    @giffgaff Raised ticket with Agent Juline, but refund was refused under Section 5.3 after PAC port-out. Loop won't fix this. Please escalate to a Formal Complaint for my credit refund, or send a Deadlock Letter so I can take it to Ombudsman.

    @giffgaff Trying to top up my mum's phone but you **** app has logged me out AGAIN. Can't log on because of the two factor bullshit sending a code to my other phone. You are ******* useless, your app is ******* useless.

    @giffgaff so when are the mast issues in my area going to be fixed? Been like it for weeks now, if not months. Literally rode past every mast you operate from, no engineers on site near any of them on any of the days you claim "engineers are working on the problem as we speak"

    @giffgaff been waiting 24 hrs, NOT ACCEPTABLE. I paid for sometihng and I want a reply now. You cant be a company without customer service, or relying on other customers solving my problems instead of Giffgaff.. "ask the community" LMAO
