    Hello, you lovely @giffgaff people. I know I'm not alone in not having received the #emergencyalert message on my phone, however my wife next to me did on her Giffgaff Android mobile; presumably the signal is from the same mast? It's probably a Gov't ****-up as usual... Hey ho.

    @Evilmonkeyfart Brother imagine you pull out your phone to send her a photo or something and your internet doesnt work, then she sees giffgaff ontop of it. Omfg she would leave insta.

    @emsywemsy10 We just tested this on our end, and it should take you directly to the page to request a PAC. Alternatively you can log into your account then go to My Account, then profile and settings, and scroll down to 'Get a PAC code' - giffgaff Hannah

    @giffgaff as gifgaff run on the 02 network has anyone had any problems, network is poor right now, cuts you off while in a call, delayed in connection?

    @giffgaff our network signal has deteriorated and can’t get signal or use 4g even though there is a little 4g. Can you help? I can’t see how to complain about network being down.

    @giffgaff I come to the conclusion that that giffgaff is just crap network got 3 bars 5g and active goodie bag and no Internet. #giffgaff is 💩

    @JBR___ Hi JBR. We appreciate that this is frustrating. When dealing with the HelpBot you need to ensure to follow the prompts and reply fully, or else the bot will be unable to identify your issue and be unable to connect you to an agent - giffgaff Hannah
