@giffgaff @UswitchUK How on earth can you have won an award, your internet and phone signal is absolutely diabolical. The worse thing i ever did was switch from O2 to your network.

  • Teresa_M73 teresa (@Teresa_M73) reported

Another day of no O2 signal in Paddock Wood. @giffgaff do I have to contact you again for compensation for being unable to use any of our phones. If this continues, we will have to switch to EE.

  • Teresa_M73 teresa (@Teresa_M73) reported

@giffgaff yet again no signal at all in TN12 6 postcode. No warning. Impossible to do anything that requires a mobile passcode. Absolutely ridiculous as lost signal for several days last month too.

Rant for today - the battery power on my refurbished @giffgaff phone is rubbish & it barely lasts until lunch time, so I have to carry a charger all the time. I've messaged & been told I can send back for repair but it could take up to 10 days. Anything else you can do to help?

  • Helen_Breese Helen Breese (@Helen_Breese) reported

Hi @giffgaff I spent a month waiting for you to send me a replacement handset, you've sent me a faulty one, please can someone reply and actually help?

@TheMcVariations @giffgaff Hi Dan, I believe this was a reported issue. Is it still ongoing?

  • ItzonlyNaze IndefiniteObviouslyNaze (@ItzonlyNaze) reported

Thanks @EE @giffgaff 4 the pac code transfer. Without it is wouldn't of been able to get back at least half of my emails insta accounts etc. **** is onda up

@Dan202338 @giffgaff Its normal, there coverage is awful

  • MrVRedheart Vincentius Redheart (@MrVRedheart) reported

@LittleRed_x It is definitely better than being tied down to a contract, I've switched to Giffgaff a few years ago and feel much freer. Granted; I'm paying anywhere between £10 to £20 a month and it's still technically pay as you go, but you're not paying more for when you need credit.

Leaving @iD_Mobile_UK after many years due to the terrible Cust service...simply trying to upgrade but some glitch has prevented doing it online. 2 x online chat attempts, wasted 2hrs+ trying to resolve Promised 2 call backs, none received. Had enough, off to @O2 or @giffgaff
