@giffgaff can somebody contact me please? I’ve been trying to return my daughters faulty phone for weeks now, but it won’t let me submit your online form. Also when I call her it says the number isn’t in service, yet I pay monthly for a goody bag? Thanks

@giffgaff hi my data has been awfully slow for the past 3 days now and quite frankly it doesn’t manage to load a page? Any chance you know what’s going on? Thanks

@WJaimz @giffgaff it sounds like that phone is locked to a network other than O2 which is the one giffgaff use so needs unlocking to accept your giffgaff sim.
