@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

GiffGaff unlimited everything for £25 be sneaking in some 2G data like we won't notice. Everything will just move slow randomly for about 10 mins then it's rapid again.

All the lights flickered & then our local neighbourhood had a power outage. Lasted about 4mins but local WAN seems to be down for multiple ISPs/methods... (Virgin broadband/EE 4G/Giffgaff(O2) 4G). Interesting breakage! ⚡

Hey @giffgaff I got my new SIM card yesterday a £20 golden goody bag for some reason when I turn my mobile data on it just says no internet 🤷 Not sure if this is a phone issue or a Giffgaff issue.

@loulouGG_ @giffgaff My data is working now. My WiFi is rubbish in my house, I often can't get it upstairs etc so always have data on. I've never had an issue with using more than I usually do. Make sure you dont have videos to autoplay when on data as that can take a chunk.

@thestrayferret I would say that data transfer rates have been shocking for years in town (unusable), im on GiffGaff that leverages the O2 network. Ive never had an issue with calls though.

@MXOFO We don't do contracts as we're a PAYG network, however, we do have the option for our members to recur their goodybags monthly. As long as you have UK usage, you'll be eligible to use your goodybag in the EU. - giffgaff Tasbiya
