Dear @giffgaff I have had nothing but problems with your service recently it's become a pointless task topping up I'm just throwing money to the wind you keep having issues but you don't consider reimbursement

@MsVanillaRose I was on giffgaff for years, it runs on O2 but it’s completely separate. I switched to Smarty because it’s on a better network (3) and is cheaper. I’d recommend either one.

@peejay_adams Ah okay, I'd hoped a solid year would be good enough to allow me to pay them £40 a month, but it's not. So yes SIM only was a route I'd considered, a prev post about this, GiffGaff came out as no1 for most folk as best SIM only deal/service. I wanted a fancy phone. My bad

What's happened to the @giffgaff voicemail voice? It's gone from a professional studio voiceover to some ****** scally in his front room who's been ordered to provide voice recordings as part of his community service. Let's have the old one back please.

  • rosiepirana Rosie P-D (@rosiepirana) reported

@giffgaff Ok, please let me know when resolved. I'm really struggling here are not all businesses run through whatsapp & I'm trying to deal with an ongoing issue. A text would be fine! Then I know we are ok

  • bitoclass Paul #DistantSocialising (@bitoclass) reported

@giffgaff Thanks. All those APN settings were already correct, and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app earlier. I also tried deleting the saved Wifi Extra network and re-adding it after reinstalling the app. No luck yet, still the same error.

  • FrancescoIsa1 Francesco 'Isa (@FrancescoIsa1) reported

@giffgaff But it said that if I wanted to log in straight away without waiting I had to change my password which I did and still locked.. I will wait again and try with the new password and see what happens. Tried this already in the past few days and didn't help... let's see what happens

@xanpagebrown @BradMcA Biggest issue with Giffgaff for me is that Sky Mobile and O2 direct offer much better deals - O2 in particular if you like the O2 Priority rewards. Usually they do 10GB @ £10/mo Granted that's on a contract, but still.
