    @giffgaff Thanks for the help I’ve looked at sending the phone in for repair but it advises about repair costs and a £15 return fee. I want to know if it will be replaced using existing consumer laws a £1300 should last more than 2.5 years Apple agree but said contact GiffGaff the retailer

    Hi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

    @O2 @giffgaff with another weather warning for this week can you tell me what contingency plans you have for the AB36 & AB54 areas? We have lost all signal with power cuts for many days during the last 2 storms. Meaning no communication for large parts of @Aberdeenshire

    @DrJennie_Morgan I’d say Now Tv broadband, it’s the low end service provided by Sky but you can choose only broadband, or broadband and landline. We have decent connection with them. Also for mobile phoned giffgaff works on O2 network but with month to month deals.
