FFS!! I spent hours getting my knowledge to the level to go on today's training course. The useless @O2 & @giffgaff have massive problems, so no mobile connection and some ******* idiot farmer has taken out the phone lines, leaving me without any broadband. I'm beyond angry!!

@giffgaff I must say that I'm really impressed with you as a new Customer. Switched from EE. The only ****** is a rather slow download speed.

@giffgaff your signal in Bristol has been crap since September… data comes and goes as it wants to and have to turn my phone off more times than I am supposed to… really considering changing networks if this doesn’t change. Cheap deals are gonna turn expensive in the long run

GiffGaff is a really weird network because actual employees will only help with a tiny subset of problems (none of which I've ever experienced), so for most issues the entire "support" experience is like "IDK, go and ask the other customers.🤷" (It works better than that sounds!)

Trying to switch to @EE seems impossible their prove you’re a human codes never compute and you can’t call customer services as they charge for that and I have no credit and can’t add credit as have to register and can’t. Guess I’m stuck with @giffgaff and their appalling network
