@giffgaff Hi there, my husband has just received a sim in the post but hes got no idea why as he hasn’t ordered it, please can you help?

  • HGooner14 HGooner14 (@HGooner14) reported

@giffgaff @Ofcom another day and my internet isn’t working, despite me paying £35 for my data plan a few days ago. I’ll be escalating this and putting through an official complaint as it’s unacceptable. I use the internet for work and it’s currently being throttled.

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@EDI_SarahMQ @giffgaff That's a shame because blocking the phone only bars it from connecting to the network but all of your child's data will still be on it so fingers crossed whoever finds it can't get past your child's pin code and so can't get into the phone.

  • ItsCallumtomz Callum (@ItsCallumtomz) reported

@giffgaff Any timescale on when it’s going to be fixed? I don’t fancy waking a few streets away to get service for the next few weeks

  • championbankole Michael Bankole (@championbankole) reported

@giffgaff This still doesn’t fix the issue. My email has 2FA active. I left 2FA off for giffgaff so I could access my account from anywhere to request a sim. I will not be able to access my email until I have my phone number HANDY

  • WarlockGlyndalf Glyn Roberts (@WarlockGlyndalf) reported

@giffgaff How long after switching will I start getting useable mobile Internet speeds? Switched yesterday but only getting 0.2 mbps up and around the same down. Checked the usual solutions but no luck.

@championbankole If you could access your emails via another device Michael if you have lost your phone, then this would help you get the verification codes - giffgaff Nicole

  • Ebony_2706 Ebony (@Ebony_2706) reported

@giffgaff hi my phone is not connecting to the network I have been to an O2 shop and they can’t figure out the problem have you got any help ?

  • HGooner14 HGooner14 (@HGooner14) reported

@giffgaff Yes, I have just raised a complaint in regards to this as it’s unacceptable and I’ve contacted the Ombudsman with regards to this issue as I’m not being able to use the services that I paid for.

  • michaelocyoung Michael Young (@michaelocyoung) reported

@littlesthomebrw Hmm that's slightly disturbing - Sky Mobile (which I'm assuming you're on from the Passport Plus name) uses the O2 network, which isn't charging roaming fees (and nor are GiffGaff who also use O2) so this is just profiteering on Sky's part.
