@giffgaff Yes I have but not getting very far... The message said that there was "Quotable Damage Found" but the phone has not be dropped/damaged in any way. This is daylight robbery

  • Steph_Tiggs98 Steph 🌿 (@Steph_Tiggs98) reported

@giffgaff I’ve been trying to purchase a goodybag all morning and it’s not working - I need access to my phone for work! Any help please?

  • msglug 𝕘𝕝𝕦𝕘 🇪🇺🇬🇮 (@msglug) reported

@giffgaff I switched to a different network but choosing manually is a problem if you fly to another country that doesn't have the network you selected - it goes into spasm. Given that it's a persistent problem though, it isn't a troubleshooting issue. Does GiffGaff not have an agreement?

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@msglug We do have a roaming agreement with Luxembourg, meaning you should be able to use your giffgaff SIM card there. However, as you need to connect to another network while you are abroad, unfortunately we are not able to investigate these networks further - giffgaff Jade

  • msglug 𝕘𝕝𝕦𝕘 🇪🇺🇬🇮 (@msglug) reported

@giffgaff I'm in Luxembourg and their Post network that my phone often picks up blocks outgoing calls. Why is this? (it's not a one-off. I'm often here and it's a persistent problem with this network)

  • msglug 𝕘𝕝𝕦𝕘 🇪🇺🇬🇮 (@msglug) reported

@giffgaff The point is that the roaming agreement works with only *some* networks in Luxembourg but not Post. It definitely doesn't work with Post. Every time I come, maybe 8 times a year, I have the same issue. Something to pass on to someone who can query it

  • stuartbentley82 Stuart (@stuartbentley82) reported

@giffgaff I've reset the network as advised.... I'll see how it goes tomorrow
