@1BenBaller @giffgaff Done that, coverage and service is all good. Just the speeds I’m getting and the amount it drops out is shocking.

@giffgaff No help at all. Seriously how can you leave disabled people with no communication for a week, then try to fob them off further

Getting a LOT (Several a day) calls from Indian people claiming to be from Virgin Media. I'm blocking their numbers as fast as I can and they seem to have billions. I'm junking this number on Monday. Anyone recommend a network that isn't GiffGaff?

@scottjorton @O2 Well they can’t give my number back until it’s ported as it is gone from giffgaff. Then I can cancel and Port out. But dead until then

@1BenBaller @benno44775 @giffgaff Thank you Ben, if only GiffGaff customer service were as helpful, as knowing that would have very quickly resolved the issue. It is day 3 of trying now though, and with only one day until the auto-renewal I don't see much point.

@benno44775 @giffgaff I know - but there's something wrong with their system and it won't accept payment! I was hoping there would be an alternative way of paying, such as over the phone...but apparently, they have no such contingency plan should their online method fail leaving customers with no data
