@giffgaff Honestly, that idea never even occurred to me. It doesn't really bother me, mostly just thought it was funny, but I suppose not everyone would feel that way, so I'll report the bug to them later today.

@giffgaff But then why is there a £20 a month goodybag for 100GB? It seems like nothing is in order and once again Ive slowed on data. It’s going to be the same f perform a sim swap and for the best part of 2 days I’ll get a faster service. It’s all wrong in the way things are handled.

@Tony_Ryan1892 @giffgaff Same issue in Bolton and Manchester. Ive been told by them to turn my connection to O2 on and off but it hasn't worked. With so many people having the issue you as seen on twitter you would think they realise it's on their end not ours
