    @giffgaff @bbuk You've let me down. Please give an email to complain. I CANNOT get into the app as the phone and sim are gone! None of your advisors are helping me!

    @giffgaff Yep ive done all of that, then got the ai bot, asked to speak to a human, and as I was typing out the issue it closed the chat and said you sont have anyone to speak to in person and I had to submit an email form that would be looked at in 24 hours

    @giffgaff Is that every day the mast is down or having issues because this seems to happen quite often 🤔

    @cyrilnotes @Fremond_ Go to an MVNO network. Essentially of them except Giffgaff have the same priority as regular customers on the main network. Voxi uses Vodafone and Three and is very cheap so I recommend that.

    @tescomobile how come some areas like manchester/st Peter square as an example. And also parts of Wythenshawe and flixton. I have signal but NO data. But others on giffgaff and o2 have no issue? Only tesco? (yet also uses the o2 network) I have to keep switch to a 2nd sim/network

    @Mattisamazing33 Just check that any of the virtual networks you use have a decent signal where you are, and/or allow WiFi calling. I originally went with giffgaff when I retired, who are great to deal with, but use the O2 network which only works in our back bedroom.
