@YeaboyitsGrace @giffgaff Hi Groice, if yours is fine and in the same house or area then it’s likely not giffgaff. If the sims fits swap the sim to see if it works in your phone and yours in hers. Sometimes that even refreshes the network settings to fix the issue. Try that.

@Alichat66 @Sensible_Party Yes, non smart phone minutes only and as its a 2G phone required most companies will offer a good signal everywhere but check to be sure. Tesco offer a good deal (O2 signal) a do GiffGaff (also O2)

@Kimbo69957778 @giffgaff Hi Kimbo, locked phones come up with ‘sim not supported or phone locked to a different network etc’. Is the sim you’ve got activated at all? Try the sim in another unlocked or locked to o2 phone to see if that works. Also see if u can try a sim from a df network in it to check.
