    @giffgaff Thank you Jade, the only thing I will say feedback wise is that's its very difficult to find and gain information through the app. Obviously having a contact number would help alot. But I understand your Internet only.

    @OnePlus_USA When are you going to fix the issues of no 5g showing for the oneplus 8 pro, the n78 band is supported, 02 aka Giffgaff is a network woth 5g, but still like numerous other networks & owners of this phone complained on the official forum, you're ignoring the issue

    @giffgaff hi stupid to try but got none else to turn to i spend alot of money on giffgaff and 1 week ago my wifi went off and it wont turn on i dont get paid till thurday really need data any chance you can give me £8 not even joking

    @VOXI_UK I see I have 2 more questions one will you ever support Discord Two would you consider your network better than Giffgaff as I am only getting around 5 or 8 MBs from them?

    @giffgaff I have. The steps I'm being given don't help at all. The number has been ported across fine. Just for some reason, it's not registering with Google Messages RCS.
