@O2 @jermanicus It’s not working. The page loads fine but once you enter your details you get hit with ‘oops something went wrong’ happens also via customer services. Please can you look into this? I’m trying to move my number from giffgaff!

  • davidrossiter David Rossiter (@davidrossiter) reported

@kestermann Also, why would VM02 not prefer to create a sub-brand and use its own network to deliver the service? Isn't that what it did with giffgaff in mobile? Does VMO2 need TalkTalk's network or is this really about buying four million new customers? Love to hear your thoughts Kester.

@westdorsetrick @GeorgeMonbiot I used to work for the Ombudsman who dealt with mobile phone company complaints The one thing that taught me was to NEVER have a contract !!! That’s why I’m on @giffgaff PAYG

@TommiesGuides @Andy2Gd @giffgaff I’m on O2 for work and EE for my own. 9/10 times I have to use my own phone to do anything - O2 just has poor coverage. Not great for lone working as my employers do not know if I am safe or not! 🙄

  • boiry62128 Jim Smithson (@boiry62128) reported

@TommiesGuides @Andy2Gd @giffgaff Away in the motorhome for a few weeks around Yorkshire, Northumberland and the Lakes. Rarely got any better than a mediocre 3G and often nothing at all. best signal often up on the hills! It's a pathetic service. All about major cities.
