@itssjpbaby I’m with giffgaff, I chose them purely because they were cheap! I believe they use O2’s network? I get great coverage and they cost less than three did 🥴 I keep getting happily surprised when my signal is perfect in areas where I previously had none!

@gcluley @VodafoneUK I had the same issue with Vodafone and EE. I had to cancel my direct debits. They put a notice on my credit history, Long battle to cancel. In have been using GiffGaff Pay as you go for several years and so happier and cheaper.

@giffgaff Royal Mail guarantee next day if use their Special Delivery service Why can’t you guarantee nx day by using Royal Mail special delivery- that’s good customer service. I will send account details by DM only if know you will do your job properly. Will you ?

@giffgaff Have ordered THIRD time today. Could get quicker from Amazon !! Very poor service that can’t get this earlier. Terrible that can’t phone a phone company. Disappointed. Work in NHS and need phone urgently , or will have to start cancelling home visits.

@giffgaff Tried this. When tried to activate, your website says can only use the one you have sent. TWO weeks and still waiting. BAD service. You don’t care about people. Worst thing is that you’re a phone company with no phone customer service #giffgaff

@Klarna why was I forced to pay my phone contract through you with giffgaff? Ive had nothing but issues for the past 2 months and your customer service is trash. I had no choice either, I was forced to use klarna and it wouldn't let me pay the way I did for my old phone.
