A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

Lee Wakefield (@anorak58) reported@EE Contract ends 16/06 for 2 iPhone 14s. Want a sim only deal until we upgrade later this year. You can offer 5/10GB deals. Very poor when I can get monthly deal with giffgaff for Β£8 for 5GB. Obviously not worried about customer retention.

Pete Lawson (@stitch_83) reported@giffgaff Yes, they reply once I have chased them and simply say we donβt have an update so itβs now been 20 calendar days with a partially working sim plan - sorry but itβs not good enough - I donβt want a response - I want a solution!!
