    @giffgaff Have tried different devices/browsers. I would get one from a shop but was relying on getting a free one as I have an issue wity my phone that I am hoping is sorted by changing providers.

    @giffgaff hi there, I recently got a sim from yourselves, and purchased a goody bag, I’ve not used any of it, and transferred my number over to another network. Its been less than 14 days, I believe I’m entitled to a refund

    @giffgaff I have a SIM card that I used for one week last month and forgot to turn off auto renew. You will be able to see that the SIM card hasn't been active or even in use since then. Any chance you can help and refund the money?
