@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

GiffGaff unlimited everything for £25 be sneaking in some 2G data like we won't notice. Everything will just move slow randomly for about 10 mins then it's rapid again.

So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

@giffgaff why can't I get a 5G signal on my Samsung S21 phone? I have been to a Samsung shop and they have checked my settings. I live in a 5g area and even in Leeds City centre where there is supposed to be 5g coverage I still get 4g. I have a golden bag sim. Please help thanks

So I can no longer send or receive iMessages on my phone. Apple Support say because it's trying to authenticate *by SMS* with a server in the US, and my carrier @giffgaff is blocking international SMS. Very confusing. It's worked for years, why did it just suddenly stop?
