@MartinSLewis I've been with @giffgaff for years. Never paid more than £10 per month, and they keep upping the data allowance. Great service and fair price. I'm going nowhere else 🤩

  • Witham69 Witham69 (@Witham69) reported

@VOXI_UK @giffgaff Yes I accept that, but why do you alter that particular phone setting during an update? You don't change any other settings on my phone when it restarts, just that one. It's a problem for people with secret or hidden phones in abusive relationships for example.

@giffgaff over 24 hours to block a stolen sim in an unlocked phone that was snatched. The sim is 2sv for so many important apps. I can't believe how slow this process is!!

  • Junebug_Minis Junebug Minis (@Junebug_Minis) reported

@Yorksims @giffgaff Today is the 30th day and I can't request a PAC because the form keeps redirecting me to the general "want to report a problem?" page. I genuinely don't know what to do and I can't reach anyone who can help me. They "aim to reply within 24h" but what if they don't?
