    @crip72012 @hewantswealth I had O2 for a long time and it was fine for work and making calls Until I needed an actual good network with consistent uptime and no 300 ping when I'm playing online games. Giffgaff runs smoother. For what I use it for anyway. That 6 quid extra is honestly whatever.

    @virginmedia The last 3 days have been poor from virgin media with my postcode area.. Hours without WiFi, TV or Broadband.. Absolute disgraceful really.. Not helped that my @giffgaff mobile is non exsitant in my area too.. Shocking in this day and age too..

    Hi @giffgaff can you send me the instructions of how to get a refund from my account credit , unfortunately due to your service not being available to me due a faulty mast I’ve had to change provider , shame because up until then the service was good

    @giffgaff voicemail doesn't work in the u.s.a. They lie and tell you it does, but it doesn’t. Switch it off before you travel.

    @giffgaff URGENT FRAUD – My giffgaff SIM appears to have been fraudulently transferred to another device today. My phone suddenly lost service and I can no longer log into my account. Please immediately suspend the SIM and lock the account to prevent misuse. ***417
