    The amount of SMS spam I receive on my GiffGaff iPhone these days is ridiculous. Several per day. You'd think @giffgaff and @O2 would have proper spam filters on their network.

    @giffgaff I'm in central london and getting no signal. Tried phone on and off etc and all the usual bits. Any idea what's happening?

    @HelenCleave2 We're sorry to hear this has been going on for a while now Helen, but this can only be sorted via your case. As we are an online mobile network we do not have a customer service number to call unfortunately - giffgaff Jade

    @KyleTSpence @MartinSLewis @O2 Their prices are horrible though, and their Giffgaff MVNO has worse speeds than proper O2 unlike ID Mobile/Voxi which are just as fast as Three/Vodafone.

    @giffgaff hello i am having major issues with bt i am now paying out of contract prices with them and they wont let me cancel my landline unless i renegotiate a contract with them which i no longer wish to do. is there any phone number to talk to someone about a one switch move ?
