    @giffgaff Guys please help - I have barely any coverage to make/relieve calls. Ive checked outages and service status and both say service in fine in my area!? Yet I only have 1 tiny bar os signal, and that keeps dropping. Borderline impossible to make/recieve calls.

    @AmbaLaBamba @giffgaff Yes there's STILL a mast not working - says days later they will already be fixing it but days later it's not.

    @SMARTYMobileUK Bought a data add-on at 10:26. Received a confirmation (and data) at 11:35! In the interim, had a frustrating conversation with a clueless customer-service rep. Thinking of going back to @giffgaff.

    @giffgaff Hi guys, Im thinking of leaving Giff Gaff - I pay around £10 a month for a goody bag but am not in a contract so I guess I can just cancel at any time?

    @giffgaff why is it still impossible to start your goodybag early from an iPhone when you run out of data? The mobile app says go to the website, which when you select the goodybag does nothing. I had this problem 2 years ago & it still doesn't work unless I can find a computer.
