    @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.

    @thomasforth I think they are, in a way. This year I made the mistake of moving from O2 to Lebara, because it was cheaper. The signal is terrible, and despite it being on the Vodafone network, I get a “less bars” than colleagues who are on Vodafone. It seems to me the MVNOs, like Lebara and GiffGaff, are ways of selling less bandwidth for cheaper money.

    @giffgaff Return my money if you are determined to deactivate my account and the phone number without any acceptable statement or understandable solution for a ridiculous reason which can not be seen in your account policy

    Why is @SamsungMobile continuing the roll out of ONE UI 7 when it's known to effectively brick phones by breaking esims? While we're at it why tf does @giffgaff require sms verification to replace broken esims THAT CANT RECIEVE SMS

    From you and you don't help you just want my money well I am not renewing my contract in November 1 and put in a non contract SIM of my choice. It's your fault for bloody awful service. Your good at taking my money. I may have to choose voxi on signal results or Giffgaff depends

    @ajzxne Giffgaff doesnt own or have to invest, develop or maintain any network infrastructure. They just piggyback networks.
