Craig Herdman (@craig_herdman) reported@O2 Tried to move from Giffgaff. Supplied PAC code etc and was supposed to happen yesterday. Phoned O2 at 17:30 and guy said there had been a technical issue and it would be resolved in the next four hours and would get an email to confirm. No email. Still on Giffgaff. @O2 ??????

Danny Rose-Peters (@danny_rose_p) reported@NabilN17er Is it because of the number of people in the same place? The nearest cell gets too busy or something? I'm thinking about switching giffgaff for some other provider but I can't find information suggesting this would fix my problem.
