@kevtownsend Have you tried calling as a new customer? I could never get anyone when trying to cancel the subscription few years back. Cancel and get a Giffgaff pay as you go redeem SIM. No hassle.

@rowdy_claire @O2 @giffgaff I still have a year in my contract and can’t afford to buy out but I won’t be staying when it’s up, even if my work gets me discount. It’s next to impossible to speak to anyone! It’s terrible! Never had this issue when I was with EE!

@GrahamBarnfield @giffgaff Well idiot features! I have an ongoing monthly direct debit for a sim only service. I think you’ll find that constitutes a contract in law. It may only be a month long repeating one but nevertheless a contract. Pay attention! Dunces cap for you!
