  @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

  @O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

  @giffgaff why does my network go down at 3pm everyday? It lasts about 30-45mins daily! It's beyond a joke now

  @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

  @Ajarncom I only have to call the UK from time to time. Best option I found was to order a Giffgaff SIM (or esim), stick a fiver in it and just top up when required. It usually connects to the AIS network here so calls etc all good. Serves 2 purposes with being able to receive UK SMS also

  @xxx_kimbo_xxx @EE I used to be with EE then all of a sudden I couldnt get a signal in my own home so I switched to GiffGaff, I still only get 1 bar but at least it works. Considering I live about a 10 - 15 min walk from the town centre the mobile signal here is shite on all networks.

  I'm sorry but how can it be so bad? My WiFi connection is down again so I can't access anything on my laptop or the Firestick. I can use my phone to access but only when I turn off my WiFi (i.e. Data is working, thanks GiffGaff). But @TalkTalk wifi? Nothing.What am I paying for?

  @giffgaff your robot that only works during a specific time in the week is annoying me. What's the point? Customers need support. How can I get the help I need?
