@FurnessGirl Awww no! Not good that you’re still without power. Have you got some means to keep warm? Our house has poor mobile signal on O2, GiffGaff, VodaFone and Three! EE is ok. There are masts on the hill behind, and I think we may be too close for proper line of sight. 😖

  • ClareLouiseMil2 Clare Lou Milbz (@ClareLouiseMil2) reported

@giffgaff no signal indoors, can barely get a signal outside. What is happening? Two days it's been like this and that was without the other day where it wasn't working either. Would hope for a bit more reliability when your paying £300 a year

Trying to switch to @EE seems impossible their prove you’re a human codes never compute and you can’t call customer services as they charge for that and I have no credit and can’t add credit as have to register and can’t. Guess I’m stuck with @giffgaff and their appalling network

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, can I have some help please? Got a new iPhone at the weekend and switched from Giffgaff to Sky Mobile. Although I’ve got three bars of signal, I’ve only been able to send one text all weekend and I either can’t make calls at all or they connect but are silent.

@moneymoney122 @ChomusukePetter I had giffgaff before (which was powered by O2 but was a seperate network) and DAMN it was faster

@giffgaff I’m trying to return a phone but my order is not connected to my account please can you help??

@LaCrecerelle I've never had any issue with Giffgaff myself- coverage is pretty decent, and prices aren't too bad. Would recommend checking out if you haven't already- think they run on O2?
