@s_troughton Oh dear, Steve, that's odd. Please try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser, and then try that out again. If you have the same issues, we would recommend trying that out using another internet browser or device. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff you guys having internet issues? For the last two days I've had nothing but trouble trying to connect to the internet. Getting quite frustrated to be honest.

Opened box with refurb phone from GiffGaff. Taking the phone out, the charging cable and SIM extractor fell out from the other side. But only the SIM extractor made it to the floor. The cable vanished on the way down. Completely baffled. Tiny wormhole?

@giffgaff I get mast issues can effect different sevixes I have worked for a number of mobile providers but the as I said in my original tweet 3 different sims and 3 different handsets. Also this has been ongoing for over a week now so I think its something a bit more than the mast issue

@drmatthewhardy We alighted on Giffgaff originally because my daughter was in Canada termtime, and wiith Giffgaff you have a permanent mobile number but can buy a month’s service ( a “Goodybag”) at a time without renewing, so she just paid £10 each month she was back home, for about 10gb.
