    @giffgaff I have recieved my replacement sim as my old sim was broke and I have activated the new sim but I still can't make or recieve calls and texts could you tell me how long this is going to take please as I am disabled and need my phone in case of an emergency thank you

    Hate @giffgaff I had £7 of credit on my prepaid sim and it used it all trying to make one phonecall that never actually happened. Ordered an Asda sim card now. Giff Gaff going in the bin.

    @giffgaff I have to do that every day anyway… there’s something that causes the signal to cut off in that area…

    Hey @giffgaff I am currently encountering issues also LE12 area. No Network, No Data connection, Dropping Signal. Just straight up unstable

    @giffgaff i topped up £10 yesterday on my phone and it said its gone one so i throw the receipt in the bin now i go to check and nothing either gone on wtf iv just wasted my last £10 so thanks yh !!!
