@Beddy7865 Yes, it is a negative unfortunately but they are robust and “generally “ bug free. Go for a guaranteed refurb? We always use giffgaff refurbs for phones and never had a problems .

  • NordicHealthFit Nordic Health & Fitness (@NordicHealthFit) reported

@giffgaff Not had and reception for the last 2 days. Are you experiencing network issues? #giffgaff #mobileNetworks

  • MissMcLovin84 Nicola McGee (@MissMcLovin84) reported from Manchester, England

@giffgaff absolute disgusting service from yourselves and the repair team. Informing us by letter that my 12 year old had damaged his phone - does this go for my Dad with the same phone, he is 66 years old. Couldn't admit responsibility, think trading standards 😡

  • Al_typeR Alan Waters (@Al_typeR) reported

@giffgaff very disappointed and now leaving your network due to the appallingly slow data speeds. Excuse after excuse and a complete failure to accept it is O2 throttling the speed of your network was the final straw. I’m sure you will lose a lot of customers over it.

@jane_touil If the issue hasn't been resolved Jane, we'd recommend updating your case with our agents, so this can be investigated further for you. You can also request the code be sent via email rather than text. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • jamesmckay1996 James Mckay (@jamesmckay1996) reported

@giffgaff why do I barely have signal and no 4g? Can’t even go on the site/app because it asks for verification and then never sends me the code!

  • grampius Grampius Grump (@grampius) reported

@giffgaff any info in why total loss of service in Washington Tyne and wear can make emergency calls only but no signal at all.

  • jane_touil Jane Touil (@jane_touil) reported

@giffgaff I really need help Jeanette. I can’t get texts from my bank to verify purchases. Couldn’t pay for a hotel booking… It’s causing havoc!

  • DavidOfYork David Swallow (@DavidOfYork) reported

@antoniogado @richpaige Same - my UK carrier (GiffGaff) doesn't support eSIMs.
