Hey @giffgaff - why am I not getting decent signal anymore? I’ve done usual stuff (restarting phone, turning on and off airplane mode etc) but nothing’s changed. Is it O2’s fault? Baffled (and frustrated).

I am holidaying in Wooler, Northumberland. My wife has GiffGaff and I have Plusnet. Both use O2's Network. She has a lower signal than me and gets service but I am 'denied' - taken from our relative Samsung mobile phone settings. WHY??? @Plusnet

Why have I been locked out of my account @giffgaff ? I'm away from home where my member details and password are secured.. tryed to access my details from memory then you wouldn't let me reset my password you *****.. Last straw with you lot.. I shall cancel my direct debit now.

@giffgaff Can someone help me with my DPD delivery? Apparently I have to complain to you rather than them. The driver sat outside my house then I received a message to say that he couldn't find my house. No I don't have my new phone. #CustomerService #help #dpdarerubbish

@giffgaff I repurchased my usual goodybag on the 27th. Still no network. Sim says out of service and disconnected yet you've taken my money. I've been reaching out since that day and been asked the same question then no further reply or help. I'm left with no way to contact.
