@giffgaff I upgraded a phone to 5g and the only thing I have noticed it the signal is worse than before. Not see 5g once since having the phone. Atrocious signal

@littlesthomebrw Hmm that's slightly disturbing - Sky Mobile (which I'm assuming you're on from the Passport Plus name) uses the O2 network, which isn't charging roaming fees (and nor are GiffGaff who also use O2) so this is just profiteering on Sky's part.

@shima__0309 Hello, When you go abroad, your device will connect to local network providers, so you can carry on using your giffgaff SIM for calls, texts and data. You are entitled to a maximum of 63 days of EU roaming after UK usage is detected in any four-month period. - giffgaff Ann 1/2

Hello @giffgaff A friend who is on a rival network (but one which also uses O2 infrastructure) has had EU roaming charges implemented. Can you confirm that you are going to continue not charging for EU+Norway roaming - at least until July?

@giffgaff Any timescale on when it’s going to be fixed? I don’t fancy waking a few streets away to get service for the next few weeks

Thankfully it’s only been 6 hours since @giffgaff went down, seems to be stabilising so I’ll hopefully be able to make a call within an hour or so

@giffgaff @Ofcom another day and my internet isn’t working, despite me paying £35 for my data plan a few days ago. I’ll be escalating this and putting through an official complaint as it’s unacceptable. I use the internet for work and it’s currently being throttled.
