@giffgaff is actually such a legend of a mobile phone company. We pay £10 a month for our contracts & are able to cancel any time. That's for 15GB of data, unlimited calls & texts. & under certain conditions, you earn credit - usually when you refer someone. Honestly, amazing.

@smithsam @giffgaff I don’t understand the bit about connectivity and SMS. The SIM cannot receive an SMS (not a packet data service) without a data bundle?

@giffgaff is there something wrong with the 4G? For some reason I never seem to have good/strong internet. I don’t know if my signal is so bad in my area, but when I have full signal it does not always work

Having to unlock your @giffgaff account over Twitter is absurd. If security and customer service is a main concern, I highly doubt having people message over Twitter fulfills either objectives. Why not just have a call service?

@giffgaff Checked: And yes, it’s enabled. My iPhone connects but with no signal bars with any provider and I’m in the same place where I was regularly connected 8 days ago and anyone else gets signal. Any other suggestion?

Seems my @giffgaff SIM is now useless, because GiffGaff now mandates connectivity to read the email/SMS code required to login to purchase any data, and I only use @giffgaff when I don’t have any other connectivity… #idiocy

ffs @giffgaff really needs a way to be able to manage multiple sim cards under one account. Can't log on to the kids account to add data because of stupid 2 factor auth.
