    @giffgaff @MalcBo_1 The only good thing about Giffgaff is the goody bags & the Giffgaff to Giffgaff calls/text when you have signal, the signal is crap no matter where you go. My whole house and garden is a black spot.

    it's like they noticed how stressful my life has been this month and just decided arbitrarily to make it even worse for me. i'm moving to giffgaff lol **** this

    @thestrayferret Which mast is out? The @O2 signal is pretty rubbish where we are but I do like @giffgaff as a provider 😕

    @EliseRCook @ThreeUK If the coverage is good where you live, hubs & I have been very happy with Giffgaff for many years. They piggyback the O2 network. We do contract free, own our phones, and can decide month on month what tariff we want that month. Only thing is no real customer service.

    @giffgaff no signal on my phone for more than a week now. Really need a solution as I am missing calls from my dentist and the bank! 210914-001341

    Oh come on, @giffgaff - the internet has been patchy/practically non-existent for over a week, as have calls. Calls go straight to voicemail, without my handset ringing. And you can't even say when it will be fixed! It's appalling service...

    @giffgaff I love the customer service and functionality of the apps and credit etc but I don’t know if I would burden people with the poor network coverage.
