  @giffgaff my wife tried to enter into phone contract via yourselves, and because she has never used klarna the contract can’t be fulfilled. Hugely irresponsible that via your chat function a person suggested taking debt/credit with klarna to improve score and support the order..

  @giffgaff I have opened a ticket about this situation,you’re running out of my patience.I will think about other way to defend my rights,like make a complaint to Communications Ombudsman.
