    @giffgaff My wife’s recurring goodybag failed. Error message says bank declined payment, but bank confirms card is fine and did not decline. Not possible to call (very bad customer service) and agent response takes 24hrs. Meanwhile, my wife cannot use her phone.

    @Enefes3 @yorkshirebloke_ Can't agree on the customer service. I had a 16 year account and the deal they offered me for an IPhone 13 stunk so I bought it direct from Apple and moved to GiffGaff

    @iPoof @O2 I’m on giffgaff on the o2 network. I’m sim only, I’ve got auto renew but you don’t have to do that.

    @giffgaff Hi Elmer, I've logged a ticket but wondered if its a known issue. I can deal with a double top up, just as long as both payments hit my account. Only one showing, even though there's two order transactions. Very odd!
