    @giffgaff The last time I used the online agents they took 2-3 days to respond which is going to be too slow if your team is going to send a replacement phone I don't want. I just want my money back, no more refurb phones with faulty batteries please. Give me a phone number to call plz.

    @Bexstorr We're sorry to hear this, Rebecca. If your phone is asking for a SIM Network PIN then this means your phone is locked to the previous network you used. In this case, you'll need to get in touch with them or take it to a Mobile repair store near you. - giffgaff Tasbiya

    @giffgaff I can never seem to view my repayment schedule of my phone loan, when I click on the link it takes me back to the homepage. I’ve had this issue previously and it’s never seemed to be resolved?

    Bad experience with @giffgaff. 2''Like New'' iPhone refurbs & both had faulty batteries - Told their agents I want a refund but they're sending me a replacement I don't want. Can't fone them, can't leave a msg with the return team, agents take 2-3 days to reply...
