    @giffgaff please please help me. My number was meant to be transferred across but I still have no phone service at all. Haven’t had it for last few hours. Done every reset known to man.

    Phone numbers are another dumb thing. In 5 weeks I had no need for any. I come back to the UK and I cant do squat without one (still waiting for a replacement SIM from @giffgaff but if I dont get it by tomorrow I'm changing service provider -- not that they'll be better but 🙄)

    @benno44775 @giffgaff Thank you that’s kind. All sorted now. Oddly I needed to disconnect from the Wifi (although had no phone signal whatsoever) in order to reconnect to Wifi to log in!

    Hey @giffgaff @EE @Ofcom 2FA via SMS is now apparently considered unsafe even with notifications hidden. Requests to port numbers can be made & honoured by service providers this is being exploited by criminals. This is probably due to sympathetic operators trying to help . .

    @giffgaff Hi I can’t seem to find the answer to this but currently on a PAYG with 3 network, if I move to a SIM monthly with giffgaff, can I transfer over my 3 pay as you go number?
