    .@VodafoneUK poor customer service. Trans 2 @giffgaff after years @Vodafone. PAC trans not completed properly, phone SIM locked, charged additional month. Have to reload software 4 phone to work. 30 mins into cust service call still no refund 4 cancelled service. #poorservice

    Mobile data on Giffgaff is also being incredibly slow. I've noticed this a few times now. I'll be going back to EE in a minute.
