@Teresastorey81 @giffgaff Hi Teresa, when you close your account all payment methods are removed. Is it possible you have another another account? I would suggest calling the bank to cancel future payments being made.

So can’t call either of my parents or my sister on @giffgaff or @O2 networks Their numbers apparently don’t exist, or so the recorded message says ! They can all call each other so appears neither network recognises calls from other networks
