@Unsalted_Rhino That's strange. Are you experiencing this issue when you try to log in, or before attempting to log in? If after you try to log in, please use your mobile number instead of your membername and vice versa. Also attempt to reset your password. - giffgaff Jeanette

British people make fun of Americans like they don’t have a cellular service provider called giffgaff.

@giffgaff hey guys. I replaced a sim for my dad who moved from an iPhone 5 to a Samsung today. It says I’ve successfully activated the new sim but I’m not getting signal yet whereas his old phone with his old sim still is. It’s been about an hour. How long does it usually take?

@giffgaff Phone line keeps cutting off in the Edinburgh Meadowbank area, even though I allegedly have full bars of signal. Anyone else reported issues?

@giffgaff can you sort something out on your app so I just stay logged in? I just want to get some credit, not spend an hour messing around because I can't remember my password. While you're at it, can you fix the "I forgot my password" because I've been waiting an hour now...

@giffgaff And at least we don’t get charged double the price for the same service. Americans pay far too much for their phones.

@giffgaff my giffgaff mobile data hasn't been working for the past few days, is there some maintenance going on or is it just a downgrade in service? Can you let me know asap otherwise I will have to switch networks as I'm paying £25 a month for mobile data and it doesn't work.

@giffgaff I've just had an email saying that I've ordered a sim card from you but I've never used your service before, or even visited your website? Any possibility to check what address it's being sent to from my email?
