    @AKornitzer If you're in Germany, we don't need your post code Alice. What errors are you getting when trying to log in? If you've been using your mobile number to log in, please try using your membername instead and vice versa. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @Secondcitylee It can take up to 24 hours from activation for your service to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade
