@giffgaff your helpdesk people are struggling to cancel the phone of someone who's died. This really shouldn't be so hard. Could you kindly give me a route to escalate this? I already have the standard bereavement line but they're asking for information I don't have.

  • tullytalking Sarah Tully (@tullytalking) reported

@giffgaff I cancelled a transferring of number but it has still gone ahead. My number is now not working as of this morning. I need urgent help,

@giffgaff Hi guys. My mum is in hospital at the moment and I need to ensure we can top up her phone with a goodybag but I don't have her login. It's vital I can do this as we can't visit due to COVID. Can you help?

  • ChrisPEtheridge Chris Etheridge (@ChrisPEtheridge) reported

@giffgaff Hi Jeanette. We have done this but her credit will run out extremely quickly for data usage. Please can you help by using the credit I have topped up to purchase a goodybag? As you can imagine this is very stressful to sort out when we cant see her in person.

  • Smiffy1890 Brent Smith (@Smiffy1890) reported

@giffgaff quick question, why would I buy a £10 goodybag that has 6gb of data, when I could buy a £10 golden goodybag that has 9gb data? I don't have a 5g phone so does this golden one support 4g use?

@MentalDad79 @VodafoneGroup @giffgaff Been with Vodafone for years and my loyalty isn’t rewarded in the slightest, I’ll be joining another service provider in summer.

When did @giffgaff change their voicemail message? When I was a customer they had a nice soothing Geordie accent. I'm calling a lot of giffgaff users as part of a project I'm doing atm...

  • thecryptocg Crypto Chaingang (@thecryptocg) reported

@giffgaff I can't text from this phone unfortunately as it's saying Emergency calls only. That's why I'm trying to log in to my account to see what the issue is 😥

  • sunshine_recon w (@sunshine_recon) reported

@giffgaff hi. Can someone help me. It's been over 7 days and I not received payment for my phone recycle. You said it was transferred but nothing still. Is there a number for customer service

  • Monsieur_Green Craig Green (@Monsieur_Green) reported

@giffgaff Thanks Ann, it's already on it's way back cheers. The fault with this one is that the microphone doesn't work. So you can't make calls/facetime anything really. You would think that would be part of the full testing procedure to be honest.
