    @giffgaff Just got robbed by Giff Gaff, my monthly data plan ran out on Sunday, I topped up with £10 and on Tuesday I got a text sayoing my data plan had run out? how can this be? Not good enough that a mobile company have no phone lines to discuss...5 Days to resolve issues!

    @Glen11Glen @dbcxptures That sounds fair. GiffGaff could be cheaper by a couple of pounds but little in it. Others have also mentioned the O2 network is pretty rubbish for mobile internet.

    @Lairdysnr Left Vodafone for GiffGaff years ago. I'll never go back to a phone contract. Every 5 or 6 years I buy a reconditioned phone (usually from GiffGaff) to replace the current handset.

    @instablog9ja I have unlimited data with giffgaff uk network and I pay £15 every month through direct debit and i connected my smart tv 📺 my laptop 💻 my other gadgets using this unlimited data 📈 with hotspots connect etc this guy is talkin nonsense wtf he’s a criminal smh

    @JBR___ Hi JBR. We appreciate that this is frustrating. When dealing with the HelpBot you need to ensure to follow the prompts and reply fully, or else the bot will be unable to identify your issue and be unable to connect you to an agent - giffgaff Hannah
