    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Go Giffgaff monthly contract run off the o2 line. Customer service is an oxymoron with the big companies would sooner buy my own phone and go sim only...had the same problem with EE! Give them a look

    @giffgaff how come I have a payg sim from you guys for my son. I put money on it. Never used it and you are deducting money constantly!?

    @giffgaff I do this regularly and also restart phone. Nothing works. I can literally be reading a page and not moving and my connection dithers between 3G,4G and H+ I even get an empty triangle with zero service whilst sat still.

    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Giffgaff for phone and Aquiss for internet. These are companies that give a damn about you. Virgin Vodaphone BT Are all a-holes.

I've switched from O2 > GiffGaff > O2 including renewing contracts etc and not had to pay a penny to keep my number. The problem you might have is if they disconnect your old number. That might cause issues.
