2 years with @giffgaff and because of an appaling last couple months, they are losing a customer due to refusing to help

So as @giffgaff agent don't want to bother responding, even though I have depression and being able to watch programmes helps, they dont care and have cut off 4G and its still very poor but I can access a view more things on 3G but very slow and hard to watch but they don't care

@giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

Still no response from @giffgaff agents but hey what is another customer lost to them. Been with them 2 years but ill be leaving them end month or sooner because they have false advertised and left me with no data

@mariangel_uy @giffgaff Avoid Giff Gaff. Shocking service. Internet is 2G. Im paying for minimum 3G and they are refusing refund
