@jordanattfield Our agents give a 24-hour timeframe for a response but are usually much quicker than this. Hang tight and one will respond as soon as possible. - giffgaff Dana

@jfnew21 We do understand this is inconvenient for you Joe. Upgrading work is being carried out all over the UK, to help manage the needs of the congestion in the area. We just do not know when the issues in your area will be resolved we're afraid. - giffgaff Jeanette

@PaulKeeganGino @giffgaff There's a cap of 5gb a month I think. Not too bad unless you're streaming.

@Chinchillazllla Emojis are not necessary or important. You can express yourself equally well with words. They use bandwidth and clog up the internet. In the UKs GiffGaff network you are charged extra for a message containing an emoji. There are probably other networks with the same rule.

@giffgaff I ordered a phone which never arrived even though DPD claim they delivered it. No way to report it. I've contacted goffgaff agents, no reply. Contacted DPD they fobbed me off saying their system was down and would contact me, which they haven't. Black Friday deal = Black Hole!
