@ChloHillxxx You know the mad thing is that it isn't even #Giffgaff's fault as they use #O2 for their service. I still think they're one of the best companies I've dealt with.

@ChloHillxxx Thank you. I had an iphone and Galaxy borh on Giffgaff for years and because of this issue I've ported my Galaxy number back over to EE. When my iPhone Goodybag runs out I'll be doing the same to that. The last 3 months has been atrocious data wise.

@O2 having a bit of a nightmare since I joined you at the end of last week from @giffgaff. Tried to transfer my old phone to new sim. It briefly worked, but I've now been without network connection for 24+ hours. Spoke to several people at o2 on family members phones but (1/2)

@Eli_Eli_s @giffgaff It could well do because if there's no network problem then it's going to be either your phone or your sim causing the lack of signal. You can either order one free from giffgaff or grab one from your local shop for under £1 then perform a sim swap to keep your number etc 1/2

How come my data and 4g hasn’t been working the past week it’s so annoying because some peoples are working and others it’s not working for them I’ve not ran out because I’ve just had more @giffgaff @O2

Your PAYG network is awful and the user interfaces are hopeless. Also no longer good value for money now the summer promotion has ended. I was thinking of moving to Voxi as the UI might be better, but have just ordered a GiffGaff sim for my wife. No excuse in this day and age.
