John Riley (@stairforce) reported from Stratford-upon-Avon, England@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

Use giffgaff (O2 network) They advise you if you are on wrong tariff for your use ie. I was buying a goodybag costing £20pm they emailed me suggesting I use £10pm. Amazing company
