    @giffgaff All this frustrating garbage would be avoided if you allowed multiple sims to be managed from a single account. Feels like bloody amateur hour.

    @giffgaff Neither of those those things helped. It’s a problem on the account. Also, I bought a goodybag on the 20th Dec but it never got activated.

    @RobertDL3RR We were with EE, but coverage is limited round here, so we then moved to O2. Great coverage, but appalling service, so we moved to giffgaff as it is on the Telefonica network so same coverage as O2, though offers a very flexible monthly package without contract.
