    @giffgaff I’ve purchased an refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max and when I put my three SIM card to it it says no service. I’ve contacted three and they said the phone is locked. This is out of order. I’m going on holiday next week and no one answers me! Can this be sorted ASAP

    @BSLLondon @giffgaff Nope. Nothing yet. TEN days without service, THREE days since activating SIM card (exactly as instructed). It's a real problem. When (if) it comes back, will text you. #GiffGaff #customerservice @Ofcom
