  @giffgaff Could you please tell me why mine & daughters phones are constantly switching to emergency calls only? Also phones keep trying to connect to 5g which we don't have here - TA20 3SZ. My phone right now has 5 and award arrow. There doesn't appear to be any mast problem.

  @giffgaff my bank account the other day was hacked but the bank stopped it so my account is blocked until I get my new card. My month payment hasn’t gone through because of this issue

  @giffgaff I have opened a ticket about this situation,you’re running out of my patience.I will think about other way to defend my rights,like make a complaint to Communications Ombudsman.

  @emsywemsy10 We just tested this on our end, and it should take you directly to the page to request a PAC. Alternatively you can log into your account then go to My Account, then profile and settings, and scroll down to 'Get a PAC code' - giffgaff Hannah

  @giffgaff worse customer service ever. Can't be bothered helping when there is something wrong so you have to try and cobble your way through their community hoping someone else has had the same problem. Stop trying to be quirky and try being helpful

  @dbcxptures i've had no issues with voxi and i've been with them for years (it's a little expensive if you want a realistically useable amount of data though, imo, compared to giffgaff for e.g. it's worth it for the consistency in signal/availability though)
