I have a question. Whenever I’m at a football stadium my signal with giffgaff/o2 is just awful due to (I figure) everyone is trying to keep up with results elsewhere and such. #stfc fans if you never have any problems with browsing apps at the ground what company are you with?

  • McDowell21 Hilary McDowell (@McDowell21) reported

@giffgaff just wondering if there is a problem processing payments

  • GlosredP GlosRed&Proud (@GlosredP) reported

@matthewkilford I am with Tesco / o2 and have issues with speeds at the CG, my dad is with EE and has no problems so switching to them. Any mvno (voxi, giffgaff etc) will have slower network speeds compared to the main company (vodafone, o2)

  • RhysNorton16 TheycallmeRhys (@RhysNorton16) reported

According to the @giffgaff website it has been fixed since the 4th, it is now the 10th. I am currently paying for a phone and service I can not use. #CustomerService

  • MissMoseleyy G Love❣ (@MissMoseleyy) reported

@giffgaff I took out a new contract and brought a phone with you guys this month. I have been charged twice for my contract, hopefully you can help me

  • srcshelton Stuart Shelton (@srcshelton) reported

Unless, @VOXI_UK, have I missed something here? If I install your iOS Profile (which I’m loath to do without understanding what additional content/settings it’s adding) is Virgin Media/TfL Underground support added? I hadn’t come across this until I read that @giffgaff need it 😲

  • ShotsByJai Shots by Jai (@ShotsByJai) reported

@virginmedia No. I gave up after waiting for 58 mins. I have to now order a PAYG sim from @giffgaff just so I can use the STAC code from you to cancel this account. If you make it this hard to cancel then it only serves to prove that you know how bad you are. Please go eat your own 💩

  • Willbrandblock Will (@Willbrandblock) reported

@CJ_250marketing Will Giffgaff is a mobile brand whose customer service basically run by a community, which is incentivised to do so. But in web 3.0 there would be no central brand, and the community would get greater equity/share of profits to run it etc Sorry had to explain in 1 tweet

@s_lanning1985 @JackpWild @giffgaff Exactly the same here. Bought "like new" refurbished for daughter's Christmas present. Opened on Christmas day, microphone doesn't work- sent back for repair - they've just told me it's not covered by the warranty and will cost more than I paid for the phone to repair.
