@lozzabaybeiiX3 The standard completion time is by 9pm on the day of transfer. However, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff Not really ready to post my postcode on here but the signal is actually horrendous here

@Luisa_Blando We're very sorry to hear that your dad is having some trouble with our app. We're working very hard to iron out any issues with the app and hope to have this all sorted when we release our new update. We recommend using the web browser to log in, in the meantime - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff is there a problem with the Android app? My dad can’t log into his app. Works on iOS and browser just not Android, nothing happens after you press login, uninstalled multiple times

@lozzabaybeiiX3 We must advise that you allow the time frames mentioned, for your service to be fully up and running Lozza. If your old SIM has stopped working, we recommend inserting your giffgaff SIM card - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff the reason the signal has been gone in this child’s network for the last 4 days? Sitting here like 1997 with no internet, which would be fine but I’ve paid you clowns

  • stardust_junkie Chloe Dyas (@stardust_junkie) reported

@giffgaff I’m getting really fed up with rarely having 3/4G signal now. It was down for months last year, came back briefly and now gone again. TN38 area. Gonna change provider at this rate.
