@giffgaff Odd that you get this when you've not delivered my, replied to my Agent requests or my complaint. My experience of Giff Gaff is apalling customer service. Since you won't contact me, I'll have to go to my credit card co. for a refund.

@BigC_Contrarian @SrussSteven Check out Giffgaff. They use the O2 network. Sims from £6m, no contract, totally flexible, can change up/down monthly if required. Been with them for years.

@Tattooed_Mummy yeah that's literally where i just ordered one from. been with giffgaff for years, until now never bought a phone from them but there's 21 days return thing so will see how it is.

@ClaireS72473185 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann. 2/2
