@scottjlawson +1! It sucks that by default, as a customer, we have to waste time swapping suppliers. I'd prefer to pay a bit more and get a steady fair price. GiffGaff seemed to solve this for mobile usage in the UK.

@virginmedia why is it that my phones broke after less than 2 years of having it and then when I ring to fix it 5 times over the last week u put the phone down on me twice? Maybe I should move to @giffgaff

Who’s idea was it to send an O2 emergency alert test message to mobile phones at 7:45am this morning? I nearly chocked on my breakfast! @O2 @giffgaff
