@Ste903 @wrexham Yes its vodafone, changing over on the 7th haha but network checker says it better in my postcode than Giffgaff (O2) plus Voxi has WiFi calling which I need up where I am, and works out cheaper than I was paying with giffgaff anyway

@giffgaff my mobile number was due to be ported to your network on Tuesday. The SIM card you have provided no longer works and I have been without a phone for 4 days. You are unreachable via email or app and complains in your forums on this are in the hundreds. What is happening?

@giffgaff Well I've done this and the only result was for your customer services to take no responsibility and pass the buck. Really just dreadful.

@giffgaff Can you feedback to someone that the service issue needs to be VERY CLEAR on the page where you book a PAC transfer date? If @giffgaff can't currently process phone number transfers they shouldn't be letting people book them!

@giffgaff Thanks for all the replies. This is really poor service. I can’t even use my old SIM.

@giffgaff I put in a PAC request that was meant to happen yesterday. It's over 24 hours since my number stopped working on my old network, I put in a support ticket yesterday evening & heard nothing yet. And I'm now getting texts from you asking if I want to submit a PAC code?!

@giffgaff hey, despite using my phone in the last month I have received an email saying my number will be reallocated in 5 days (now 3). I made a call yesterday and checked usage today and it won’t show me anything now? I can’t lose my number. What is the issue?
