John Woods (@Yorksims) reported@paulmsmith1975 @giffgaff this may be a silly question but are you sure she's a giffgaff customer? giffgaff is a wholly PAYG provider which means that everything is paid for in advance and there are no bills or tariffs that can be adjusted,the only option is which pre paid plan you choose each month.

Cllr Paul M Smith BA (Hons) MDipNLP CISM CISSP (@paulmsmith1975) reported@giffgaff I received a complaint that an elderly customer had bills of at least £280 from doing charity work - this should never have been allowed to happen & this is a safeguarding issue also - GiffGaff should at very least refund her money under goodwill/CSR

Keeps saying "invalid command". So I don't know why it's not working! Want to cancel my account after paying £10.00 but it's impossible to contact them
