@giffgaff @CharleyASmith_ Resetting the password is successful however the issue remains. Same error. Also I had to request a reset link via a text message as requesting it via email did not work. Please fix your issues ASAP!!! This is ridiculous!

@giffgaff @O2 I have a baby & need to get in contact w family & healthcare workers but a mast in my area isnt working. When will it work? This is atrocious, nothing for a week. No updates, nothing. Appalling. Temporary solution needed, otherwise my childs health is in your hands!

My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

@giffgaff hi, my data speed has been awful for around 2 weeks now, I’d say slower than standard 3G. Been on the network for a few years and never been this bad. Not changed phone or anything else recently. Any idea what the cause might be?
