@RobbieKnox @giffgaff I pay £20 a month w/BT for 50gb, unlimited calls & texts. Very happy with the service, rarely have trouble with it

  • krisincognito84 Guy Incognito (@krisincognito84) reported

@giffgaff hey guys, any network issues in the Edinburgh area today? My data and signal have been down all day, so just trying to work out if it's my phone or not?

  • cl0oudcity Jack Bonner (Mammatus) (@cl0oudcity) reported

@RobbieKnox @giffgaff Judging by the way each network dealt with me being scammed into taking out multiple contracts by an old school 'friend', I'd say o2. They sorted it virtually straight away. But as for sim only deals it's hard to say as I've always just upgraded. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Why do you not cover Guernsey in you data package #giffgaff? My husband is with you but now can't use his phone as you don't count it to be in either Europe or the UK which it's a part of. My O2 account covered it no problem so why don't you?

  • Stevie11White Stevie White (@Stevie11White) reported

@RobbieKnox @giffgaff I’ve always been with Vodafone. Never had any problems and I can use calls and texts as normal plus 25GB most places abroad.

  • badgergravling Dan Thornton 🇺🇦 (@badgergravling) reported

@RebeccaCNReid Just check the data charges for your provides - I use GiffGaff and tether my Android phone relatively cheaply and without any issues. Just plug it in, and select tethering from the settings menu, and buy extra data if I run out...

  • ldnexec Jason (@ldnexec) reported

@giffgaff @MoTheComedian Are you going to introduce a better solution for EU roaming? Current offering is unworkable and I won’t be a customer next time I travel if you don’t have a better option by then.

  • katlvsjames kirsty mccaw (@katlvsjames) reported

@giffgaff I've had no signal since half past 11 this morning it's now 8.10 and still nothing . What is going on ?

  • dmUK12345 Tableman635 (@dmUK12345) reported

@RobbieKnox @giffgaff I’m with ID mobile, £15 a month for unlimited everything, never had any problems and coverage is pretty much faultless (uses 3 network)

  • cmogle Conor M Ogle (@cmogle) reported

Neither Vodafone nor O2/Giffgaff have any signal at Wembley at all. Is this normal?
