s accounts without offering any proper way to resolve the issue, and now you won’t even refund the remaining balance—you’re just keeping all the money for yourselves?
