@giffgaff It's not one particular place in London, it's a good few areas. But I will tell you that Peckham (SE15) is definitely one of the worst for data. Even on full signal can't open a Web page.

@giffgaff The issue I have is that I need access to my emails- however the verification code is sent to my old phone/number (which I have lost). I also can’t request my giffgaff membername / reset my password because that is sent to my email - which I can’t access without my number 😩

@giffgaff We topped our sim up with a £15 goodybag on Wednesday and had no issues but as of yesterday I can’t call out or receive incoming calls and the same with text messages? The package is with free calls and texts so I’m not sure what’s going wrong?

@patblydegibson1 Warning from a random GiffGaff user, their service is shocking. The network coverage is poor and when you do have good coverage, the speeds are a disgrace. Giffgaff used to be good back in the 3g days but now they are terrible.
