@giffgaff Haven't even figured out the community stuff yet... Good service for a new customer onboarding shouldn't be conditional on them psychically knowing to look for info - communicate service updates affecting onboarding & use it as an opp to intro where to find more info in future

@unicornfacuk We are again sorry for the inconvenience caused, and we do sincerely hope that things are up and running again soon, and you're able to truly get started on our network - giffgaff Hannah (3/3)

@giffgaff As a new customer I expect the info I need will be part the set up process (or emailed if later). It's poor onboarding comms. Husband is an IT mgr & says he wouldn't expect anyone new to go looking for service updates during set up. That's for existing customers with disruption.

@giffgaff Thank you for your reply. I’m still waiting for my sim to arrive in the mail, been quite a while. Plus i have my PAC from o2 ready. Really hoping your operations are back to normal next week as I’m a new customer.. now a nervous one. 👀

@giffgaff Just received my ‘excellent’ refurbished phone with 76% battery and a service warning. No option to return phone on my order details. I need the phone now and I am fuming. What can be done?

@giffgaff Visually, I can now see the 4g sign at the top of the screen. Hopefully normal service resumed....

@giffgaff I wouldn't have an issue if the information about slow porting was up front - then I could've chosen to do it when it wouldn't have been such a big issue to be without my phone number & messaging for more than one day It's the lack of transparency that's upsetting
