    @giffgaff I've had no signal all day, no 4G, no 3G or even E. Is the mobile network down? I can't make or recieve a call. I usually have very good signal where I am.

    @giffgaff your customer service is a shambles! Received a faulty phone. Apple has got a record from previous owner that it had same fault! Can’t get in touch with anybody? I need this replacing asap as my daughter is off to Japan on Monday for 12 month and needs this phone!?

    @giffgaff with the new iPhone only supporting eSim, do you plan to support this feature? If not I suspect you’re going to loose a sizeable amount of customers! #iPhone14

    Topped up with £20 credit on @giffgaff to use in the US. Turned off all apps using mobile data, ordered an Uber and the credit was gone within 5 mins. Is that the norm or is there an issue?
