James McLaren (@manfrommaralea) reported@TonyMoretta @myPhilTaylor @VodafoneUK The answer's a dual-SIM phone. For some reason Google, MS, Yahoo et al won't recognise my JT number range for sign-ups - and JT won't recognise this is an issue. Thank goodness for my giffgaff SIM.

giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported@ClaireS72473185 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. β giffgaff Ann. 2/2
