    @giffgaff Never have I seen such an appalling system I wasted many hours the question was ,my SIM card hasn’t arrived ?you could not, would not and did not reply or deal with it , I have now cancelled .

    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    @cyrilnotes @Fremond_ Go to an MVNO network. Essentially of them except Giffgaff have the same priority as regular customers on the main network. Voxi uses Vodafone and Three and is very cheap so I recommend that.

    @giffgaff Leeds, not good enough. I have important work to be done and all I get is crappy slow internet and the internet cuts off when making calls. Not good enough. Enough is enough, Sorry

    @JBR___ Hi JBR. We appreciate that this is frustrating. When dealing with the HelpBot you need to ensure to follow the prompts and reply fully, or else the bot will be unable to identify your issue and be unable to connect you to an agent - giffgaff Hannah

    @giffgaff my daughter accidentally clicked on the contract package when selecting an earlier monthly plan as she had run out if data. How do I check if its gone through and if so how do I cancel?
