I should’ve known better as it was still their engineer who failed to show up. #Frustrating, but for #giffgaff not to have any means of rectifying the issue is unacceptable. Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reported@O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.

Signius (@SigniusNetworks) reported@Jenny_1884 Dont stress about it @GiffGaff 5G is significantly slower than their 4G. Been like it for years, same on multiple different handsets & waste of time reporting it. Smarty has much better 5G coverage & speeds in my area. But overall 5G is really ****.
