.@giffgaff I bought an iphone and my data is not working as it should. I’ve reset my network settings and it’s still not working as it should be. Is there a customer service # I can contact? Waiting hours for a reply every time I send a message to resolve the issue isn’t ideal.

It honestly sucks that you can’t save voicemails in the UK. When I lived in America they saved liked voice messages in the voicemail tab on your phone and even had transcripts. Here you have to call a number and my provider (@giffgaff) deletes them after 30 days. So frustrating.

@giffgaff Please can you fix my dashboard? Your techs could do it in 5 minutes.

@giffgaff Trying to contact you about the non-arrival of a SIM I ordered but your help system refuses to get past the verification code entry screen. Tried all 3 browsers on desktop & mobile, get same result

@7771Jake Has your friend ever used a UK network SIM in the phone Jake? Did he report the phone to a network in the UK? We can only remove a blacklist, if it was giffgaff that applied the bar through the use of a giffgaff SIM. - giffgaff Jeanette

@7771Jake Hi Jake. If the phone has been blacklisted, you'll need to speak with your network provider that would have blacklisted the phone upon replacing your SIM. If you've went through your insurance company, they may be able to remove this. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • 7771Jake Jake-777 🙂 (@7771Jake) reported

@giffgaff and discovered it to be blacklisted. After some research it says that your network can remove it from the blacklist. I’ve contacted the seller on eBay who says it was most probably on GiffGaff at the time which is why I’m asking for your help.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is terrible. Vodafone have rubbish customer service. Anyone on long term contract when it comes to an end should think 'sim only' monthly commitment. You may need to stick with the service provider for signal strength so... VOXI = Vodafone. Giffgaff = O2, SMARTY = Three
