    @thepipkins @Judymal3 @ThreeUK If you want the 3 network, get a Smarty sim. I got unlimited data for £16 via MSE website (or maybe another comparison site ?? - worth shopping around). For Vodafone try VOXI, or GiffGaff for O2

    @giffgaff I will have to wait, but this is just another time giffgaff is proving that it's not the mobile network for me. Do I get a refund for long term lack of service??

    Anybody else experiencing @giffgaff getting worse every day or is it just me? Can't get reception anywhere considering they are meant to use 02 network.

    @MartinSLewis Please note that price alone for a virtual network does not take priority into account. Example: giffgaff is a virtual network provider on O2's network. But the moment that there is contention (lots of people using it), O2 will give their own direct customers priority. 1/2

    @MartinSLewis Been with @giffgaff for a few years and buy a £6 goodybag monthly. Never had any issues and they have a great community forum to help if there are any problems. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

    @giffgaff Which is why I was trying to contact sn agent on my account so I got more than basic problem solving but your having an issue loading the agent page, all other giffgaff website pages load.
