    @paulchowdhry @EE Never had an issue with @giffgaff and it's pretty much impossible to be overcharged if you get a 'goodybag'

    So @giffgaff have reached out and their only option to fix my signal that should be great on my phone is for them to manually turn off my SIM for 24 hours. Apparently this is to "Stabilise the SIM signal". I've told them to do it while I don't hold my breath for it to work.

    @PurePoliceCams @giffgaff What network do they use? I'm with BT which uses EE's and I get signal almost anywhere I go. When on giffgaff I found I was a bit screwed in certain parts of the South East.

    After probably a decade with @giffgaff I'm going to be leaving their network. why? Because since moving their website tells me I should have great signal indoors and outdoors and it's literally rubbish. Can't even send a text. It's not my phone or the APN settings. It's GiffGaff.

    I am new to giffgaff. They have charged for a txt NOT made how do I speak to giffgaff. This does not fit into any of the help subjects on website. Help please.
