@tescomobile Go #GiffGaff : the network run by you: * no contracts: * parcels of Minutes / texts / GBytes monthly just like a contract (they call them 'goodybags'): * 80G for twenty quid: say it all. I DON'T work for them / they DON't pay me / I DO like their business model.

When I started going up to London again on the train last week my iPhone kept crashing while constantly searching for a BT signal. Did a painful full reinstall of iOS and no change. Switched to @giffgaff and problem disappeared. Glad I no longer give rubbish BT any money.

@giffgaff Worst connection in Bury St. Edmunds! It won’t go past two bars! So much for being able to use walking maps. Or anything but texting. Waste of money.😞

@astra_ken1 Hi there Ken. Unfortunately there is a mast down in your area at the moment. Our engineers are working to get your service back to normal. While we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data - giffgaff Nicole (1/2)

@kelownagurl 2/2 UK customer service is notoriously terrible. EE are reputedly best for coverage, although I’m with O2 and I haven’t had any issues. Also check out Giffgaff and Tesco Mobile - they use O2’s network but are often cheaper if you can find the right deal.
