@giffgaff Yes I have but not getting very far... The message said that there was "Quotable Damage Found" but the phone has not be dropped/damaged in any way. This is daylight robbery

@giffgaff Hi, is there a chat service or a contact centre when the sim is not showing any service? My mum has been without any network on her phone for 2 days and nobody has responded back to the support enquiry. Just to clarify the sim doesn't work on another phone too. Help!

@msglug We do have a roaming agreement with Luxembourg, meaning you should be able to use your giffgaff SIM card there. However, as you need to connect to another network while you are abroad, unfortunately we are not able to investigate these networks further - giffgaff Jade

@bradleygbooth I'd find a tariff you like with Giffgaff or another budget service, then ask for your PAC code to shift your number. They'll then phone you and offer you a much better deal. I'm on EE and they matched Giffgaff when I did this.

@mizzoopa We are very sorry to hear this. Can you please provide your full post code and we'll ensure there are no issues in your area which may cause this. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff despite phone showing as having a 4G signal and 2 bars I have had no mobile data so no access the internet this evening. I have submitted a ticket but this is not showing in either the app or on the website.

@giffgaff I'm in Luxembourg and their Post network that my phone often picks up blocks outgoing calls. Why is this? (it's not a one-off. I'm often here and it's a persistent problem with this network)

  • JSB93x Jordan (@JSB93x) reported

@giffgaff hi is there an issue as my phone is just saying no service?

  • JohnStumbles John Stumbles (@JohnStumbles) reported

@giffgaff It would be inconvenient if customers could do what we wanted but not as conveniently as it could be. This isn't inconvenient: it's broken. But there's no need to wish there were a way around it; it's your system: you could just fix it.
