    @giffgaff yet again no signal at all in TN12 6 postcode. No warning. Impossible to do anything that requires a mobile passcode. Absolutely ridiculous as lost signal for several days last month too.

    @giffgaff if I buy a sim only phone from you but the giff gaff sim card comes with it. Can I cancel the sim card and just pay for the device still or when I cancel the sim card do I cancel the phone contract also?

    @MoneySavingExp Nope. I was on contract with Vodafone who messed pur bills up every month. Switched to giffgaff 11 years ago and will never change

    @benno44775 @giffgaff I haven't started the swap yet because the SIM shows no service, still showing no service and I think I've wasted a quid trying to do this.

    @Millieleosmum @giffgaff A problem occurred with the last version of the app that caused the credit and goodybags to disappear,if you update your version or uninstall and install the latest one it'll cure itself.
