    @giffgaff Why ARE you asking me to log in.Your system NO LONGER letting me in?? Why can't you say why you are still charging me ? On what excuse you are still charging despite your colleague promise no to !!! I hope the public see the kind of FRUSTRATION caused by simply purchasing service

    @giffgaff hi, no network issues showing in the area but my mum can’t use either her phone or tablet both on giffgaff. She can’t top up or call you to discuss the issue…she’s just had surgery and needs phone access! Help please

    @jerijerod14 Buy a second hand one. I got one from Giffgaff. Brilliant plus you can choose any network so much cheaper per month as well

    @giffgaff DO NOT use this strange company with no customer services that you can talk to. We purchased their SIM card for a brief period then cancel it by following their website. Despite email assurances 2 months on they are still charging us via DD. DISGRACE!

    @LStacey @EE Bizarrely from Sandbanks to Hengisbury Head is the only place I get a stable giffgaff signal, but when I was with EE it barely worked anywhere outside of the Square
