    @giffgaff Iv just joined giffgaff thinking I wud save loads from my vodafone contract but iv found out your data 4g and 5g is so poor and slow it's unusable most times really regretting leaving vodafone

    @giffgaff been having connectivity problems for weeks. It shows I have full 4G but it’s as if I have data turned off. Restarting my phone or putting it in airplane mode and then taking it off again fixes it in that moment, but it keeps happening. Any suggestions?

    @giffgaff It's OK it's just my data is not working or when it dos its sooo slow I'll give giffgaff a few weeks to fix it and hopefully it will get better otherwise I'll have to join a different network it's important that my data always work kind regards

    @giffgaff I have just joined giffgaff why is your data 5g and 4g so slow its worse than dial up I will be going to a new network this is poor

    @LPaigee If you're unsure of the Apple ID password, we'd recommend reaching out to Apple to help you get logged in, or to remove the Apple account from the phone. No Apple phone can be returned to be repaired without this feature being removed we're afraid. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff users - is there any way of getting help from anyone who is not another user? So regret having set my mum up on this - she's been overcharged and no idea what to do. Deeply unimpressed. Advice?
