@giffgaff As a new customer I really don't appreciate being blamed for not looking for info I didn't know I needed When I booked porting there was no indication of issue. The email on the morning had no mention of possible delays. There was no reason for me to look for service updates!

@giffgaff Hi, there are no options that work for my issue and I have 2 days left until I lose my number. Can someone help please.

  • SlothrockUK Slothrock Gaming (@SlothrockUK) reported

@Jaime_Rivera @SomeOfMiles OnePlus 3 was the last one I bought. Then the price basically doubled for their “flagship killer”. I came back for the 8 I think and it was mediocre in every way. With the weak support updates and lack of giffgaff 5g support without going into dev menus that was my last oneplus.

@giffgaff I put in a PAC request that was meant to happen yesterday. It's over 24 hours since my number stopped working on my old network, I put in a support ticket yesterday evening & heard nothing yet. And I'm now getting texts from you asking if I want to submit a PAC code?!

@giffgaff If it wasn't for my husband being a long-term @giffgaff customer I'd be leaving again pretty quickly. I know he's generally had good experiences so I'll stay and give @giffgaff the benefit of the doubt for now
