    Can someone actually help me instead of me posting in a forum when everybody types but no one helps? THANKS. I supposedly had my number activated and transferred the old one and just bought a goody bag but it is not working? @giffgaff

    @O2 Thank you. But I’ve tried all that, I’m not the only one, other people are reporting issues in the area and people on GiffGaff. It says there’s signal but nothing will load or work.

    @giffgaff it’s been over a year that I’ve been having problems connecting to wifi on the TfL underground . I have tried everything ! Connected to 02 hotspots but still no result !

    @BigC_Contrarian @SrussSteven Check out Giffgaff. They use the O2 network. Sims from £6m, no contract, totally flexible, can change up/down monthly if required. Been with them for years.

    @giffgaff twice GiffGaff has failed to deliver my phone. Ive had no reply from Agent enquiry and no reply from Complaint raised because of this. Now I just want a refund, but how when there's no response? I'll be contacting ccard co. tomorrow for their help
