Come on @giffgaff can you sort your app out? Ever since the update 29th September to fix “some” bugs it’s not worked for me?

Guess I'm not going with giffgaff. No other alternative to paying a phone on a monthly plan outside of Klarna which isn't an option for me anymore. It sucks ***

@bannbinouk @giffgaff Hi Steve, usually turning my phone off and back on helps but as others mention it could be a network issue in your area.

@john_actuary @ThreeUK Hmmm. Not sure if it will be included. The EU is, but I think you need to add extra bolt-ones/credit and PAYG outside the EU. Smarty uses 3’s network, in case you didn’t know. I use giffgaff, but don’t currently travel outside the UK, so less concerned about roaming these days.

@thescarey We're not aware of any issues Stewart. Check you have the most up-to-date app. If you do, uninstall and reinstall the app to see if this makes a difference. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff how is it I have full reception at 4g and can’t do a single thing with my mobile data anymore. What’s the point of paying for this data when I can’t use it when I want to (journeys to work mainly). It just gets worse all the time. Higher price less service.
