    @giffgaff The stupid giffgaff goody bag situation keeps letting us down. We are in France, and have been since June, I am again unable to get voicemails, or make calls.Your system has blocked me from being able to use my phone. Please DO SOMETHING NOW to sort this out - urgently!

    @Peter_Gustafson Don't bother. Get refurbished phone from giffgaff and sim only deal from Smarty. Cheaper, easier and all done online. Never need a contract again

    @giffgaff out of interest - I’ve had an iPhone 12 and 5G plan for 6 months now. How come I’ve never once been on 5G?
