    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @JackVTaylor More users using it slows it down maybe? Which is why giffgaff used to be good

    @Ajarncom I only have to call the UK from time to time. Best option I found was to order a Giffgaff SIM (or esim), stick a fiver in it and just top up when required. It usually connects to the AIS network here so calls etc all good. Serves 2 purposes with being able to receive UK SMS also

    Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

    @LuftkoppTim @luciascarlet Idk bout over there, but here O2 suuuuucks. I was with giffgaff, an mvno on the O2 network, for a lil while before switching to Smarty (on 3). And literally night and day difference. Its subjective though. In other places in the UK, 3 sucks and EE is better, or Vodafone even 💀

    @itvMLshow Hello Martin, after one of your shows I took advice on changing my mobile service provider from 02/virgin media to Giffgaff, sadly I didn't check the end date and landed up paying £107 as I was 10 days early.Just a warning to others!

    I’ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldn’t believe it. Going from £15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.

    @JP_Galea @O2 Yes! As of yesterday when I loaded the o2 app I had to go through the the link to create a virginmedia account and link my o2 at this point it failed! To link not happy if #o2 don't fix this I will be leaving I may as well be with giffgaff at least I could view my account
