    Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.

    @giffgaff Perhaps you could tell me the category, sub category, and sub sub category that is closest to my issue. That might be 'helpful'. Something which customer support is supposed to be. Be better.

    @_msec_ @giffgaff I switched from them precisely because of their poor EU roaming limits. Went to @iD_Mobile_UK and have never looked back.

    @bt_uk and by any chance if you @giffgaff can actually get of your backsides and at the very least give me a engineer appointment date been waiting a month now nothing maybe i should cut out the middle man and contact your friends @virginmedia directly

    @PeterCrouchPod got me thinking! My loyalty to @VodafoneUK is being abused. Their charge increase is #phoneshithousery & for a 5 phone family with me being 20 years in maybe time for a change #onenetworkplayer 3 phones out of contract - where do i go? Is @giffgaff the solution?
