@giffgaff @O2 The £7 electricity top up at the Coop has got through but the £8 gas has not reached the meter, for the first time ;( Suspect @O2 outage may have something to do with this too. I have to work out how you "key in the vend code" 🤔😬

@RjeyTech to be fair the 14 is seeming pretty clapped. it’s looking like a 13 Pro but without 120hz, frosted glass back, 3 cameras, LiDAR etc. considering giffgaff were selling refurbished Pro’s the other, 256gb for £799 (same price as base 13) the 14 is looking like a bad phone.

@missd1311 That's odd, Janine. Please try clearing your cache and cookies, and try again logging in again. If you're still having issues, please try that out again using another internet browser or device. - giffgaff Emer.

@JasonGood @Lucy_cat_lady Giffgaff is a virtual provider run by o2 but cheaper because there isn’t anyone to contact if you have a problem. There’s a members forum for support. Tesco mobile is also on o2. Just different platforms to appeal to different types of customers.
