    @MRP_YT We're a web based company, so there is no contact number for us. If you have an account with giffgaff, you'll have entered an email address to activate your SIM. It's worthwhile checking your emails for any coming from giffgaff, to help with logging in. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff They did. They said they can’t deal with device issues and to try using live chat. Which prompts me back to using the form. Endless cycle

    @giffgaff Listen, you have no right to disconnect my service. I’m a legitimate user currently residing in China long‑term. Blocking my card will cause me serious trouble!

    Your service is absolutely appalling where I live. Sent proof of another SIM working in my phone yet I still have to buy another giffgaff SIM and try that??? @giffgaff

    @giffgaff almost 24 hours on my SIM still does not work. I have emailed customer services and still nothing! In this day and age, surely you at least have agents on hand for live chat?!

    @_imey @DanNeidle Yeah, I reckon it shows ripoff O2 prices, etc. After changing to giffgaff my price is down on 10 years ago.

    @madcow42 @dbcxptures I’ve seen a few say about price, idk about that I just do like £15 a month payg and it does me. But yea I think giffgaff runs on o2, that’s who I was with and yea same absolute ziggy ****.

    @giffgaff Never have I seen such an appalling system I wasted many hours the question was ,my SIM card hasn’t arrived ?you could not, would not and did not reply or deal with it , I have now cancelled .
