Richard Adams (@Pogit) reported from Lincoln District, EnglandHi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

Ian Head (@heafod) reported@Plusnet I recommended a friend to Plusnet. He has his new Plusnet SIM but his phone is locked to Giffgaff. He has a PAC code but not a PUK code. If I call you while he is next to me can we sort out the problem so that he can unlock his phone and start using his Plusnet SIM?
