    @giffgaff I have been trying to seek help to activate my SIM card (but keep my old number) for a month but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Why don't you do call centers? I think I speak to a different person each time who doesn't know all previous correspondence

    @giffgaff I have recieved my replacement sim as my old sim was broke and I have activated the new sim but I still can't make or recieve calls and texts could you tell me how long this is going to take please as I am disabled and need my phone in case of an emergency thank you

    @giffgaff It’s hard to know which factor it is - as there weren’t any issues before. I don’t have another phone I can test the sim in, is there any way of getting a replacement sim?

    @giffgaff is your mobile internet down? My phone says I can’t access the network, I’ve reset the cellular network settings and restarted my phone but no luck.

    @giffgaff I’ve tried they’re not helping! I can’t get past the stupid diagnostic tool to complete a return. Whatever I click through either says my problem is solved (which it clearly isn’t), or that the phone needs to go for a chargeable repair (which I’m clearly not paying for)!!!!
