SeánAshe (@HistoryAshe) reportedHi @giffgaff, I want to return to the network with my current number. Based on what I see on the website, do I have to buy a goody bag to activate the SIM before being able to move my number? If that is so, does the Goody bag then disappear once my number is transferred?

Laura (@lozzypopcorn) reported@giffgaff I’ve tried they’re not helping! I can’t get past the stupid diagnostic tool to complete a return. Whatever I click through either says my problem is solved (which it clearly isn’t), or that the phone needs to go for a chargeable repair (which I’m clearly not paying for)!!!!

catofstripes (@catofstripes) reported@giffgaff Help. We've paid for a goodybag and want to start it early using the button but the site insists we buy a new one. What do we do?

Whoever you want me to be 🤸🏾♀️ (@d_andre96) reported@SidecarSue12 @tescomobile @EE Giffgaff is the way to go! I'm moving my EE number to them pretty soon! Was with t mobile, t mobile/orange then ee over the years but the price increase and services decline just isn't worth it. My work number is already on giffgaff! (They run on O2's network)
