  • darkblackghost Dave Baxter (@darkblackghost) reported

@giffgaff @Binnzie Would be good if you could've posted service status on Twitter & your website about this. I have a relative whose Giffgaff app is showing no goody bag, no credit, no autotopup. She is not tech savvy & was very concerned. Had to find out you have problems through your tweet here.

  • SharonJukes SBJ💙 (@SharonJukes) reported

@giffgaff Are there problems currently with both the website and app? Online shows I have no active goody bag or credit and app will not open at the moment.

  • rickilee Ricki Lee (@rickilee) reported

@gav @giffgaff Bet they have you on an old APN. Unsure if you can manually change them and the last time I did it, I had to delete all network settings to force a EE download. That means bye bye known wifi networks.

  • ChairmanBoab Blankety Blank... (@ChairmanBoab) reported

@giffgaff Was your signal out yesterday... ? My phone went to emergency calls only and I can't work out whether phone is on its last legs... v possible. 😒

  • Gifas1991 Gibbs (@Gifas1991) reported

@giffgaff If I had 24hrs I wouldn't be chasing here. Why is that the only way to get in touch regarding any issues ?

  • MissAnneMarie01 Kiwi gal Ⓥ (@MissAnneMarie01) reported

@giffgaff I've just spent 3 weeks in Kent with no internet signal outside my daughter's WiFi. No signal in London either. O2 network clearly hasn't improved in the last 10 years since I lived in Oxford and had no signal in most of the city.

  • andybee Andy Buckingham (@andybee) reported

@gav You’re likely to get poorer bandwidth allocation on a cell when on a network like GiffGaff. GG will have a smaller share of O2’s capacity, in turn carving that up between all the 3/4/5G traffic on the cell. Potentially end up with a useless amount allocated.

@tescomobile my whole family will be leaving tesco mobile tomorrow. The most useless provider! I don't care that you run on the O2 network, you're crap! My son was stuck at a festival for 4 hrs today, totally unable to contact a single one of us. Never had this with @GiffGaff !!

  • t_oliver24 Tom Oliver (@t_oliver24) reported

Looks like a lot of people are unhappy with @giffgaff service lately. Will be moving to another provider shortly. Profits over good customer service as usual #con
