    @giffgaff Hello there, I ran out of data but done a top up of ยฃ10 for 12gb etc but I never got the data or can I not get this until the expiry date as I need data for my phone that I use for work etc

    Been having issues with my new giffgaff sim this week only for them to tell me it's not working bc the activation code they sent me activated a sim I don't have and not the one they sent me. Super helpful

    @izabela_musial @StokeyUpdates I switched FROM Giffgaff to EE ("UK's best network" ๐Ÿ™„) and feel like a right chump. Although at least right now my bills are free and I'll be able to exit contract if it doesn't improve.

    Why would you send a phone that's reported as lost/stolen to a customer??? @giffgaff she bought it brand new! and then you have no telephone agents so my sister cannot contact a human being to resolve this? You've also made her wait over 24 for a response. This is ridiculous
