@ADDISON396 @TheBullzeyeKK @TheTacticalBrit FWIW, I've been with 02 (And it's "Network") for 11-12 years now. I've switched from O2 > GiffGaff > O2 including renewing contracts etc and not had to pay a penny to keep my number. The problem you might have is if they disconnect your old number. That might cause issues.

@giffgaff So gutted, got my iPhone 6s refurbished like new and the battery won’t retain its charge! I want to know if I ask for a replacement and I have another problem and it needs to go back, can this returned for a refund? Not sure I’ll do this though as might happen again!

Need help with phone. I've changed sim to @giffgaff and have followed all info provided and it still saying NO SERVICE - what can I do please? I also bought a second sim and still saying the same -- please help #giffgaff My phone is unlocked too
