@actionspouser We would recommend removing the mobile number as our page is public Will, so we don't want him receiving any unwanted spam. If you can send us a DM, we may be able to help further. - giffgaff Jeanette

@EE Hi, looking to switch to you from @giffgaff. Do your PAYG SIM cards support Apple Watch with cellular data, visual voicemail, and eSIM? Or are these only on contract? Looking at the £10/month pack with 5GB data.

@RobertHol6 Hi Robert. We're so sorry to hear that you're having problems. The SIM can take up to 24 hours to fully activate once you activate this on your account. We would recommend restarting your phone periodically during this time as this usually helps. - giffgaff Emer.

The service on @giffgaff has been completely unusable for the past two weeks. Customer service has told me via DM the network runs slow for me because there's usage is high in my area. This is tinpot stuff! Taking mine and my 11 business partners contracts elsewhere tonight.

@Frankie__A We have just spoken with our phone team who have advised that we're unable to cancel the order. The only thing you can do, is return the phone when it arrives and request a refund. You will then need to re order in the correct colour. - giffgaff Tasbiya
