    To be honest, since covid no self respecting person in London has used O2, or the other cheap one. We all use EE or GiffGaff, signal still **** but wayyy better 👌🏿

    @giffgaff @Ofcom giffgaff never clearly informed customers of any specific time limit, such as 14 days or 30 days. This practice is completely misleading and appears to be a deliberate attempt to take advantage of consumers, amounting to unfair practice/consumer fraud.@Ofcom
