    @Ste903 @wrexham Yes its vodafone, changing over on the 7th haha but network checker says it better in my postcode than Giffgaff (O2) plus Voxi has WiFi calling which I need up where I am, and works out cheaper than I was paying with giffgaff anyway

    @giffgaff Just received my ‘excellent’ refurbished phone with 76% battery and a service warning. No option to return phone on my order details. I need the phone now and I am fuming. What can be done?

    @giffgaff my mobile number was due to be ported to your network on Tuesday. The SIM card you have provided no longer works and I have been without a phone for 4 days. You are unreachable via email or app and complains in your forums on this are in the hundreds. What is happening?

    @giffgaff hey there. After over 48h of my SIM card not activating, I am fed up and all I’m asking is for an update. It’s super weird I do have 4g, but no signal whatsoever. Is it going to be fixed any time soon? There’s a lot of people waiting.. -.-

    @violaholliman We're sorry for any disappointment Viola. However, we don't have any plans to introduce Apple Pay at the moment as we are a pay as you go network. We'll be sure to let our members know if this changes. - giffgaff Megan

    @haydencohen That's odd, Hayden. Please can you ask your wife to clear the cache, cookies and web history then try this again. Please also let her know to try using a different browser or device, as this should help - giffgaff Jade
