opaline (@CokenOlivesV3) reported@7armer @lateantique @Gio45ive Mobile Virtual Network Operator. A network with no (or almost no) physical infrastructure that piggybacks off of another network. Giffgaff and Sky Mobile are on the O2 network. VOXI and Lebara are on the Vodafone network.

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@MarkSparx2 If the live chat has cut off Mark, and you've been referred to our agents, it may be that the keywords used suggested an account issue and not a phone issue. Please try this again to speak to our live chat team. - giffgaff Jeanette

KnowYourSelf (@kindanew) reported@ajzxne Outsourced still means they have to be paid for. We do not know what the arrangement O2 has with Giffgaff for renting network capacity but there are probably options which can be added and removed. Different virtual operators might choose different options.

Ari 🦭 (@goodphealings) reported@elizaisonfire It was a promotion for Giffgaff. They did a campaign where you could hire 1 of 13 "tools" and if you used it in a video you would get free cell service for a year and a chance to win money. Anyone could enter. Dan choosing the gimp of all the tools was just... him being dinof.

loo58 (@moaningminnie58) reported@giffgaff HI still cant get the help I need Im Blind now & can only talk. Please help me.

Jason (@jasoneccles) reported@thomasforth I think they are, in a way. This year I made the mistake of moving from O2 to Lebara, because it was cheaper. The signal is terrible, and despite it being on the Vodafone network, I get a “less bars” than colleagues who are on Vodafone. It seems to me the MVNOs, like Lebara and GiffGaff, are ways of selling less bandwidth for cheaper money.

MagnoliaLab (@lovezihuatanejo) reported@zzwinwinwin Giffgaff mass-banning user SIM cards is straight-up robbery and completely illegal. I fully support you guys filing a complaint with Ofcom!
