    @giffgaff. Hi my boys phone is saying its not registered but it was . Can you please help us... I'm a weekend dad and our only way of staying in communication is through our phones. But for some reason it's playing up can you help please ??

    Call me tight, I'm down to 57p on my GiffGaff PAYG sim, charges are crap, so on to 1p mobile for me. A 45p charge being on hold with the bank is more palatable than £11.

    @giffgaff @ric_mc Came here to ask this. I ordered a 5g SIM, logged into giffgaff, activated it, put it in iphone 12. No service- looking around I maybe need a Gold g.bag but i can only find a way to make that my next choice in a few days. Is it possible to switch faster ?
