@RedDevils_74 @giffgaff Yes she won't have any problems (I use the same one in a 4G phone) giffgaff just need to explain things a bit better, the golden goodybags are the only ones that include 5G but they can still be used with any phone.

@GrahamBarnfield @giffgaff Well idiot features! I have an ongoing monthly direct debit for a sim only service. I think you’ll find that constitutes a contract in law. It may only be a month long repeating one but nevertheless a contract. Pay attention! Dunces cap for you!

@giffgaff Didnt read the tweet huh? Sim ordered weeks ago. No show. Ordered again OVER a week ago. STILL NO show. And your sales / tech support phone number is where...exactly?

  • lKevBuxton Kev Buxton (@lKevBuxton) reported

@giffgaff So it turns out that someone is using your network to 'neighour spoof' your users... Please sort this out as I'm not having to block 'neighour spoofing' on my phone not all of your other customers can do that!

  • ashglynn Ash Glynn (@ashglynn) reported

@Yorksims @giffgaff I've seen the thread it is not helpful. The customer service is awful/non existent. They've had my phone for 6 days now without acknowledging receipt of it, that's beyond a delay it is incompetent.

  • ScotEUSwe SeanAshe🇪🇺 (@ScotEUSwe) reported

Day 2.5 and still no 4G on EE or GiffGaff, with the latter having far less signal than the former.

  • thefrenchnerd Haley S. (@thefrenchnerd) reported

@giffgaff I just switched to GiffGaff today and I'm finding the 4G incredibly slow... Iike 2 mbps slow when I'm inside. Is this normal?

  • AmoAmmo amo (@AmoAmmo) reported

I think it's weird that giffgaff don't give you any sort of bonus if you're a long term customer and you buy a handset from them. I want a phone with more storage but I'm not made of money.
