@giffgaff unhelpful since my order still has not arrived and their agents take a year to reply, when they do they ain’t even got to the bottom of the issue. Useless

@giffgaff absolute disgusting service from yourselves and the repair team. Informing us by letter that my 12 year old had damaged his phone - does this go for my Dad with the same phone, he is 66 years old. Couldn't admit responsibility, think trading standards 😡

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@abbybaby2402 Oh dear. What issues are you facing Abby? It may be worthwhile trying log in on a browser, to ensure that your log in details are correct. Also ensure that you are using the most up to date version of the app. - giffgaff Jeanette

@john_actuary @ThreeUK Hmmm. Not sure if it will be included. The EU is, but I think you need to add extra bolt-ones/credit and PAYG outside the EU. Smarty uses 3’s network, in case you didn’t know. I use giffgaff, but don’t currently travel outside the UK, so less concerned about roaming these days.

  • 1BenBaller Ben Baller (@1BenBaller) reported

@bannbinouk @giffgaff Hi Steve, usually turning my phone off and back on helps but as others mention it could be a network issue in your area.
