    Holy **** so far the ******* EE network has mileeees better signal than ****** *** giffgaff.. I get full bars indoors.. On giffgaff i was getting 2 at very specific spots.. It was manily 0 - 1 bar

    @giffgaff Thank you for your swift reply. Can you get me a PAC code? I believe GiffGaff not having a customer service number will continue to frustrate me so want to transfer my number over to O2.

    @NomadicWriter I use GiffGaff which is no contract and sits on the O2 network. I've been very happy with it. £10 per month package suits me.

    Been with this provider for a number of years. Good value but important during these times customer service is consistently superb @giffgaff

    @giffgaff No never been a giffgaff member. He has now received an email saying the sim has been activated with mobile number and order ID. The email address is missing part of husbands email so not sure what is happening

    @giffgaff my husband has received multiple emails from you saying welcome to giffgaff but he is a happy customer at another network. Any idea why this is, is this a scam that you are aware of?
