    @giffgaff Reference no 260617-000644. Dont tell me to activate my sim on a no reply e mail when I haven’t received one. If not sorted soon I will cancel.

    @Ricky_ting777 @dbcxptures Strange, I spend most of my days in the country or near/on farms and it has done a full 180. Was giffgaff for years until this issue forced me to try something new

    @Glen11Glen @dbcxptures That sounds fair. GiffGaff could be cheaper by a couple of pounds but little in it. Others have also mentioned the O2 network is pretty rubbish for mobile internet.

    @giffgaff I have a BIG problem. Can't login to my account as i need to activate 2FA. i Can't activate 2FA as my account don't have email address listed. I can't use HelpBot to find more info as i need to login to use it ... HELP!

    @giffgaff Yeah with a link to a bot that doesn't work I'm trying to get a refund because you have taken now £7 out of my Giffgaff account for nothing usage still all at 0 for calls texts and data get that money refund now

    @giffgaff Raised ticket with Agent Juline, but refund was refused under Section 5.3 after PAC port-out. Loop won't fix this. Please escalate to a Formal Complaint for my credit refund, or send a Deadlock Letter so I can take it to Ombudsman.

    @zzwinwinwin Giffgaff mass-banning user SIM cards is straight-up robbery and completely illegal. I fully support you guys filing a complaint with Ofcom!

    @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.
