@giffgaff my giffgaff mobile data hasn't been working for the past few days, is there some maintenance going on or is it just a downgrade in service? Can you let me know asap otherwise I will have to switch networks as I'm paying £25 a month for mobile data and it doesn't work.

  • Anastasia_T22 Anastasia Tempest (@Anastasia_T22) reported

@giffgaff Hello, I remember I paid £20 for giffgaff and I never made use of the £20, please could you look into this? Anastasia

  • NickHunt5 Nick Hunt (@NickHunt5) reported

@giffgaff I'm getting unusually slow (<0.3Mbps) in the GL12 area even though phone saying 4g/LTE. Have turned phone off/on. Is there a service problem?

  • Anastasia_T22 Anastasia Tempest (@Anastasia_T22) reported

@giffgaff “If you contact us through the account, I don’t know what this means.” I had a look, I don’t recognise that. At the time I was a new customer. I would like a refund of my £20. Anastasia

  • jkhan762 jk94 (@jkhan762) reported

@Mykiel_B @giffgaff I did this yesterday night and it seemed to work, I had the same problem today morning and I tried it again and now giffgaff mobile network doesn't even show up?

  • hattiecooke Hattie Cooke (@hattiecooke) reported

Dear @giffgaff I've just bought a referbed iPhone from you that doesn't get signal. So I checked the IMEI and it's blacklisted - which means this phone has been lost/stolen. Can you contact me so we can resolve the issue? PS - selling stolen phones isn't a good look.

  • G2theY Ann Fletcher (@G2theY) reported

@giffgaff Hi I have received 5 - yes 5! Sums in the post with my address but no one of that name lives here. Can you help? Hope it’s not fraud!

  • YasminRyan Yasmin Ryan (@YasminRyan) reported

@giffgaff help, my network has been completely down since 9am this morning. In the lu4 area. Is this a network problem? I'm using WiFi but can't make or receive calls or texts or use my data

  • MrJoeHill Joe Hill (@MrJoeHill) reported

@giffgaff are so ****, I’d forgotten why I’d stopped using them 10 year ago and now I remember, proper ******* fraudsters take your money and don’t give you the bundle you pay for. Robbing bastards ruined my sons birthday, can’t use his new phone, he’s gutted.

  • petermorris1878 Peter Morris (@petermorris1878) reported

@NubiBlue @rafathetoffee I got stopped. I had the nhs passport in my wallet so it was fine. But those needing the internet were screwed. There is no signal at GP particularly the O2 network, which includes Giffgaff.
