    Hello, you lovely @giffgaff people. I know I'm not alone in not having received the #emergencyalert message on my phone, however my wife next to me did on her Giffgaff Android mobile; presumably the signal is from the same mast? It's probably a Gov't ****-up as usual... Hey ho.

    can someone recommend a uk service provider that isnt giffgaff. their service is actually terrible i hope they see this tweet and kill themselves

    @O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

    @EE Contract ends 16/06 for 2 iPhone 14s. Want a sim only deal until we upgrade later this year. You can offer 5/10GB deals. Very poor when I can get monthly deal with giffgaff for £8 for 5GB. Obviously not worried about customer retention.

    @EE @bazsharp I went to giffgaff because of EE's terrible Indian customer service. Constantly ****** everything up.

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica Virgin Media are 💯 with prompt online support. Always have been. I'm not sure any of the others will reply, at all...

    @Mattisamazing33 Just check that any of the virtual networks you use have a decent signal where you are, and/or allow WiFi calling. I originally went with giffgaff when I retired, who are great to deal with, but use the O2 network which only works in our back bedroom.

    @HelenCleave2 We're sorry to hear this has been going on for a while now Helen, but this can only be sorted via your case. As we are an online mobile network we do not have a customer service number to call unfortunately - giffgaff Jade
