@giffgaff We've now had this twice now... "Cannot send message with giffgaff. Error 38". What on earth is this? If we cannot sort this quick we are going to have to switch our business phones to another network. This just sucks *****.

@giffgaff My details have disappeared at the log on stage. I tried getting help with password etc. I asked for a text (twice) and an email (to two different addresses) the webpage says password reset sent. IT HASN'T BEEN! Can't contact via phone or email so here I am asking you!

@giffgaff Just looked on that link and don't see a section for my issue. My Sim card which was a replacement after loosing a phone some years ago doesn't show anything other than 3G. Thought it was the phone but now I have new phone the problem is still there.

hey @giffgaff are your login and DNS really messed up today, or have you added @ICOnews to the list of Adult sites? (requiring passport upload to unlock, despite recurring credit card payments "proving" >18)
