    @giffgaff Hello I have a question, what is the reason for closing accounts when they haven't been logged into online if they're still paying the contract? A lot of elderly people can't do all this online portal thing, and you've got absolutely no phone numbers for help???

    @JBR___ Hi JBR. We appreciate that this is frustrating. When dealing with the HelpBot you need to ensure to follow the prompts and reply fully, or else the bot will be unable to identify your issue and be unable to connect you to an agent - giffgaff Hannah

    @_msec_ @giffgaff I switched from them precisely because of their poor EU roaming limits. Went to @iD_Mobile_UK and have never looked back.

    @cyrilnotes @Fremond_ Go to an MVNO network. Essentially of them except Giffgaff have the same priority as regular customers on the main network. Voxi uses Vodafone and Three and is very cheap so I recommend that.

    @AbsoluteLeaNot @thecapitalistw Literally, joined Giffgaff to save £2/month, big error. Voxis signal is goated, just ordered an ESim.
