    Bloody @giffgaff has locked me out of my own account and now says they can’t help me. Instead I have to ask an agent that’ll get back to me within 24 hours. This ain’t good enough, I need a goodybag today so I can make an important phone call 😡😡😡

    @Kamaljeetgill @chimenesuleyman Definitely giffgaff. They use the O2 network but offer SIM-only plans that are ludicrously cheap - I'm on a £10 per month tariff and get something absurd like 10gb of data which I never manage to use up!

    @giffgaff It would be inconvenient if customers could do what we wanted but not as conveniently as it could be. This isn't inconvenient: it's broken. But there's no need to wish there were a way around it; it's your system: you could just fix it.

    @giffgaff any plans to introduce WiFi calling? I live under power lines and nobody can ever hear me on a call. It’s been this way forever and is the same on my work phone/network as well.

    @chimenesuleyman I use GiffGaff. Sim only. Rolling monthly contract. Cheap. Runs on O2 network. I have never used a swear word in the same sentence as GiffGaff, unlike three and Vodafone.

    @giffgaff whats going on with your network the last two days have been terrible, thats the last time i pay for unlimited data, haven't been able to load a simple web site??

    @giffgaff I've reported this before and it wasn't fixed. Over to you to try and fix it. It was on the Android app. Please don't ask me to contact others at GiffGaff, I don't have time.
