    @giffgaff My wife's phone has never had a signal when away from home for 2 years GG said change sim have done no change. I have to phone here to get it working. How to I switch provider ?

    @giffgaff As already mentioned I cannot login. I am no longer a customer. You need to add the legally required “unsubscribe” to all your emails - and not demand users login. Can you help?

    @giffgaff how do I feed back a problem with an email sent from you (there’s a mistake in the email so something is up with your systems)? Can’t find any way to do it on your website

    @pheebiess Most UK networks are lucky in that they either share masts or, in the case of giffgaff, they run on the infrastructure built by o2. It bewilders me how poor the standard infrastructure is across NA and how it varies every dozen miles so massively.

    @giffgaff I’ve had nothing but issues with you, no signal constantly, slow data, taking ages for things to load. Glad to be leaving!! Stating one minute I’m going to receive compensation and then not the next 😡

    @OllieBrkr @giffgaff Same with entire O2 network and Third Parties using O2 Network (i.e. GiffGaff etc) in Central London. Lucky to have a functioning 3G connection 100yds from London Bridge station!
