Hey @giffgaff. If @dhl say that my parcel has been "Delayed" and it's been like that for two days - have they lost it, broken it or sent it to Iceland by accident?

@giffgaff hi I was wondering if you can help. I have recently activated my giffgaff sim and I want to transfer my old number to this sim. It says transfer complete date of Monday. Does that mean if I put my giffgaff sim in I’ll be on the number you’ve provided me for the weekend?

@giffgaff neither of these things resolved the problem and I had another long outage tonight. is there anything else to be done, because otherwise I’ll have to leave the service because internet connectivity is what I really need it for 🙁

@giffgaff There has been an issue with the data connection in my area of Leeds since about 3pm yesterday. At times it is showing on my iphone as "No Service", while occasionally there is a 3G signal (normally it's 4G) and just one bar showing, no internet connection.

@MaximilianJans2 The mobile operators have never been obliged to provide European roaming indefinitely, even though many have. I know for example that Giffgaff have had a two month limit for at least the last three years.
