@giffgaff I’m having so much trouble with my network. I can’t receive calls and make any. This has gone on for a few days now and I use my number for work, (nhs) please can someone assist me asap!

  • markkitchen5 mark kitchen (@markkitchen5) reported

@giffgaff Is it out of the realms of possibility to have someone call me just to put this issue to bed i mean it has been 4 months or is that not quite long enough

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@Doug_Paulley @giffgaff No,giffgaff don't support wifi calling yet and there's no news on when they will do.

  • markkitchen5 mark kitchen (@markkitchen5) reported

@giffgaff Its great just as long as you don't mind paying for a service you dont get

  • Handle_Barred_ ~Red/acted~ (@Handle_Barred_) reported

I'm singling out @giffgaff because they made it incredibly difficult to contact them, without being a customer

@ItsCallumtomz Hi Callum. We completely understand your frustration, however, we can see that a mast nearby isn't working, so this is why you're having issues. You wouldn't need to SIM swap, so don't worry about that. - giffgaff Tasbiya

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@EDI_SarahMQ @giffgaff That's a shame because blocking the phone only bars it from connecting to the network but all of your child's data will still be on it so fingers crossed whoever finds it can't get past your child's pin code and so can't get into the phone.

@HutchieV Ah dang, I’ve been with giffgaff before and it was terrible, it could have just been the area I was in though tbh

  • ItsCallumtomz Callum (@ItsCallumtomz) reported

@giffgaff Any timescale on when it’s going to be fixed? I don’t fancy waking a few streets away to get service for the next few weeks

@shima__0309 Hello, When you go abroad, your device will connect to local network providers, so you can carry on using your giffgaff SIM for calls, texts and data. You are entitled to a maximum of 63 days of EU roaming after UK usage is detected in any four-month period. - giffgaff Ann 1/2
