    @giffgaff We've now had this twice now... "Cannot send message with giffgaff. Error 38". What on earth is this? If we cannot sort this quick we are going to have to switch our business phones to another network. This just sucks *****.

    My mum is having so much fun with gifs. She was calling them giffgaffs and telling me how one of her friends doesn't know how to use them but Giffgaff is a mobile service provider. Eventually, I understood what she was on about. I rarely use gifs. I use words. Bloody old people!

    @Dave7438501904 @wrexham @O2 I don't recommend giffgaff I never had service

    @Leah_EEE They may not use, but for mobile I moved to a 1 month rolling contract with smarty, giffgaff etc. No drama when it comes to price, just works, parents on it too, can even do it as a group and manage for them. Internet and Phone I have just concluded they are all awful :(

  • SusanRead15 Susan Read (@SusanRead15) reported

    @lottyburns @ThreeUK PlusNet works extremely well. Still free roaming. I’m paying just over £8 now for 15Gb data & unlimited minutes & texts. Left GiffGaff as had issues making calls when abroad.

  • TulipsisonBlair Happy (@TulipsisonBlair) reported

    @giffgaff Its not confusing, its not clear. The marketing says buy what you need each month. It doesn't state "we will take money each month, unless as a new customer u know to go into your account and remove the recurring goodybag that u don't know we will enable". Back 2 Tesco mobile
