@giffgaff I wish to stop you'r marketing materials coming into my inbox. It should be a simple procedure but have it found impossible. I do not understand most of the options offered up & the one I assume is the correct one am told don't have access to. Please help.

@oliviasolon Might be worth looking at Giffgaff, Voxi and Smarty. They're in-house "budget-MVNO" brands owned by the network they're on (O2, Voda and Three, respectively). All PAYG with auto-renew options, perhaps more convenient than a contract?

@Nazaroth You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann. 2/2

@ChampSmithson @LincsGay some of the cheaper ones run on the EE network (who I am with now) so I know the signal is good here, my work phone is on 02 via Giffgaff and that's fine everywhere too

@giffgaff Not according to Apple who actually called me and spoke to me. It was a real conversation. It is def a giffgaff issue. I’ve had two verification codes from you this morning. And the message I get after typing them is “You’ve entered the wrong code.” ….I haven’t.
