    @giffgaff Is there someone I can speak to about an expensive fault of yours? Terrible service - nobody seems to be available.

    @katfpoole Okay, thanks for clarifying that for us Kat. Normally it can take up to 24 hours for your services to resume as normal after a number transfer. Are you having any issues with your calls or texts? - giffgaff Nicole

    @giffgaff and that is appalling that thats even a thing ... you should have to opt into that service, not opt out

  • Mykiel_B MikeKAB (@Mykiel_B) reported

    @lrl014 @giffgaff Hi. Yes you can. You are allowed 20gig max data usage per goodybag in a 63 days period. Dont buy a goodybag bigger than 20GB for EU/EEA usage. Reason is after 20GB data will cost 0.36p/MB and u’ll still not be able to start a new goodybag early until it’s down to 100 MB or below.

    @Binzyi @KellyQuilt In that case, you're consigned to never being able to take advantage of the free market (in this respect at least). Giffgaff would probably not suit you anyway, since it relies heavily on its user base to provide mutual support to subscribers when they have queries.

    @giffgaff mobile data not working!

  • liz_duffin Liz Duffin (@liz_duffin) reported

    @giffgaff you should not have to opt out if that service, its a scam

  • katfpoole Kat Poole (@katfpoole) reported

    @giffgaff Hiya, I’ve just changed networks and although my phone shows 4G I cant get any coverage. I really need to use my phone while I’m out - can you help please?

  • liz_duffin Liz Duffin (@liz_duffin) reported
