@Ariel_Sevilla @giffgaff I strongly recommend @rexxytech he help me recover back my locked account when I have similar issue. His legit and guaranteed

@TheO2 Greetings, why do you allow the baffoons @giffgaff to use your network without oversight? They are incompetent in every thing they do. I have been using their service for only three weeks, and every query, service issue, I have had with them, have been met with #idiocy.

Hi @giffgaff I’ve misplaced my iPhone… it needed upgrading anyway… so I got a new one from you and a new sim. But… I can only set up my new iPhone if I have my old iPhone to hand… the set up asks me to input a code sent to my old phone by text. Can you help? I’m stuck.

@jaffameister I'm also on giffgaff and I've been getting a lot of spam lately, been with them a while now & it tends to come in waves, best advice is to just swear loudly and then spam the * key before you hang up, dunno if it actually works but it feels better at least lol

My current mobile service provider is @giffgaff and I have just bought a new iPhone which I’m now setting up. I want to retain my current number and continue with Giff Gaff. How do I proceed?

  • apple_got Apollonia #WomanTM (@apple_got) reported

@giffgaff For 3 months now I've had issues obtaining my goody bag. Today I spent £40 to top up for a £20 goody bag. Clearly this will be my last month using you, I'm seriously disappointed with you.

  • SaundersGTTO Linda Saunders (@SaundersGTTO) reported

@giffgaff I am going round and round in circles. I got a giffgaff sim, topped it up, set it up with a goody bag. My old number has transferred. I can't log into my account under the number I transferd, and I have no goody bag. HELP

@giffgaff This is not true I'm afraid. B11 3SB with Giffgaff is terrible for internet. You can't even hold a Teams call or Zoom meeting. What then is the use of the 8Gb internet bought for 10 quid even when it burns very fast? Output: Zero. Frustrating!

  • BronwynEmilyJ Bronwyn Johnson (@BronwynEmilyJ) reported

@Klarna That would be @giffgaff because then I’d never be able to get a refurbished phone that not only suited my budget, but was also brilliant top quality!

  • endaguinan Enda Guinan (@endaguinan) reported

@oliviasolon Hard to fault @giffgaff (it piggybacks on o2). Never had an issue in 10 years.
