@RossGS1892 @giffgaff They told me to turn off my carrier settings that didn’t help either! Hopefully gets sorted soon not very good if there’s an emergency 🥴

@giffgaff I can't order the phone as it won't recognise I have a previous account and won't let me purchase it to a different address than my family home and are insisting on sending a code to my broken phone before I can go to the checkout. why such a faff?? its a phone!!!

@Monkyjamm Yeah it's a great budget network we have over here that runs off the back of the o2 network. I pay £6 a month and never run out of minute or texts. Plus giffgaff to giffgaff calls and texts are always free so me, Mini D and Mr D all use it.

@giffgaff mmm sounds a bit of a cop out. other companies you can register book your delivery and billing address and its not an issue

@giffgaff I'll save you the time, I've gone through these troubleshooting options a million times. Respecfully, your network is the problem. I've checked the coverage, I've swapped sims, I've even bought a new phone, and GiffGaff is the common denominator
