@giffgaff As a member, when am I directly involved in running Giffgaff? As a member, I contribute to the customer support via the Community forums, but as far as I know I’ve never for example, decided what to charge for a goodybag.

@giffgaff Ah yes, I was already aware of the MNVO link between giffgaff and O2. I'm trying to establish if O2 really does use the VirginMedia network as it's backbone/infrastructure.

  • CalipopKeys Callista Nurse (@CalipopKeys) reported

@O2 there seem to be issues with my 4g connection and my partner's 4g connection – I'm on O2, he's with Giffgaff. Have been experiencing dips since yesterday. Are there general issues across the network at the moment, or are we isolated cases? Cheers

  • evkmusc Erin 🐭 (@evkmusc) reported

When I left o2 for giffgaff they were like "You do realise it's on o2's network but you won't get phone customer service?" As though that was a selling point and not the bane of my existence.

  • Steveeeennn Steven Anderson (@Steveeeennn) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@giffgaff are you guys having problems in the Glasgow area? My internet hasn’t worked for around or so.

  • WrecklessGamer Booker Dewitt 😀 (@WrecklessGamer) reported

After 2 years of pain with EE and terrible reception at home (calls always dropping) my contract is up and am of to Giffgaff where I know my signal is awesome as that's what my kids have. £15 for 15GB should do the trick and if not, it's monthly so can get 80GB for £20 👍
