@giffgaff got full 4g connection down in Wadebridge Cornwall but no internet connection. Checked apn etc but just not working. Any network issues in the area??

@giffgaff I have been frozen out of my bank account beachside I can’t receive an sms on my phone…my goody bag hasn’t been activated in 7 days, I’ve swapped@my sim & done all the reboots and can’t even make a call or use data to help sort this out! This is a nightmare

@lissa1511 We do appreciate this is frustrating Mel, and we're working as best we can to get the backlog processed as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we can only advise to reboot your phone periodically, to see if service resumes for you. - giffgaff Jeanette

@DJMidarezaki I actually think giffgaff are very good, but it's simpler to do things yourself. There is a box to tick on your account/payment page if you want to stop your automatic payments. Giffgaff doesn't work like other businesses

@ess_jay_em @O2 Yes. I use tesco and giffgaff which both use O2 Data stop start. On a minute basis. .Bridgwater area. Been going on for weeks now. Signal full 4g. But no data. There is definitely something not right . Agreed

@giffgaff I wouldn't have an issue if the information about slow porting was up front - then I could've chosen to do it when it wouldn't have been such a big issue to be without my phone number & messaging for more than one day It's the lack of transparency that's upsetting
