@JackpWild Hi there. As long as your phone is within warranty, and there is no physical/liquid damage to the phone, then your repair would be completed. If the engineers aren't able to repair the phone, then this would be replaced. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff Yeah I’ve done those steps over and over again but it still won’t connect to Wi-fi Extra. Is there support beyond that step by step guide?
