@Mark_Antony_3 We're very sorry to hear of your issues Mark. As long as you were using a card or PayPal, you should have had no problems adding a golden goodybag. Have you reached out to our agents about this? - giffgaff Jeanette

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@hellofergus Your SIM Card will be disconnected unless, at least once every six months, your account is used to, a) make at least one call, SMS or MMS to another number (not including calls to emergency services or Member Services); - giffgaff Ann 1/2

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@WithaVeeAy The issue appears to be at their end. The call goes through all the way to the point you hear the music, which means on our end its connected. - giffgaff Tasbiya

  • WithaVeeAy Stevan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇪🇺 (@WithaVeeAy) reported

@giffgaff Thanks, Tasbiya. Have tried for a couple of days, and it's the same, on two different numbers. Also odd that the call gets charged as though it had connected. But I'll give it a while longer, as obviously you're unaware of any GiffGaff issue.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@SevenVIIGames We're very sorry about that. It may be that the tracking information hasn't been updated as yet. If this doesn't update soon, please send us a DM and we can help get this tracked for you. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@WithaVeeAy Hi Stevan. That's odd, since it's happening when you dial the number, it does sound like it's an issue on their end, which means there's nothing we can do about it. Only thing we would advise is for you to re try. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@dannyaharrison Haha, nay luck your on the giffgaff vaccine. I’m vodafoned oot ma nut & Bill Gates is live-streaming my brain right noo. He’s enjoying the porn archive. Poor **** would have been cheaper raiding the hedges fur a scud book

  • MarkWalder2 Mark Walder ⚛️🇬🇧⚛️ (@MarkWalder2) reported

@giffgaff why not sort out the network coverage instead of buying up peoples old phones for a fraction of what they are worth? i am seriously thinking about network change, its important sometimes for work to have good signal, i never ever get that.

  • TJ64GH righter of wrongs (@TJ64GH) reported

@giffgaff all down to the £millions you spend on marketing, yet can't provide decent agent support to new customers #wearetoobigtocare

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@WithaVeeAy The call is connected which means you'll be charged at the standard rates. Are you able to delete the contact, re add it and see if this helps? If this doesn't then it does appear to be an issue on their end. - giffgaff Tasbiya
