Are @giffgaff any good? My partner has had to return two iPhones one after the other - first one had been banned from some apps (previously a drug dealers phone?) and the second couldn’t be unlocked. Isn’t it best to go with a real mobile network??

@KiyleF You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann 2/2

@giffgaff I need a new SIM, but forgot my member name - the only way to get my member name is text from the Giffgaff phone which obviously isn't possible. Can you help?

@Porlocking I just want a damn refund, I can't even CALL them cos my signal drops out so often. All I want iss for them to give me the money they took DESPITE being aware the mast was broken AGAIN. Then I can use my Giffgaff SIM straight away. I rely on a good call service, and this ain't it

@GiftyAkuamoah1 The goodybag will be charged for once it is applied to your account. To avoid any issues, we would recommend having the available balance in your bank account a few hours before the current goodybag is due to expire - giffgaff Jade

@VOXI_UK @giffgaff YET AGAIN, @VOXI_UK is exacerbating my health issues - ESPECIALLY as I was told less than a WEEK AGO to avoid stress as I'm in possible heart failure FFS. If my calls keep dropping, will a 999 call even connect for long enough?!? I'm SCARED, Voxi.
