@hotgemMGMT I can't remember why but I had to get a contract phone. Was gutted to leave GiffGaff as they were the best service provider ever, and I've had a few.

  • Seanylane Seán Patrick Lane (@Seanylane) reported

Having trouble with @giffgaff not getting any data but coming up as I am using it. Asked to change my sim. Who has two SIM cards. Only drug dealers got that ****

  • florencewheels Florence Gray (@florencewheels) reported

Is frustrating when are 2 bars of 4G signal on a 5 G phone, and the internet is not working. @VodafoneUK and in the same location is 1 bar signal from 4G phone and the internet at least is moving. @giffgaff

  • ibrahimyussop ibbi!!! (@ibrahimyussop) reported

i wonder if there's a market here for a 4th, completely online-only ISP/mobile service provider (no physical stores or call centers) with even cheaper data targeted at younger more tech-savvy audiences similar to giffgaff and voxi

  • percyliquor Lil’ Sneak (@percyliquor) reported

@giffgaff hello! Is there an issue with the network as for about a month now my 4G stops working intermittently throughout the day? It’s getting really irritating now. Cheers!

@moonlightcrys10 Oh dear, that's strange. Please try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser, and then try that out again. If you have the same problems, we would recommend trying that out using another internet browser or device. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff hi pls help me!! I’m not receiving any one time passwords to my phone from ANY company :(

  • featherytravels Katie Featherstone (Scotland/Iceland) (@featherytravels) reported

Hi @giffgaff, I generally think you are great, but surprise enforcing 2 stage authentication to log-in to your website, which requires receiving an email, is not smart. You need data to get to your emails, and an email to top-up your data! This will cause people problems.

  • ash_stanford86 Ash (@ash_stanford86) reported

I can't deal, I changed to @giffgaff pay as you go a few months ago, but I could never get my Snapchat to load when I was out & blamed it on them. So I changed over to a new network, only to discover today, I had the mobile data switched off for Snapchat haha, Forgive me please?

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@X_eLle_S @giffgaff This is because call barring is switched on in your phone settings,it's not a network problem. You need to do a quick Google search for "switch off call barring on your phone make and model"and you should find the default pin code for your model.
