@patblydegibson1 Warning from a random GiffGaff user, their service is shocking. The network coverage is poor and when you do have good coverage, the speeds are a disgrace. Giffgaff used to be good back in the 3g days but now they are terrible.

@giffgaff The issue I have is that I need access to my emails- however the verification code is sent to my old phone/number (which I have lost). I also can’t request my giffgaff membername / reset my password because that is sent to my email - which I can’t access without my number 😩

I've always enjoyed being with @giffgaff, but your signal of late is atrocious. Every other time I take out one of my phones it's on no service no matter where I am. What has happened in the last few months that has made your service deteriorate? 😐 #Giffgaff #PoorService

@giffgaff Well, it’s across Lichfield. Strong signal bars mean nothing - slow connection speeds render it useless in some places.
