    @giffgaff the mobile network run by me really you pay me for this ? bullsh word mobile ney=work ran by imbeciles or no one ran by nobody . just free money for no service literally no support and no signal your price should be a quarter of what it is really . just send the deadlock letter

    Hi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

    @Plusnet I recommended a friend to Plusnet. He has his new Plusnet SIM but his phone is locked to Giffgaff. He has a PAC code but not a PUK code. If I call you while he is next to me can we sort out the problem so that he can unlock his phone and start using his Plusnet SIM?
