@giffgaff good afternoon. I am tearing my hair out with your website and my account. I have recently moved to giffgaff and I have had nothing but problems trying to log in.
@JoelBaccas I have never had a phone contract, I use Giffgaff as a no contract service provided and buy my own phone. My latest phone is a factory refurbed iPhone 6s which cost me a couple of hundred quid and is more than good enough for my needs and Giffgaff costs me £12 a month..

@giffgaff network speeds are absolutely shocking taken me 25 mins to load a 3 minute music video ?
@JoelBaccas Get a decent unlocked Samsung (S10 maybe, new or refurbished) and a decent sim-only deal. I use giffgaff. You can get flexible monthly rates basically depending on the level data you decide on. Great customer service & app.
@GigiMaltese @ThreeUK Theyre shocking. Took me an hour to terminate my contract because they kept insisting a new phone and contract would fix my lack of signal. Funny how quickly that changed on Giffgaff with the same phone...
