  @7armer @lateantique @Gio45ive Mobile Virtual Network Operator. A network with no (or almost no) physical infrastructure that piggybacks off of another network. Giffgaff and Sky Mobile are on the O2 network. VOXI and Lebara are on the Vodafone network.

  Dear Ofcom Complaints Team, ​I activated and topped up my account on 13 July. Although I have not been using the service outside the UK for an extended period, giffgaff used an undisclosed restriction to disconnect my service and refused my refund.@giffgaff @Ofcom

  @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.

  To be honest, since covid no self respecting person in London has used O2, or the other cheap one. We all use EE or GiffGaff, signal still **** but wayyy better 👌🏿

  @Arsemicke @dbcxptures Can only speak for myself mate and it’s a drastic difference. In the midlands and I haven’t had any issues since switching from giffgaff.
