    @O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

    @giffgaff Yes have tried this and they not able to refund me so I can continue with my plan ..but I feel I should be reimbursed something as never heard of data costing that much didn't even give me chance to get on my gif gaff account to restart contract

    @giffgaff not being funny. Every morning for 3 days now when i leave my house. My sim shits itself to no signal / E. It takes multiple on off date for it to refind my 4g. Yet i used to be able to have 4g when in my house when my wifi went down. Now its nothing. Whats going on?

    Ah apparently @giffgaff no longer offer free EU Roaming the greedy *****. Well I needed a reason to finally switch good job you lost a customer over £8. Pricks.

    @giffgaff Tbh I didn’t chose @virginmedia because their reviews are poor. I should’ve known better as it was still their engineer who failed to show up. #Frustrating, but for #giffgaff not to have any means of rectifying the issue is unacceptable. I am being penalised as a result.

    @giffgaff Yes problem is it takes them 6 hours to reply to anything and last thing they sent wasn't much help
