    @giffgaff is there anybody to talk to because your system is not efficient. Been asking and getting no help. After this I wont be recommending anyone to use giffgaff. My sim card broke so obviously cant get puk code from old dead sim card & no one can help

    @WeekendWireless @giffgaff If you choose to just add PAYG credit to a giffgaff sim (minimum £10) rather than a monthly plan that credit will never expire as long as you use the sim to make a call,text or use some data at least once every 6 months so ideal for a backup

    @bristolfemuse Hi there. It can take up to 24 hours from the port in day for the number to be fully transferred across. During this time we recommend that he reboots his phone off and on again through the day, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

    @TheMedievalDrK @menysnoweballes If you can get someone to order a giffgaff sim they have good data rates and you could use your phone or tablet (?) to get 4g. Check O2 coverage as that’s the network they use. It’s monthly and can be paid by PayPal iirc (def by credit card).
