    @agovavicky @giffgaff I don't know what's happening with Giffgaff, but I'm now trialling over sim networks so I can jump ship after 7 years running 2 phones with them. I really like them as a company but their data signal has turned atrocious in the last 3 months.

    @giffgaff received a broken refurbished iPhone that we paid £300 for. I've been trying to get hold of someone for 2 weeks, yet get automated responses. Genius Bar at Apple advised this phone should have not been sold to us!! Please can someone get in touch with me now! 😡

    @tee_taylor30 Hey Tee. We're sorry to hear that. We're not sure how this has happened, has your GiffGaff number been moved over to your new Three SIM? If so, this would then cancel off your GiffGaff account. When you requested your PAC, did you do this for your PAYG SIM? -Jenn

    @MXOFO They use O2, which can vary depending on where you are. Looking at some data suggests they're not too bad Newcastle area. Advantage to Giffgaff is there's no contract so you could try for a month or two and see how you get on
