  Hey @giffgaff I bought an eSIM with you nearly 48 hours ago. The eSIM still hasn’t activated and my contract with Vodafone is now expired… but you have ported my number over. So I have no data and can receive no calls. eSIM activation should be instant, at max, 24 hours. No option to call up or get an instant agent response. Any help? Yours truly, a man without a phone.

  @skelpitheid @SSalyers2 I purchased two from Amazon and i use Giffgaff SIM as my internet supplier....never had a problem. If you go for the model ' Poco ' , super fast and reliable.

  @FyrFrames @DoesItPlay1 This is the part I don't understand. I am on a pay as you go with Giffgaff and mine worked, he's on the same pay as you go deal as mine, his doesn't work 🤷

  @giffgaff Reference no 260617-000644. Dont tell me to activate my sim on a no reply e mail when I haven’t received one. If not sorted soon I will cancel.

  @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

  I’ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldn’t believe it. Going from £15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.
