    @giffgaff because I'd heard really good things about Giffgaff, it was cheaper and much more user friendly than my previous network.

    @Vsouvatzoglou How strange William, there doesn't appear to be any issues on our end. Can you please clear your cache, cookies and history and try again. Perhaps even another web browser to see if that helps - giffgaff Nicole
