    @giffgaff SE15. There's been a mast down in Hither Green (that services Peckham) for about 2 years now and the people round here are sick of your contempt for us as customers. It's O2's responsibility to repair it, but you're still profiting, so pressure them. No response from 02.

    @Giffgaff service is a pitiful drawn out joke. Hiding behind anonymous ecommunication and apparently conning customers with warranties they avoid honouring #giffgaffnoguarantee. Pls reply if experienced same
