Steve (@alpherah) reported@giffgaff @giffgaff we tried this it says chat isnβt available and to submit a web form which we did. The service has been pretty shocking so far however. Donβt you guys test the phones?! Apple diagnostics can be run self service these days so there isnβt really an excuse

Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.

Weβve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyβve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.
