@SMARTYMobileUK Hi Cas, didn't need to as it righted itself to display the correct data, so all's OK. Had a couple of Sims with giffgaff for years, so trying out one Smarty SIM to see if it's a reliable service. Thx.

@giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

@ChantelleSeddon @tomclearwood @O2 If you get a decent signal on O2, switch to Giffgaff, as I did a couple of years ago. They use the O2 network, but do not tie you into a long contract. You will have to buy your handset outright but monthly costs are tiny in comparison. btw I have no connection with them.
