    @woldsweather That's great Trevor. Unfortunately we are unable to confirm if that would work everytime. It is more than likely that her signal dropped due to location and the masts in the area. If she is to perform a manual roam, then this should help get her connected again - giffgaff Nicole

    @woldsweather (Part 1) We completely understand how frustrating this must be for you both, however, the issue, as explained previously is most likely due to the location and masts in the area. - giffgaff Tasbiya

    @kestermann Also, why would VM02 not prefer to create a sub-brand and use its own network to deliver the service? Isn't that what it did with giffgaff in mobile? Does VMO2 need TalkTalk's network or is this really about buying four million new customers? Love to hear your thoughts Kester.

    @TommiesGuides @Andy2Gd @giffgaff I’m on O2 for work and EE for my own. 9/10 times I have to use my own phone to do anything - O2 just has poor coverage. Not great for lone working as my employers do not know if I am safe or not! 🙄

    @giffgaff hello - zero roaming in a major city in Italy. I’ve topped up my account but still nothing… my friends can roam so this is a giffgaff issue

    @giffgaff Yes after I rang her and it worked. The emails came in signal h+ now 4G. So when it happens again which is every time we are away from home is phoning the number likely to fix it ?
