    @Mykiel_B @giffgaff Thanks for replying. I cancelled it the week before last and the app said that it was all done and I had nothing more to do. It’s just disappointing that you follow the steps on the app and they still don’t manage to get the it right. Very poor service.

    @giffgaff I joined recently and am surprised to find a charge for a text that was never made, sent information to CS but like talking to a brick wall!

    @ScotRamsay @giffgaff Must be a glitch or a delay in the network.

    @Fraulein_Kunst @giffgaff You can't stop it because the voicemail system runs at the network level so you can block a number from calling/texting your phone but not from leaving voicemail on the giffgaff servers. The only solution is to switch off your voicemail by dialling 1626
