    @giffgaff absolutely shocked at the service. I couldn't get any 4g connection even with good reception. I needed to access QR codes to make some returns and instead of taking a few minutes i looked like a muppet. Then no data access meant no uber. Ridiculous

    I’m trying but no luck, l just get a stupid page, just give me the giffgaff top up number, that all l ask, if it’s not sorted today l will give up & go with someone else, give me the top up number.

    @giffgaff CONTACT ME URGENTLY TO RESOLVE THE FAILURE OF GIFFGAFF IN CUTTING OFF MY SERVICES FOR 4 DAYS 13-10-2022 until late 17-10-2022. I am about to submit a FORMAL complaint to the ombudsman!

    @j_turnbul @giffgaff I almost gave up when I got no help from support team luckily someone here referred me to @Robertsjames111 on twitter Dm him and he got it fixed for me all thanks to him contact him now

    Right that’s it, giffgaff can take a running jump, I’ve never in my life found something more difficult to do, to try & put my voucher number in, I’ve lost £10, but Giffgaff have lost a customer, on your bike.
