Hello, you lovely @giffgaff people. I know I'm not alone in not having received the #emergencyalert message on my phone, however my wife next to me did on her Giffgaff Android mobile; presumably the signal is from the same mast? It's probably a Gov't ****-up as usual... Hey ho.

@WilliamNB @vodafone @EE I don't know where abouts you are, but if that's 3 companies you've had issues with, are you sure it's not your phone playing up?? I've never had issues with Vodafone or giffgaff (can't speak for EE) but Vodafone isn't cheap hence moving to gg. Hope you get it sorted anyway!

@nicktweet Oh goody, I'm on giffgaff which is basically O2. To be honest I doubt I'll notice a difference - I never get a connection in Winchester anyway - everything cuts out from Worthy Lane carpark onward

@ClareLouiseMil2 Unfortunately there is still a problem with the mast at the moment we're afraid, Clare. Our engineers are working on this, but currently we don't have any further updates on when this will be resolved. We're really sorry for the inconvenience caused by that. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff no signal indoors, can barely get a signal outside. What is happening? Two days it's been like this and that was without the other day where it wasn't working either. Would hope for a bit more reliability when your paying £300 a year

Dear @vodafone, I've just switched to you, after the pathetic service from @giffgaff, only to find your signal at my home fluctuates between 4G, 3G and nothing at all. On the same handset, which remains in the same spot Can you fix that in a hurry, please? Or should I move to EE?

@WilliamNB @vodafone @giffgaff I'm with EE. Only problem I've had, and I've also had it with Vodafone, is that if I cycle or walk along the South Downs or Kent coast I get charged for using French signals.
