@giffgaff No mobile data coverage in London. Your help takes at least 24hrs to respond! What's happening? I have plenty of allowance (over 2.4GB left)

  • ldnexec Jason (@ldnexec) reported

@giffgaff @MoTheComedian Are you going to introduce a better solution for EU roaming? Current offering is unworkable and I won’t be a customer next time I travel if you don’t have a better option by then.

Sort it out giffgaff. My data is so slow it’s impossible to use #giffgaff

  • cmogle Conor M Ogle (@cmogle) reported

Neither Vodafone nor O2/Giffgaff have any signal at Wembley at all. Is this normal?

  • Robdeespania Robert Tkaczyk (@Robdeespania) reported

@giffgaff Fine, I’ve cancelled my reoccurring goody bag and ordered a sim from another network. They seemed happy for my to pay them a monthly fee without me actually using the sim. I would have thought giffgaff would have been happy to receive payments for a service I don’t use.

  • LeeJakes8 Lee Jakes (@LeeJakes8) reported

@giffgaff That doesn't work, I have tried everything. I'm not even on giffgaff. It's my partner who used my card last month to top up. When we log innit says there's no payment card saved to his account. The whole website seems purposely made shat way so you can keep robbing people money.

  • KitchingMalk Northern_Monkey (@KitchingMalk) reported

  • rosiebolts bone tits (@rosiebolts) reported

  • BenjaminEHowe Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported

@alice_fearn @Jamesontweets @ThreeUK If you're not sure (and I don't think anything is certain when it comes to mobile signal!) then you could always test it using a Pay As You Go SIM? And you can be sneaky with "virtual" netowkrs – e.g. Giffgaff and Sky use O2, Lebara and TalkMobile use Vodafone :-)
