  @giffgaff Could you please tell me why mine & daughters phones are constantly switching to emergency calls only? Also phones keep trying to connect to 5g which we don't have here - TA20 3SZ. My phone right now has 5 and award arrow. There doesn't appear to be any mast problem.

  @zzwinwinwin Giffgaff mass-banning user SIM cards is straight-up robbery and completely illegal. I fully support you guys filing a complaint with Ofcom!

  @dbcxptures i've had no issues with voxi and i've been with them for years (it's a little expensive if you want a realistically useable amount of data though, imo, compared to giffgaff for e.g. it's worth it for the consistency in signal/availability though)
