    TWO weeks ago asked for new SIM card. Still waiting !! GiffGaff said can use any GiffGaff SIM bought from Tesco, Argos etc. Tried one but website says can only use one they have ,apparently, sent !! Rubbish customer service. Beware. BAD company #giffgaff

    @giffgaff Tried this. When tried to activate, your website says can only use the one you have sent. TWO weeks and still waiting. BAD service. You don’t care about people. Worst thing is that you’re a phone company with no phone customer service #giffgaff

    @giffgaff how do I report a fault? I'm only getting intermittent 3G coverage instead of the usual 4G and even 3G keeps dropping out in M20 #Didsbury #Manchester, but #GiffGaff website says there's no outage or problems.

    if you use a third party service, check who owns / partners them πŸ‘πŸΎ GiffGaff use 3’s network, Virgin use EE, Voxi use Vodafone etc

    No I actually need to change my service provider because @giffgaff is embarrassing me with the TRASH internet I get the moment I leave a WiFi zone.

    @giffgaff Hi, I am unable to access your network today. On checking my account it appears my goodybag payment hasn't been taken today even though ok the last 3 months. Can you investigate please?
