@giffgaff I never turned on my recurring goodybag but I had my card saved within the account. This morning a goodybag was purchased and no one has my password. So you guys basically fraudulently accessed my account through your end and used my card to make sales for yourselves

@giffgaff hi, currently have no signal in the m38 area. I work for a befriending charity who all use your service, we can't contact clients. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now. Is there anything that can be done as we're paying for a service that is unusable ?

@nenamewilldo @giffgaff they normally take 10 - 30 mins but restarting your phone every 5 mins to refresh your network connection will show you when it's completed.

@giffgaff Guys do you think we can sort out that ghastly man’s voice on the voicemail pre-recorded message? You’ve changed it and it’s gone from bad to worse !
