@giffgaff Yes done all that multiple times. 2 different devices 2 different sim cards. Both have poor signal and data download of around 1Mbit and upload of 256kbit. A tenth of what it was a few days ago...

@ProudHeadTeach1 @giffgaff I think that's who I will prob go with. OH pays half what I do. Still good network coverage and enough data etc for what I need.

@ed_objective I’ve always been happy with @giffgaff Flexible so can change rate pay each month depending on how much you use. Most range up to £20 a month. Only paid 10 last month with my own phone. Rates seem to have come down over the years been with them. No long term contract.

@giffgaff DM's not working. Postcode PO108AQ the mast is actually on our property. Ive been connected to it for 2 years with 2 devices. one device just as a data connection the other a phone. both on 4G. over the last day or so neither device now uses the mast and almost 0 signal.

@giffgaff are terrible. Can’t reset password, can’t activate sim. Why is everything with your company so hard? Can’t get support because you can’t log in. Terrible terrible service.

@Yorksims @giffgaff Today is the 30th day and I can't request a PAC because the form keeps redirecting me to the general "want to report a problem?" page. I genuinely don't know what to do and I can't reach anyone who can help me. They "aim to reply within 24h" but what if they don't?

@Junebug_Minis @giffgaff 2/2 regulations changed on the 3rd of this month though and if your number was deactivated in the last 30 days you can recover it by requesting a PAC code from the giffgaff agents to move your number to another network. If over 30 days though you can't get it back unfortunately.

@adamRrrr Hi there Adam. For your phone to receive the emergency alert, you would need to be connected to a mast here in the UK. If you are abroad when the alert happens, you won't receive this. - giffgaff Dana
