@giffgaff is confused and keep sending me messages that my phone is abroad in the EU. You have serious issues with EU in general in this country due mostly to bless ignorance but please stop harassing with wrong information. My phone has been camping in UK for weeks now

@tayIorsswift13x Oh dear, that's not good. Can you please drop us a DM with your full post code, so that we can check for any issues? - giffgaff Tasbiya

@giffgaff hi, network speeds really poor in central London this week, post code ec4m, anything going on?

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@amicillouk It may be worthwhile setting your phone connection to manual, so that it stays on the giffgaff network at all times, to see if this keeps occurring. If it does, reach out to our agents. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff you gotta stop sending me junk email. There’s no “unsubscribe” on your emails (legal violation). You invite recipients to “login to your account to manage emails” but I’m not a customer for a while now and can’t login. A pretty stupid way to design your system. Fix it?

  • Allan_Lunn A (@Allan_Lunn) reported

@giffgaff what would make me change my network would be the ability to use my full plan in Europe without cost. Rather than 20gb limit. I don't understand why a network isn't using this as a marketing tool. As most people travel maybe once or twice a Yr it wouldn't cost much

I been on giffgaff for a whole *** decade damn

  • tayIorsswift13x ` (@tayIorsswift13x) reported

@giffgaff My issue is resolved with the calling I turned my phone on and off but thank you Tasbiya.

  • Tiptonsaddler Adam (@Tiptonsaddler) reported

@1BenBaller @giffgaff Think I’ve solved the issue. Changed to a PAYG EE sim the last couple of days. Haven’t had a single call drop out, no ‘call failed’ and internet has been great. No point me giving postcodes etc as I deliver all over the country so the problem isn’t in a specific area.

@OllieBrkr @giffgaff Same issue down in London.
