@jpdfive @giffgaff I’ve jumped from several carriers and Vodafone here is okay. Mainly because you can “flex” your plan to save $$ (eg. Sacrifice unlimited minutes for more data) Also the only network that has decent 5G coverage in my city. + they have good offers rn like unlimited social data

  • MainlineShow Mainline Show (@MainlineShow) reported

@CBarrett1994 @giffgaff EE. Giffgaff etc are just resellers and have no control over network. Go with a company that owns the network for best access. I pay less than £30 / month for unlimited 4g

Well, @giffgaff support is honestly just a bunch of... O2 says strong 4G, 4G not working, they've sent out a replacement SIM (no joy), asked/given the same information three times and pointed me to the same community post twice. Think we're done.

@fecob Oh dear, that's not good. Have you tried your SIM in another phone to see if the issue persists? - giffgaff Tasbiya

@RobertsFamily12 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann 2/2

@giffgaff Thank you - the response to my messages by the team have been fine but the issue is still unresolved and I leave to go on holiday tomorrow.

  • ree_tweets_ Ree (@ree_tweets_) reported

Day four of no internet, TalkTalk don't know what the problem is and have just said wait for an engineer next week sometime (oh and they might charge us for that) and I don't even have good mobile data thanks to @giffgaff. I am horrendously bored.

  • CBarrett1994 C Barrett (@CBarrett1994) reported

Disappointing that @giffgaff have still not rectified network issues that they claimed, would be resolved by Friday. Have been unable to use my phone for over two weeks. Can anyone recommend a reliable network provider?
