@giffgaff Yeah, but we can't login because the account is locked and when it isn't it asks for two-step verification and we don't have the phone as she lives at the other end of the country.

@TheConWom Giffgaff have also blocked you. You just get a page saying the site can't be reached - ERR_CONNECTION_RESET Check your Internet connection Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems or other network devices you may be using. Makes it look like the site doesn't exist.

@DrAnamorphosis @EE They're owned by BT, therein lies the problem. Ironically it's awful phoning BT. I got shot of my EE contract, moved to Giffgaff, I couldn't be happier.

@Yorksims @Plusnet @giffgaff Thanks for the heads up. I rarely need to use them but when I do at least it’s good to have the option. I realised last night that even things like British Transport Police use short codes - massive fail from Plusnet.
