    @giffgaff Yes, they reply once I have chased them and simply say we don’t have an update so it’s now been 20 calendar days with a partially working sim plan - sorry but it’s not good enough - I don’t want a response - I want a solution!!

    Raised a complaint with @giffgaff on 20th Feb, despite constant chasing still can’t send messages, access voicemail or receive calls… agent responses just say thank you for your patience please bear with us. Really poor customer service ….

    @giffgaff @O2 yr mast covering Np10 9jq has been out of action since 24th feb. Very poor service with no resolution date. Terrible customer service

    Ah apparently @giffgaff no longer offer free EU Roaming the greedy *****. Well I needed a reason to finally switch good job you lost a customer over £8. Pricks.
