@giffgaff Hi. Have used your data service for about a month in my flat and it's been fine but now can't get any signal or at times even connect to the network. It's like the tower is not working.

Giffgaff network a dehumanising customer services. If you've a major issue you will never be able to talk to a human being to walk you through it. Cold & heartless robotic customer services can't even leave a number to ring you back, the dehumanising aspect, if not techy savvy.

@selinnotcelinee This would normally mean that your phone isn't reading the SIM so it would either be an issue with the SIM card, or phone. However, we can also check the account to ensure everything is as it should be. Have you been in touch with our agents through your account? - giffgaff Emer.

@tescomobile As I stated yesterday, my partner is on O2 and his friend is using GiffGaff. Both not experiencing any problems. I’m new to the city and also 40 miles away from where I used to live, so I don’t know anyone yet. I have to travel to near Four Oaks to be able to get signal.

@cymrawes Giffgaff. You can have a monthly rollover for a minimum £6 per month. Warning though, they keep their price low by having no tele helpline, but their online help is excellent. Or Tesco, monthly rollover, bit more expensive but there is a tele helpline.
