    @giffgaff Return my money if you are determined to deactivate my account and the phone number without any acceptable statement or understandable solution for a ridiculous reason which can not be seen in your account policy

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you don’t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.

    @giffgaff Never have I seen such an appalling system I wasted many hours the question was ,my SIM card hasn’t arrived ?you could not, would not and did not reply or deal with it , I have now cancelled .

    @Iromg Vodafone are expensive and they have the worst reception. Giffgaff use 02, and they're cheap and reliable.

    @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.

    giffgaff: “We’re different from traditional mobile networks.” They weren’t joking. Most networks take your money and provide a service. giffgaff apparently takes your money and provides a lesson in reading the Fair Usage Policy. Truly innovative. 👏🇬🇧
