    @giffgaff hey guys. I already have a 4g sim with a golden Goodyear so I ordered a 5g sim. Do I just put the 5g sim in my phone and it is ready? I can't find anything in help section to actually help!

    .@VodafoneUK poor customer service. Trans 2 @giffgaff after years @Vodafone. PAC trans not completed properly, phone SIM locked, charged additional month. Have to reload software 4 phone to work. 30 mins into cust service call still no refund 4 cancelled service. #poorservice
