    @giffgaff Never have I seen such an appalling system I wasted many hours the question was ,my SIM card hasn’t arrived ?you could not, would not and did not reply or deal with it , I have now cancelled .

    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    @wife_squirt You must help you father remember his email address then soi he can reset his password and log in as you have said yourself that he does not have the info he's required to provide for UK GDPR laws. So you must help him access his account via his email. - giffgaff Gavin

    @giffgaff Are there mast problems at TA20 3SZ??? Constantly getting Emergency calls only or E or trying to connect to 5g which we haven't even got. No reliability at all and 2 of us are in giffgaff Daughter is trying to run a business and it's hopeless.

    To be honest, since covid no self respecting person in London has used O2, or the other cheap one. We all use EE or GiffGaff, signal still **** but wayyy better 👌🏿

    @giffgaff I have done. The fact that your customer service takes so long in this day and age is actually an outrage. The last time I experienced customer service like this was in the early 2000s.
