When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it.     @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.
