    @MikeDiver @MrLukowski Same reco, Giffgaff. Bought second hand iPhones for demoing The Bad Karmas last year. Inexpensive, quick delivery, phones were good.

    @giffgaff My issue is, how did they get into my account and circumvent my 2FA? I've had 2FA on my account since it was introduced. They managed to change my email, and password, AND transfer my sim without my knowledge. 1/

    @giffgaff service coverage in SK13 6## now consistently dire, patchy, unreliable. All you deliver are unfulfilled engineering promises. Sort it or loose your customers.

    @giffgaff I work in IT, well aware of the do's and don't of spoof messages. I didn't click the link in the message. I instantly went to my PC and went directly to giffgaff via the normal web address and attempted to login, 1/

    @giffgaff Also, during this time my sister was messaging the person who had stolen my account to get bank details from them so I could report this whole incident to Action Fraud. 4/
