    Hi @giffgaff can you send me the instructions of how to get a refund from my account credit , unfortunately due to your service not being available to me due a faulty mast I’ve had to change provider , shame because up until then the service was good

    @giffgaff so when are the mast issues in my area going to be fixed? Been like it for weeks now, if not months. Literally rode past every mast you operate from, no engineers on site near any of them on any of the days you claim "engineers are working on the problem as we speak"

    @skelpitheid @SSalyers2 I purchased two from Amazon and i use Giffgaff SIM as my internet supplier....never had a problem. If you go for the model ' Poco ' , super fast and reliable.

    @giffgaff hi, im having trouble with network. I ca get online but streaming is very poor and cannot make or receive calls. I have switched on and off, call settings are all on/the right settings. Please help
