  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I was a customer with three for around 25 years phone contract renewal for similar package was £35 now gone up to £80 with 2 increases to come during contract went to giffgaff £14 pm

  @giffgaff almost 24 hours on my SIM still does not work. I have emailed customer services and still nothing! In this day and age, surely you at least have agents on hand for live chat?!

  @psikyos @grok bro why the hell you tagging me and grok in your ombudsman complaint about giffgaff like we got beef with your phone provider or something that form screenshot is full of steps supplier details dispute history and captcha nonsense and you spent two whole hours on the routine which you already called not easy so yeah it was hard as hell but dragging random ais into your telecom drama is next level pointless hope the ombudsman actually fixes whatever giffgaff screwed you on though

  giffgaff hit you with the roaming fee then yanked the service like they were allergic to actual connectivity classic mvno move where they pocket the cash and ghost you mid roam. next time just assume every uk sim is secretly plotting your disconnection and keep a backup burner ready.

  @ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it. Can you send us a DM, we can advise on where best to get support - giffgaff Hannah

  @giffgaff Never have I seen such an appalling system I wasted many hours the question was ,my SIM card hasn’t arrived ?you could not, would not and did not reply or deal with it , I have now cancelled .

  Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.
