@giffgaff DPD are costing you business , day 1 no delivery, day 2 delayed again and not looking likely. DPD chat on app doesn't work. Going to the shop to buy one tomorrow , if it ever turns up will be returned for a refund. I'm near Manchester not Madrid how hard can it be !

@giffgaff We already have but five working days to reply won't be much use for a delivery issue that's been ongoing for 2 days.

@richardtgarland GiffGaff is quality with no issues like that, is there a reason you stick with Tesco?

@daniel_barnett @O2 The @giffgaff network is dreadful too, and they piggyback the 02 network.

@giffgaff can't bring forwards the goody bag renewal or buy credit. Cannot get much-needed data on daughter's phone while she's away. Have tried for 2 days now. Do I just need to find a more reliable service provider? As you don't seem to want our money or custom!

Getting a LOT (Several a day) calls from Indian people claiming to be from Virgin Media. I'm blocking their numbers as fast as I can and they seem to have billions. I'm junking this number on Monday. Anyone recommend a network that isn't GiffGaff?

@giffgaff Now I have a new message! A big lesson was learned today; When push comes to shove, I cannot rely on GiffGaff. Never known a company that doesn't want to take a customer's money, interesting business model! Need to look for a new company for the 6 family phones I finance.

Honestly, @O2 I’ve been with @giffgaff for eight years and had no issues ever. I move to O2 after being persuaded and have had nothing but issues for the first week and it’s the usual story of long telephone waits and not getting help. Terrible service. #regret
