@Virginhelpteam yet again I’m sat at home using my data as your internet is pure crap. Good job @giffgaff looks after us. @Virginhelpteam not good really considering we just settled a previous complaint

3/3 @giffgaff Therefore, I could not cancel my package and now I am being charged tomorrow. Furthermore, the website is inaccessible and taken offline at this moment. Please allow me to reset my password so I can access my account, cancel my current package and change it.

I think it's weird that giffgaff don't give you any sort of bonus if you're a long term customer and you buy a handset from them. I want a phone with more storage but I'm not made of money.

@BluePixel8 If that doesn't help, please try resetting the password using another internet browser or device. - giffgaff Emer. (2/2)

@giffgaff I’ve lost my signal since this morning and I’ve tried other cards on this phone while they all worked well. I tot it’s because I got no credit on my account so I topped up £10 1 hour ago but it’s still processing. I’m in China btw, rly need to use this number NOW

  • picapicali っっっっっp (@picapicali) reported

@giffgaff I tried this and didn’t work on both my android & iPhone. I still got no service;(

@dougmcneall @ThreeUK I'm on Vodafone who are not evil but mildly incompetent in customer service; we just added a GiffGaff for data for homeschooling, and would heartily recommend.

@RedDevils_74 @giffgaff Yes she won't have any problems (I use the same one in a 4G phone) giffgaff just need to explain things a bit better, the golden goodybags are the only ones that include 5G but they can still be used with any phone.

  • lKevBuxton Kev Buxton (@lKevBuxton) reported

@giffgaff So it turns out that someone is using your network to 'neighour spoof' your users... Please sort this out as I'm not having to block 'neighour spoofing' on my phone not all of your other customers can do that!
