@O2 Thanks, managed it before, no problems, maybe it was being in North Yorkshire that threw it out. In fact one service station we visited on the way up had banners up declaring itself a GiffGaff area, which means Jennifer R, BT and EE mischievous.

@Lagnezmo17 It sure is, Leonardo. We are a pay as you go network and do not offer contracts. It is possible to set the goodybag to automatically recur each month, and this can be cancelled anytime - giffgaff Jade

@O2 I took a pay monthly e-sim this week and ported my number from giffgaff. I don't have any signal since then and I can see correct mobile number in the my o2 section. I have sent my number in DM. Could someone take a look, please?

@giffgaff Ok so can I cancel my goodie bag as the only reason I joined was for the data whilst I’m in Europe in august. I won’t have access to wifi and 5gb won’t be enough

@giffgaff The number is working on Lebara and is also active with giffgaff which is why giffgaff alerted me to problem - they wanted to recycle the number as it hadn't been used. Lebara have ****** up royally - giffgaff can't seem to get a response from lebara either...
