    @giffgaff Tried this. When tried to activate, your website says can only use the one you have sent. TWO weeks and still waiting. BAD service. You don’t care about people. Worst thing is that you’re a phone company with no phone customer service #giffgaff

    @giffgaff This is the escalation team!!! This is result of 7 days of waiting after it getting it escalated! PLEASE LOOK AT THE SITUATION FOR MORE THAN 10 secs before responding, just a perfect example of the state of your customer service...

    One thing I have learnt. Mobile contracts allow mobile operators to get away with bad customer service. I've been with @giffgaff and @VOXI_UK best providers out there. #saynotomobilecontracts

    @giffgaff Who is John ? Another badly treated person ? How many of us are there ? Is there a support group ? Banks etc don’t ask for account details. What other details can I give - ref no of my emails ? Need to see if should stay with you & will let you know tom’row

    @giffgaff Have ordered THIRD time today. Could get quicker from Amazon !! Very poor service that can’t get this earlier. Terrible that can’t phone a phone company. Disappointed. Work in NHS and need phone urgently , or will have to start cancelling home visits.
