@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

Switched to voxi/Vodafone as giffgaff don't do voice over WiFi. Now out and unable to log into pokemon go, dunno if it's my signal. Sigh.

@glynmottershead @giffgaff Just had same issues. 9 months in and Phone camera won't focus and sent back to repair..they wriggle out stating water damage on a waterproof phone that they then say sorry we may have ruined the water proof seal so not covered. You can't make this up ! Con!!

@giffgaff failed to respond to an order query. Left out of pocket without a response from your customer service despite best efforts to contact you and fix the issue. Thanks for the additional stress and financial difficulty during a difficult time.

@_Ninji Okay yeah tbf you managed to get the worse company first click. EE have always been horrid. Giffgaff are good for phones on contract and their network is O2 so pretty reliable.

@WillBHA58 @giffgaff When a Samsung phone is locked to a network and you insert a different network sim it asks for a "Sim network PIN" (network unlock code). If you enter the wrong PIN 3 times it then asks for SIM network PUK. Only the network it's locked to can supply it for you.
