@Shanelee18577 @giffgaff Hi Shane Always On means you never run out of data. You get a set amount of blazingly fast 4G and 5G data, then a reduced data speed of 384 kbps from 8am to midnight

🚨 Never buy a refurbished phone from @giffgaff they send you ducked phones then blame you for damaging it

@kapilguptaaa This must be a very concerning time for you Kapil. Please be assured if O2 have been notified, they will be able to get your number ported back onto their network as quick as possible. We'd recommend removing your number from this post as it's public. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff Your solution doesn’t help much as I have been having trouble for the past 2 months now.

@MeInSunderland @giffgaff Assuming A means like new, as they don’t have lettered grading system, then I suggest return it for a refund, of course. Ive brought like new and excellent condition before and never had issues but it can be hit or miss.

@giffgaff right so I’ve requested a new SIM card to activate and it’s saying my code is wrong and won’t let me log into my account!!!!! What’s going on can’t get hold of anyone to help either!!!

@1BenBaller @giffgaff It’s on its way back but why annoyed me was that @giffgaff didn’t seem to care. I was told to contact apple support. Erm no. If I buy a phone then I expect it to work
