@giffgaff totally let down by giffgaff and red tape. Beginning of June you were prepared to help me….now you won’t even help with the account in my name. I understand there is data protection but short of a dna swab I’ve given you all the information you asked for ! 😡

@Mandoline_Blue @GTTO__ Try GiffGaff for sim- no contract, move tariff up or down each month. My 2 phones cost £10 and £6 pm. Avoid Vodafone like the plague.

@Teddybreath Everyone I know has moved to Giffgaff (which runs on the O2 network anyway). The only downside I've doing with them is that they don't have the capability for WiFi calling. But then everyone uses video chat apps anyway, don't they?

@giffgaff Nicole, your agent is just saying” you are entitled to nothing” I repeat, I have paid for a service, no service is not a service. I want to tell everyone what Giffgaff’s approach is to a customer who has paid for a service but is getting “ no service “ and that is NOTHING”

@giffgaff Nicole, your agent advised me of what I have said above. I have paid giffgaff for 2 month service, giffgaff can’t provide that service but will not compensate me for “ no service”

@Mandoline_Blue On Giffgaff 12 pay as you go reoccurring Giffgaff bag. Pay for my own phone no more than 300. It is 02 network and cheaper than any deal I know.

@Mandoline_Blue I'm with giffgaff - very cheap on o2 network, which is patchy. And bad in Moseley. Very cheap, however, I have unlimited calls and texts, 80 gig data which replaces broadband al for 20 quid a month.

@BobPrydderch @giffgaff Unfortunately no company offers 100% service, even your own bank or broadband company. When it comes to telecommunications it can never be 100% guaranteed but to mast issues, limiting network speeds at congested times etc

@benno44775 @giffgaff That is a load of crap. Law states you are entitled to a quality of service, no service is not a quality of service, it is what it says, no service. 0% service is no service. If you buy a product and the vendor says “ we have got no product” is that a service? Period!
