    @giffgaff @reubenwvw Does your garbage company have any sense of ethics at all? You ban people’s accounts without offering any proper way to resolve the issue, and now you won’t even refund the remaining balance—you’re just keeping all the money for yourselves?

    @giffgaff My second sim isn’t working and it won’t let me access my account, it doesn’t help that you’ve to wait 24hrs for a response either since I’m traveling
