    Hey @giffgaff I bought an eSIM with you nearly 48 hours ago. The eSIM still hasn’t activated and my contract with Vodafone is now expired… but you have ported my number over. So I have no data and can receive no calls. eSIM activation should be instant, at max, 24 hours. No option to call up or get an instant agent response. Any help? Yours truly, a man without a phone.

    @giffgaff hi, im having trouble with network. I ca get online but streaming is very poor and cannot make or receive calls. I have switched on and off, call settings are all on/the right settings. Please help

    @LuftkoppTim @luciascarlet Idk bout over there, but here O2 suuuuucks. I was with giffgaff, an mvno on the O2 network, for a lil while before switching to Smarty (on 3). And literally night and day difference. Its subjective though. In other places in the UK, 3 sucks and EE is better, or Vodafone even 💀

    @ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it.     @tescomobile how come some areas like manchester/st Peter square as an example. And also parts of Wythenshawe and flixton. I have signal but NO data. But others on giffgaff and o2 have no issue? Only tesco? (yet also uses the o2 network) I have to keep switch to a 2nd sim/network

    @mhewson_MCH @O2 Honestly the networks all own a cheaper brand. O2 - GiffGaff Vodafone - Voxi (or talkmobile) Three - Smarty mobile EE - EE don't own a flanker brand but 1pMobile sort of fills that gap Would recommend any of them over the big names (apart from 1p mobile as I've never tried it)
