@CompanySuisse @giffgaff Not at all. I was on it 3-4 months and had enough. Might have improved since then I dunno, I'd never try them again.

@giffgaff my phone is saying i have no service when i’m in range of getting service, i’ve tried taking my sim out, restating my phone and even resetting network settings and it’s not solving the issue

@All4 BRO WHY IS YOUR APP SO BROKEN. it’s asked me 8 times to confirm to watch rick and morty and also showed me 4 dominoes adverts and 2 giffgaff ads. sort your **** out.

  • AJPendleton Andrew Pendleton (@AJPendleton) reported

Hi @giffgaff I’m off to @VodafoneUK tomorrow because you changed the rules on roaming and capped my data after I’d left for summer hols. And then refused to help. Just important for firms to know why customers move their business. Also getting a better deal.

@TeeNoodles @BlokeOnWheels Sky, Giffgaff, Lyca and a bunch of others don't have their own network, they essentially rent from people like O2, EE etc. Far as I know only 3, O2, Voda and EE have a network. So I presume tenants have to charge if "landlord" does? Or can they set roaming pricing independently?

  • Lawrencemuraga Lawrence (@Lawrencemuraga) reported

@LisaBoyles @giffgaff Have tried them but 02 network is so poor definitely moving on to a more reliable network

@giffgaff I have checked your website for service outages and none are showing in our area. However both mine and my partners signal has disappeared since this afternoon? How do I report this?

  • ihopethisis Wat (@ihopethisis) reported

@giffgaff Is the social media manager not paying attention to current events or is this a cynical attempt to court controversy? Either way this post was a bad decision

  • jamesjefferies James Jefferies (@jamesjefferies) reported

@giffgaff daft question, if a giffgaff sim is marked 4Ggg8 does it support 5G?
