    We live in an age of miracle and wonder! You know that O2 mast @giffgaff said was working perfectly, despite my having no signal at home? Well, they've fixed it, and I have signal again!

    @giffgaff Day 3 and my elderly disabled mother's internet is still off, unresolved, and now that they realised its their fault it is back to ignoring me. WORST "CUSTOMER SERVICE" EVER!

    Plus side of being a @virginmedia customer is that when the home wifi drops and I'm forced onto my phone's 4G- which happens multiple times a day- I get to enjoy the speed & dependability of my @giffgaff mobile service. #GlassHalfFull
