    @giffgaff They did. They said they can’t deal with device issues and to try using live chat. Which prompts me back to using the form. Endless cycle

    @steabb73 So the phone and calls plan from Vodafone is crap? I figured that so maybe I should just move my business phone to giffgaff or some such plan and connectivity will cease to be a problem?

    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.
