    @giffgaff Never have I seen such an appalling system I wasted many hours the question was ,my SIM card hasn’t arrived ?you could not, would not and did not reply or deal with it , I have now cancelled .

    @giffgaff I'm a new customer transferring over from O2. I've been told that everything should happen tomorrow. I've a really stupid question... Do I put your new SIM into my phone now or wait until tomorrow?

    Dear Ofcom Complaints Team, ​I activated and topped up my account on 13 July. Although I have not been using the service outside the UK for an extended period, giffgaff used an undisclosed restriction to disconnect my service and refused my refund.@giffgaff @Ofcom

    @_imey @DanNeidle Yeah, I reckon it shows ripoff O2 prices, etc. After changing to giffgaff my price is down on 10 years ago.

    @Lairdysnr Left Vodafone for GiffGaff years ago. I'll never go back to a phone contract. Every 5 or 6 years I buy a reconditioned phone (usually from GiffGaff) to replace the current handset.

    @Jenny_1884 Dont stress about it @GiffGaff 5G is significantly slower than their 4G. Been like it for years, same on multiple different handsets & waste of time reporting it. Smarty has much better 5G coverage & speeds in my area. But overall 5G is really ****.
