    @Davidboatymcboa Oh dear, Linda. If your Mum is on the giffgaff network, and she is receiving calls from numbers she does not recognise, we would recommend blocking these on her phone, so they can't get in touch again - giffgaff Jade

    @giffgaff no network for last couple of days and local information says it’s down to replacement of phone mast and due to be out for another 5 days. Where is the communication? I hope you will be giving a refund for the service you are not currently providing?

    @giffgaff why was my data used during a FaceTime group call that I never accepted? I have run out of my monthly data because of this.

    3rd engineer claimed he DID came today in the property and was threatened by my dog . He actually reported me . I topped up £10 my other giffgaff number so to allow @WeAreOpenreach employee call me while you’re am on the phone with @bt_uk agent. Today s test show network fault

    @DevonportDreams o2/giffgaff is awful at home park! alot of people find it works ok on 3g as most are on 4g but i wouldnt recommend it. Plymouth is behind the times with 5g tech.

    @giffgaff - I have a weird issue. I have a notification I have a voicemail, yet when I went to check - there is no voicemail. Ideas?

    @callamia @giffgaff Do you have an iPhone and if so do you have wifi assist switched on (the default setting is on)? If so whenever you wifi signal drops or gets a bit weak your iPhone will use mobile data which you'll be charged for.

    @giffgaff still no service?! This is getting ridiculous now, if my sons school needed to contact me they wouldn’t be able to get through!
