@giffgaff Good day, I am a customer of yours and the giff gaff network has been down for the last 2 days and I'm unable to make calls. I live in Kilkeel,Co.Down BT34. My friend who from Newry BT35 is on O2 and he is in the same boat there. How long is this Likely to last.

@oyinkan_ @giffgaff @giffgaff : I cannot login to any account (tried with the app and two browsers, incognito mode, etc.). Error on the browser: "Oops. Sorry, something went wrong on our side. Try again in a few minutes" (for more than 10-15 minutes)

@lucy_zepeda @giffgaff For the last few days there's been a problem with the last version of the app where the homepage didn't show your goodybag or credit. To cure the problem uninstall the app then download and install the new version.
