    @giffgaff My second sim isn’t working and it won’t let me access my account, it doesn’t help that you’ve to wait 24hrs for a response either since I’m traveling

    @giffgaff Raised ticket with Agent Juline, but refund was refused under Section 5.3 after PAC port-out. Loop won't fix this. Please escalate to a Formal Complaint for my credit refund, or send a Deadlock Letter so I can take it to Ombudsman.

    @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.

    @madcow42 @dbcxptures I’ve seen a few say about price, idk about that I just do like £15 a month payg and it does me. But yea I think giffgaff runs on o2, that’s who I was with and yea same absolute ziggy ****.

    @giffgaff Just got robbed by Giff Gaff, my monthly data plan ran out on Sunday, I topped up with £10 and on Tuesday I got a text sayoing my data plan had run out? how can this be? Not good enough that a mobile company have no phone lines to discuss...5 Days to resolve issues!

    I'm so disappointed about giffgaff suspended my SIM card. As a Chinese, I consistently feel discriminated by the rest of the world. I'm trying to exodus to a normal country to be treated like an ordinary earth human being. I just need some basic AI service natively as they are.
