    @BladeoftheS Really people need to shop around and use mobile networks like giffgaff who use the 02 network 100GB unlimited calls and texts for £20 Which is half the price as 02 for the same deal

    @giffgaff good morning, I bought a phone from giffgaff last April & I believe its still in warranty. I am unable to get signal despite following all the steps including a new sim card & still no signal. I can only assume its the handset. Will a cracked screen affect the warranty?

    @MoistKritikal51 @TheNorfolkLion I managed to get a 256gb pixel 10a from giffgaff for £400 + £10 rolling monthly contract which I will cancel. Sold out at the minute. Not sure when they will be getting them back in stock but may be worth keeping a check on their site if you live in the UK.

    @RSdriver00 @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK All seem **** locally since huawei was removed from the backbone, I’ve tried EE (ok), Vodafone (useless) and now on GiffGaff, I got better signal roaming in Spain

    @JBR___ Hi JBR. We appreciate that this is frustrating. When dealing with the HelpBot you need to ensure to follow the prompts and reply fully, or else the bot will be unable to identify your issue and be unable to connect you to an agent - giffgaff Hannah
