what’s a girl gotta do to get some service i’ve turned aeroplane mode on and off, as well as my phone, i’ve checked the local signal, i’ve tried to get it to connect to a different service and when it didn’t work go back and i’ve reset my network still nothing. help #giffgaff

@giffgaff so … I’ve been trying since Friday evening to reject your offer for my phone and have it returned to me. You originally offered £80 and changed that to £16. Website says agents will be in touch within 24 hours … I’ve been waiting over 50! Help please!

@giffgaff are there issues with services today as I’m really struggling to send texts, emails and go online , I even had to get my partner to pay one of my bill payment this morning as I couldn’t get on my banking ?? Not usually have any issues (apart from very rarely get 5G)
