Rhoda (@UkRhoda) reported@giffgaff How can a “service” company run with zero customer service/help and no phone number? What nonsense! Scammers!
-
Barry (@Gowithbazza1) reported@giffgaff Is that every day the mast is down or having issues because this seems to happen quite often 🤔

Martin (@martinrue) reported@robj3d3 @IMAC2 @ThreeUK Ah dude that sucks. FWIW, I use giffgaff and they're happy so long as you top up every few months.

Vexed ✝️🇬🇧🏴🇮🇷🇮🇱 (@AbsolutelyVexed) reported@DrGladimir @tescomobile O2 business, giffgaff business and sky mobile all do call forwarding. All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly £25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.

homelander (@jtbbtnt54249) reported@giffgaff @reubenwvw Does your garbage company have any sense of ethics at all? You ban people’s accounts without offering any proper way to resolve the issue, and now you won’t even refund the remaining balance—you’re just keeping all the money for yourselves?

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@ARRelectech Hello Diablo, this does sound frustrating. You've mentioned another sim works in your phone, this would suggest there's an issue / fault that's developed with the existing sim you're using, and you'll need to complete a sim swap on your account - giffgaff Mark

Shark peppers (@yhm505037470433) reported@giffgaff Listen, you have no right to disconnect my service. I’m a legitimate user currently residing in China long‑term. Blocking my card will cause me serious trouble!

Spongboob Squitpants (@SpongboobSpants) reported@giffgaff Is it worth me DM-ing you the person's name, for you to see if they are a potential customer and you can contact them via email to check their stored address?
