    @O2 how is it when I was with giffgaff who piggy back off of your network I never had connectivity issues but I’ve had no end of issues with you since I swapped? I want out of my contract and I don’t feel I should have to pay for the privilege, cause of your lack of ‘service’

    @mattmcilwaine @giffgaff giffgaff are a wholly owned subsidiary of O2 and currently O2 don't even supply wifi calling to their own PAYG customers so giffgaff is probably way down the list.

    @LindyLoo_Sweet Hi there Linda. It can take up to 24 hours from your port in day for your service to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

    @giffgaff you might want to speak with your mobile line/owners @O2. You’re customers deserve better and @O2 aren’t taking it seriously. So many of us need to be able to call for help. Some of us are disabled and need to get onto the drs. Really unacceptable.
