@LobbyLC @EE Fact check • Giffgaff is not run by o2, it’s run by Gifgaff and they use o2 for their mobile signal • giffgaff,Tesco, sky & o2 all use the same signal so one will not be better than the other • o2 signal in the majority of the uk is very poor compared to EE • EE is better

@giffgaff With the service I’m currently receiving over a basic sim swap you would not get my vote!

@giffgaff Tbh GG are not really in a position to solve it, @O2 are, since you ride off them. More than 2 yrs ago I reported That there was absolutely no GG data to be got in Peckham or Nunhead in S. London, even with a full phone signal. Haven't been able to open a Web page for years.

@annawel67671202 We do appreciate how frustrating this must be for you Anna, and we're sorry for the trouble that you're having. If you select buying or returning a phone, returning my phone, and then no, I still need help, on that screen, you will be able to contact our agents. - giffgaff Emer

@giffgaff I think person needs a PUK code to unlock the phone (he's somehow locked it). The problem is that because we activated the sim for for him, he doesn't have an account with you, so I can't get it from his online account.

@giffgaff It's not in one area. It's while I'm traveling around London. I've always had 2 phones on your network in the 7 years I've been with you and both have problems, but it's got worse now.
