Melissa Klonaridis (@Lissykl87) reported@giffgaff I think it would be worth looking at how many people are having money stolen from Giff Gaff at the moment. I have to use wifi and cannot use basic functions on my phone. They have until Monday to fix this issue and refund me or I am opening a case of theft against them.

Christina (@Chrissy_imc) reported@giffgaff Ok so can I cancel my goodie bag as the only reason I joined was for the data whilst I’m in Europe in august. I won’t have access to wifi and 5gb won’t be enough

Fiorella Parra-Mujica (@clafipam) reported@giffgaff Hi! Yes, that's what I've done but the agents can't find a solution to my problem. I can't access my email/bank account because it has an OTP through the phone. I have just sent a new request to fix the problem.
