    @Annas_Kitchen Oh that’s rubbish. Weirdly despite running on O2’s network GiffGaff gives me better coverage than when I was actually on O2 which is bonkers

    @giffgaff the network in the CW5 area has been terrible in recent days. Checked the O2 service status page and it says the network can get busy so (effectively) work offline. How long is this situation likely to last, because working offline doesn't cut it

    @giffgaff Managed to send message without the image of bank statement and also left help request on community forum. Will try sending images to agent via different browser 👍

    I move from Giffgaff to @ThreeUK on PAYG and signal and speed is great, I get PAC code and transfer number so now I'm happy with the service,so I want to move to a monthly plan, so I speak to sales who tell me the Three number they are calling me on is terminated. So I give up.
