    .@giffgaff You really have ruined my sons birthday by selling me an iPhone which had it's EMEI number blocked - ie stolen or had debts owing on it: No replacement after a week. Terrible after sales service. Hopeless company. I am sure it is illegal so sell a blocked phone.

    @giffgaff my signal has been atrocious around london. In town centres it has also been non existent! I have been with you for ten years and this is how you treat me 👀👎

    @giffgaff Hi I have Questions pls. I had number with giffgaff and I was away from the uk I was working outside the counter and now I’m back and my giffgff number or sim is not working and I don’t remember my password and I have ganged my email . So how can get my number back please

    @giffgaff I've tried contacting directly but the log in page is saying wrong password...new password set up gets sent to her email - which we can't access because sim not working 🙈🙈🙈

    @EE Is by far the best network out there for me. I’ve had the lot 3,o2,Tesco,giffgaff,Vodafone ect ect and nothing compares to the quality of connection and customer service that EE are giving me. One happy customer! May even treat myself to an iPad in a few months👌🙌👍

    @JebbleG That is correct, we don´t support Wi-Fi calling. We like to keep our members in the loop for any changes we are making, so if we do change the roaming we offer, we will announce it beforehand with plenty of notice. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff Nevermind. Your network diagnostics are wrong and that postcode is currently a blackspot for data as I first said. As soon as I left FY8 3FR, my data began flowing properly!
