@giffgaff Hi, are you currently having any issues? My dad’s recurring goodybag has errored for no reason and he is left with no data, minutes or texts while on site at work. He needs his phone to do his job.

  • harychad . (@harychad) reported

@giffgaff hi, my data isn’t working even though i have a goody bag with more than enough data and 3 bars. help!

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@X_eLle_S @giffgaff This is because call barring is switched on in your phone settings,it's not a network problem. You need to do a quick Google search for "switch off call barring on your phone make and model"and you should find the default pin code for your model.

  • Thriftmaster2 Thriftmaster (@Thriftmaster2) reported

@tescomobile @AnnReyn75876642 Tesco don't have a "physical" network, Tesco mobile is just rebranded O2, same as giffgaff, same as sky mobile.

  • ibrahimyussop ibbi!!! (@ibrahimyussop) reported

i wonder if there's a market here for a 4th, completely online-only ISP/mobile service provider (no physical stores or call centers) with even cheaper data targeted at younger more tech-savvy audiences similar to giffgaff and voxi

  • tomfenn8 Tom Fenn (@tomfenn8) reported

@mmalex Wait until you run out of data a week before your next bill, and EE then hold you to the floor slamming you with outrageously expensive daily bolt-ons! You've been warned! I sacked EE and went with Giffgaff, which I agree is slow, but at least Giffgaff don't take the pi*s.

  • manx_maid Stephanie Brooke (@manx_maid) reported

So despite the fact that @giffgaff belong to @O2 and use their network, @O2 refuse to talk to you about lack of signal (and if the reason is that they are testing switching off 3G) 😠

  • X_eLle_S Elle Linton | Fitness Pro & Blogger (@X_eLle_S) reported

@Yorksims @giffgaff Thanks, I've tried to switch that off and it says failed. I think I've tried 1919 but will try again just incase. Literally spent the whole of my evening trying to figure it out (and yup I got a samsung) when I've googled everywhere says its a network issue.

  • jeres Jeremy Allen (@jeres) reported

@hotgemMGMT I can't remember why but I had to get a contract phone. Was gutted to leave GiffGaff as they were the best service provider ever, and I've had a few.

@moonlightcrys10 Oh dear, that's strange. Please try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser, and then try that out again. If you have the same problems, we would recommend trying that out using another internet browser or device. - giffgaff Emer.
