    @rhian82 Are you looking to keep your handset? If so, why not move to something like Giffgaff’s unlimited data (4G or 5G) monthly? They’re dead cheap and really good service, no commitment.

    Still no service in N11 @giffgaff @O2 it’s been days! Is there some way to switch masts? I don’t need data. Waiting for urgent calls!

    @AndreaChipman @giffgaff If you reported both the phone and sim as lost/stolen,giffgaff will have barred the IMEI number of the phone so it won't work with any network until they remove the bar for you,(takes about 5 working days to be removed).
