@Loudbasket John Lewis sale should start Christmas eve btw, husband works for them and I just checked. My contract is with giffgaff and can't fault them. No wifi calling but I don't miss it, and I pay £10 a month for unlimited calls/texts and 9gb data. Uses O2 service and really reliable.

How did I know it was a scam? Firstly, I use Giffgaff, not EE, so there should be no problem. Secondly, the link looks suspicious. Thirdly, the phone number is a mobile number, if it was EE, it would come up as such. Normally, other clues can be found in grammar & spelling.

Hey @giffgaff I've messaged you before about my signal keep dropping to H/H+ or sticking on 4G but not loading any web info. Will it improve in near future with new masts etc..? If not I'll have to move to different network. It has been like this all year, even pre-covid. 😑
