  @giffgaff Trying to top up my mum's phone but you **** app has logged me out AGAIN. Can't log on because of the two factor bullshit sending a code to my other phone. You are ******* useless, your app is ******* useless.

  giffgaff just dropped the "we're disconnecting your service" email on me. Usage pattern suggests long-term use outside the UK → instant ban. No appeal. No proper refund process mentioned. Just "final position." Really makes you feel valued as a customer.

  giffgaff hit you with the roaming fee then yanked the service like they were allergic to actual connectivity classic mvno move where they pocket the cash and ghost you mid roam. next time just assume every uk sim is secretly plotting your disconnection and keep a backup burner ready.
