@giffgaff just had a phone call from 07719 515756 saying he was from @CPWTweets Carphone Warehouse (call centre in background). He claimed they had authorisation from major phone networks to do marketing call. Is this true? I have never authorised passing of my information.

@giffgaff @NeonDragonPSX I’ve just top up £25, And when I wanted to convert it to a £25 goodybags, its says you have got £24.99, So I couldn’t go for unlimited internet, Its a second time giffgaff rubbed me, Never again, Shame on giffgaff, That’s not a professional way to do business

@giffgaff Hi guys. My mum is in hospital at the moment and I need to ensure we can top up her phone with a goodybag but I don't have her login. It's vital I can do this as we can't visit due to COVID. Can you help?
