    @giffgaff I want to set up a £10 golden goody bag and I have ordered a sim online several times now and it's never been delivered. I have tried to pick one up in shops and none have the golden goody bags. They tell me I can pick up any SIM (which I have now done)

    @Susanroseabbey1 @giffgaff @MalcBo_1 just don't have any technical issues as you can't talk to a real person and their "agents" only have scripted tech sheets to go off, and god forbid you have any issues downloading emails. spend less on marketing and more on real people. #allhypenosubstance

    @vibepay I know I'm begging but I don't know what else to do, I'm an unpaid family carer and I need a phone, I have absolutely no money at all I just want to cry. @giffgaff it's out of warranty and I cant afford a repair, please someone help me :(

    @giffgaff @MalcBo_1 The only good thing about Giffgaff is the goody bags & the Giffgaff to Giffgaff calls/text when you have signal, the signal is crap no matter where you go. My whole house and garden is a black spot.
