@giffgaff Thanks. I’m quite surprised though. This has never happened before and I can’t work out why I’ve suddenly used so much more data. Any ideas? I’m normally at home & connected to WiFi.

  • Mildred76 Rachel Midwood (@Mildred76) reported

@giffgaff There is no answer on the feedback and they are saying its answered but nothing and phone not working. So I'm not tech phobic...but its not even taking or sending WiFi calls but has credit...

@JamesKennedyUK Zen is terrific for t’internet. @EE twice bricked my phone when abroad despite my buying an add-on for such use because they didn’t like me being on a legacy T-Mobile plan. (Tried a Giffgaff SIM the second time; it was fine so not a phone issue.) Horrifically irresponsible.

@lukemcewen @leonJPatterson Just signed up to the 10£ sim rolling contract. was a pound more than BT (same network), but i read that you get a bit more for money with EE. might go dual sim for a while with giffgaff. £15 all in.

  • stax97 Liam O'Rourke (@stax97) reported

@giffgaff Joined giffgaff as I’d had enough of contracts and will never have one again. Sure you have to buy your own phone but the deals are so good and running on O2’s network I always have a good signal 👍 Can’t recommend enough .
