    @giffgaff is a rubbish network don't use it automated does not mean ultimate data you get 80 GB and then they don't give you anything after that you have to wait

    Bought a refurbished phone from you @giffgaff in June for £139. It hasn’t been dropped or damaged but there’s no sound now when making & receiving calls and it’s shaky when filming. Repairs will cost £260 and this isn’t covered by my warranty. Really unhappy with this service

    @giffgaff is there a problem with your network? Calls haven't been getting through/going straight to voicemail, very patchy coverage.
