@O2 Hi, I am not an O2 customer at present, although will be moving my personal device to Giffgaff later this month. Is it possible to get an eSIM with O2 without a primary pay monthly account?

@bennys1 @ThreeUKSupport If they cancel my contract I’ll just move on to giffgaff and then get sim cards of the country I’m in when I go abroad. Three clearly doesn’t care about its loyalist customer base. They will also loose a mobile broadband contract I have for my grandparents too.

@giffgaff Have rebooted phone thrice with no luck. I did insert another sim into the device to see if it made a diff and it still showed as no sim inserted so perhaps a technical device issue if it’s not reading other sims either?

@giffgaff my SIM is suddenly showing as “not inserted” into my mobile and lost all network. A pal says she got an auto “update network settings?” Alert pop up on her Giffgaff mobile but mine didnt. Any chance that’s what’s happening? Pls DM me
