    @SMARTYMobileUK connection is extremely sluggishly slow this morning. Feels like the data speed is throttled or something. Thank goodness I kept my GiffGaff sim for backup!

    @virginmedia The bill date is 2 November. Payment date is 22 November. I also had to buy extra Giffgaff data £10 for essential communications during the loss of 7 days Virgin service. When I've reported regular loss of service in the past, I've never received amended bills from virgin.

    @AydinPaladin I don't have a quick-fix to offer you, but I'd suggest picking up a plan from a provider like GiffGaff which allows you to pay month by month. I used that in the UK then just removed my card details when I left. When I go back I can just pay again.
