    Have to make urgent appointments but your crappy system has crashed @giffgaff #Hacked You don't even have a phone number for customers help as you hide away evasively I want a cash compensation offer for loss of service unable to make calls today Explain yourselves @beisgovuk

    @Ajarncom Another vote for Giffgaff. I originally had a 3 SIM card my brother gave me but signal was totally crap so changed to giffgaff and it was great. Used in Europe for 3 months roaming too (that’s the max time they allowed) I bought the £10 package which was more than enough

    @giffgaff Help! Every time I make a call, the call fails. Every time! When it used to connect, I used to get spells of quietness where the call had failed… what is going on? I’m heading away on Saturday and need my phone to be working.

    @giffgaff - Every time I call someone, it cuts the line before they answer. This is causing us a lot of issues trying to communicate with clients. It seems like a lot of people are having this issue. Please could you help sort this ASAP

    @O2 Where are your data plans so bad? You guys seriously call 7gb of data for £10 a big bundle? I’m questioning if you even get 7 it ran out in about 2 hours. I switch to giffgaff and 7gb lasted me over half a day of doing the same thing.
