@giffgaff why can't I call 0810 numbers to France. I have £20+ in credit on top of my goodybag. I've added +33 in front of it but still doesn't work. Help please, I urgently need to call this number. Is there are a setting to change??

We've put one of our other GiffGaff sims in that phone and we get a 4G connection just fine so it is definitely an issue with the brand new sim and not the phone or availability of 4G in our area. How can we resolve this please? 2/2

@TheSolarShed We're not with BT for the ISP so I guess they won't be supplying that for us! We're able to set up another mobile based solution to get us out of a hole temporarily but we've currently got an issue than the new GiffGaff sim is only giving us 3G 😭
