    @DrBoilers We understand that members may at times wish to speak, and complain verbally, but we have always been a mobile network, that work solely online, so we're unable to be contacted to speak to someone over the phone. Only a voicemail can be left with complaints. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @CK42883037 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann.

    @giffgaff Giff gaff would manage to KEEP far more of its users if it had a decent support department. It is counter-productive to NOT have a support department. It is NOT future-looking to maintain the situation of "no support department" and the inevitable loss of users that this causes.
