Cracking service from @giffgaff who took my phone for a battery replacement, decided it wasn’t worth it and now can’t seem to work out how to send me a new one or provide any answers. No real people to speak to. Looking forward to being a @TalkmobileUK customer instead

  • Da___Wolf Peter Wolf (@Da___Wolf) reported

@giffgaff Giff gaff has been charging me even though I don't have a giff gaff sim. And I can't find any way to contact you to discuss this, because it needs a Giffgaff contact number or name to login, and I don't have one.

@QueefMagenta Hi there. We don't place the restriction to specific websites, it would be that website has classed itself as over 18s, or sections of it, which would be why you can't access it directly from our network. - giffgaff Tasbiya

  • WildWestNut ☆BandiT☆ (@WildWestNut) reported

Hi @giffgaff I’ve been having issues with my phone an I think it’s due to a mast having problems I use the network for important things can I please speak with someone in costumer service

  • Carswift Cars (@Carswift) reported

@giffgaff I would have understood a gradual increase over the years - it didn't make sense that I was paying the same since October 2015 until March 2023. This now looks bad on giffgaff because rises of >30% are difficult to digest. Maybe adding more data to goody bags could mitigate.
