    @giffgaff i cant seem to login - when it swaps to opening the login page to a browser it says access denied. Is this a wider issue?

    I’ve been with @giffgaff for 10yrs & now having my first issues with them. Sent my phone back for repair for 2nd time for the same issue and they are saying it’s not covered by warranty even though it’s the same fault they ‘fixed’ 3months ago #somuchforloyality

    @giffgaff She just tried, and was told she had no credit. Which is nonsense, she was able to call her brother with no problem.
