  @giffgaff Would be great if you actually fixed the phone mast so I get a phone signal. A week and you’re charging me for the privilege of not having any service unless I go out for a walk to the next working mast area. Thank you giffgaff for ensuring I can’t call my family at home.

  @Sinbad2000 Hi Steven. Your would normally receive an email to let you know whenever the SIM is on it's way. All our SIM's would be sent using the postal service, not a courier. - giffgaff Emer.

  Ok so which U.K carrier do you think has the best network coverage. If you want to choose an MVNO then choose the carrier it piggybacks on, for example GiffGaff/ Tesco - O2. Or Voxi/lebara - Vodafone

  @MattEva64025022 A variety of ways. For example, EE primarily use it as a method of customer service, aiming to respond to customer queries as quick as possible. GiffGaff meanwhile create more jovial content, and like to chat about things like what toppings they like on their pancakes.

  @giffgaff Highly recommended. I got a refurbished iphone 6 for £69, arrived next day, looks good as new, good battery life, no problems whatsoever. Great value.
