Hey @giffgaff Can you have a word with @O2 about their rapidly worsening coverage please? Ran a Twitter search on 'O2 coverage' and it's carnage out here. Even city centres and heavily populated areas. No point in lovely goodybag deals with service this bad. 🙁

  • benno44775 Beano (@benno44775) reported

@CovHTID2022 @giffgaff Hi Simon 👋 after 80gb usage on the always on your connection will be very slow. With the unlimited goodybag it’s not slowed down but after 750gb usage there is a fair usage policy

@Smoken_Mirrors We do again understand your frustration, but please can you DM us with your full post code, so we can look into the service issues, and advise on any other troubleshooting steps that may work. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@AliJaneMoore As we are an online network, there is no number to ring. However, please send us a DM, so we can look into this for you. - giffgaff Megan

@SaveECRewards I think I might look at going on giffgaff EE is bad round here and I live near the train station do you not want a 5G phone?

  • Smoken_Mirrors Jill Chambers (@Smoken_Mirrors) reported

@giffgaff Hi Tasbiya I know this is the standard customer service response but there's a problem nationally and there's nothing that can be sorted with a DM. It's not me, it's O2! I've had 3 different brand new handsets and still coverage gets worse.

Sorry but I’ve been with every network provider. I believe in giffgaff supremacy

@giffgaff hello, on your PAYG plans - can you call any uk network with the inclusive minutes? Or is it only to other giffgaff numbers? Thanks.

  • benno44775 Beano (@benno44775) reported

@smml96 @giffgaff Hi Sara sometimes turning the phone off and back on after a few mins can reset the network connection to the mast. Try that hope it helps

Giffgaff is currently tediously slow with data. Making my job of "half arsed googling things and doing emails from bed" really difficult today.
