    To be honest, since covid no self respecting person in London has used O2, or the other cheap one. We all use EE or GiffGaff, signal still **** but wayyy better 👌🏿

    @bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).

    @giffgaff Yeah with a link to a bot that doesn't work I'm trying to get a refund because you have taken now £7 out of my Giffgaff account for nothing usage still all at 0 for calls texts and data get that money refund now
