Ben Simmonds (@BenHSimmonds) reported@giffgaff how come your phone repair arm is so awful. You sent my phone back unfixed by mistake after having it a week. Had to send it back and you've had it another week now and no reply to messages. Over a month into the fix/replacement and nothing. Shoddy service

Reginald Johnston (@ReginaldJohnst7) reported@jonesycartoons Throw out your TV and cut out your landline. Keep your broadband. Set up a Giffgaff sim account for each in household and get rid of all streaming services. Can't say explicitly but there are other ways to get TV shows and movies. No TV = no BS. Turn off data roaming when home.

Mark (@markdsnell) reported@giffgaff Not a great start for a new customer. Transferring number from Tesco today, and still no service on my phone. Thought this would have been easy as you both use the O2 network.
