    @ThreeUK My husband and I had to spend out on giffgaff and Skype as we needed to talk to and be called back by a doctor today but had zero coverage! Our signal is still not back. Really annoying timing that our phones are basically out of action!

    @giffgaff I have been having issues logging in to my giffgaff account this morning. First I thought this was just an issue with the app, but the same issue occurred when trying to log in through the Internet site. I need to access my account so please help me resolve this ASAP

    @giffgaff my 4g has been pretty poor all day and the signal seems to be bad as im only on 1 bar. Not even getting 4g the majority of the time I’m stuck on 3G. Anyway you can help?

    @giffgaff it’s not working the chat will not load and an error message appears saying “it’s not you it’s us” which is what happened when I bought the phone
