    And @giffgaff - I need me phone for emergency contact with me disabled brother and elderly Aunt. I can't phone them or receive calls so its been a worry for last couple days with no signal (I have contact through other means but its annoying)

    @giffgaff No I tried the speak to a giffgaff agent but couldn’t find the right option to raise this issue

    @giffgaff I've left two agent help requests but I just get an error and a blank reference number. None of the community members have left any logical answer. How else can I get in touch?

    @monaghp Hi Paul. Unfortunately, giffgaff does not support eSIM's at the moment but maybe in the future. Only O2, Vodafone and EE support eSIM's at this time - giffgaff Nicole

    @MKcol @O2 @lebara do you know which network they use? As they’ll get lower data priority compared to the actual carrier .. (eg. GiffGaff on o2)

    @giffgaff I have no gsm signal and internet in hole UK. New card does not working properly around UK as well. Bought goody bag and can't use it.

    @craigy_xo @giffgaff There is no way to switch it off unfortunately,giffgaff have made it compulsory for all members. Not a problem for me but there have been an awful lot of posts in the giffgaff community from members who don't want it.
