@giffgaff You’ve done this already. You even sent a new sim. It’s your service. It’s not reliable enough.

@giffgaff I will make sure that all my conversations will go public to show others the response you get and service from GIFFGAFF 😡😤

@emmagabarda @giffgaff Hopefully your number has transferred over now, but it's always worth restarting your phone periodically which can help complete the process.

@giffgaff @Mark_Antony_3 My phone calls are even cutting out, not much help with your chat service either, #WATCHDOG

@MammothWhale Other providers will be the same, as they’ll rely on Openreach to actually configure the connection. A good temporary solution would be a VOXI or Giffgaff prepaid SIM card, and putting it in a cheap 4G router. You can get them on Amazon for about £60-70

@mattgreencomedy Afraid not. I'm on giffgaff, but I would recommend them. Their PAYG is quite pricey, but the goodybags are very cheap. The cheapest £6/month. That gives unlimited calls, texts & 1GB data. Excellent service & coverage (they run on the O2 network). £35 gives you unlimited data.

Hey @giffgaff Woodhouse, Leeds - no Internet or phone services at all. Since around 3pm. Please fix, I'm having to use WiFi just to tell you.
