    @Heyheyall1 Hi there. It can take up to 24 hours from your activation for your service to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

    @giffgaff Do yo have any contact number for your customer?!! I have got a new phone that requires micro sim, I have received a sim card to replace it with the old one but there is no option for sim swap! I raised this issues through your website with ask an agent but not helpful at all !!!

    @giffgaff the network in the CW5 area has been terrible in recent days. Checked the O2 service status page and it says the network can get busy so (effectively) work offline. How long is this situation likely to last, because working offline doesn't cut it

    @giffgaff my goody bag didn’t renew today so I went on and entered me bank details now I’m on wrong goodybag. I can’t get in app to see messages to my help request to change this. Are there probs at your end? Please help.
