    @kestermann Also, why would VM02 not prefer to create a sub-brand and use its own network to deliver the service? Isn't that what it did with giffgaff in mobile? Does VMO2 need TalkTalk's network or is this really about buying four million new customers? Love to hear your thoughts Kester.

    @giffgaff I have reset, I have checked my apn thingy. I have already done the simple problem solves but theres still an issue connecting to the carrier.

    So, phone says it has full 4G but when I make a call it drops to 3G. Aside from the generally poor signal, this is irritating. @giffgaff @O2

    @AntonyCosta @VodafoneUK I just changed from Vodafone to Giffgaff. Shuda done it years ago. @Vodafone customer service is an absolute embarrassment. The app is terrible. The data charges are daylight robbery. I don't know how they still exist.
