@stewrogers Except EE doesn't work in my house... or basically at this end of town (so Wi-Fi calling doesn't help). O2 and Vodafone are the only viable networks for me, but giffgaff seems to be giving reduced O2 performance recently...

  • ProveIt78 Andy Holding (@ProveIt78) reported

@giffgaff I don’t believe you. There is always a way to escalate and prioritise. With customer service (or rather lack of it) like this. I’m very glad I’m not a customer and never will be. How do I complain about your complaints process.

  • 0001Matt Matt (@0001Matt) reported

@giffgaff Er, no, you misunderstand me. First attempt to change password, locked out of account. Problem your end, not mine.

  • joeydfree joeydfree (@joeydfree) reported

@daazioor Okay, former telecommunications engineer here anything powered by EE is gonna have best covage as the do emergency services, O2 are a bit meh but does the job and Vodafone is using Huawei and three are hit and miss. Giffgaff is O2

  • FatherCheesy Reverend Hugo Z. Hackenbush (@FatherCheesy) reported

Just moved my fathering law to @giffgaff because he hardly uses his mobile. He had £15 PAYG credit on the phone He hasn't used the phone at all but the next morning £1.75 had gone & later that day it was down to zero. WTF is happening @giffgaff

  • JSB93x Jordan (@JSB93x) reported

@giffgaff @AshJamIng Flexible payment plans/Goody bags. Any issues are usually resolved quickly. Only thing I dislike is I can’t chose my date of repayment for my goody bag and it comes out on the 14th - that’s the only issue I have.

  • ProveIt78 Andy Holding (@ProveIt78) reported

@giffgaff This doesn’t work. And this is urgent as someone is using my address fraudulently. I need action now. Not in 5 days. No customer service number, appallingly slow complaints process. Shocking.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@ProveIt78 We are an exclusively online network, so we don't have a telephone number, and we're unable to call members. We totally understand that you would like this looked into as soon as possible, and our member relations team will get back to you as soon as they can. - giffgaff Emer.

@VOXI_UK @giffgaff It seems that Vodafone and Voxi quietly stopped supporting the Virgin London Underground network. Thanks Vodafone

  • Viking_Sarah_1 Sarah the Crazy (@Viking_Sarah_1) reported

@nicklesby79 Oh I thought you meant home wifi not also 4G. I have Shell for home and @GiffGaff for mobile. GiffGaff are part of O2 so use their network. Brilliant reception and very cheap!
