@giffgaff You must know already there are issues on your network and where. See all the tweets and messages on website you have received this morning. You should be proactively posting this has occurred and an estimated time to fix

@RahShivji £10 a month...@giffgaff 10gb and unlimited other bits. Had coverage almost everywhere... On the 02 network. Highly recommend. Stay away from Three. You'd have better luck with a tin can and string.

@giffgaff customer service is really bad iam new customer my number is not getting activate and i keep email them or message them nobody reply me and the badest thing they charge for 2 gudybags but nothing active and there is no number to contact.....

Been with giffgaff from the start, I did go back to O2 for a while, signal strength has always been the same, with all networks offering unlimited minutes and text, data now separates the providers

@giffgaff Tried that Jeanette, sadly still nothing. All our data disappeared overnight and I’m trying to start the next goody bag early, it won’t work. Something is wrong…data couldn’t have been used and no way to fix it…help!
