There is no proper support center. No customer care service. No physical office, no direct human interaction, where you can ask for emergency support.

I've never spent more than £250 on a phone and have a giffgaff sim with a £10 golden goodybag. I usually change my phone every 2-3 years so I just start again with saving the £250 I'd spend on a phone.
