@_Leena_xo Giffgaff is good but their data figures didn't add up after I changed monthly plan. Voxi is good aswell unlimited data on social media as long as you have data. Bars/signal good for both from my experience.

@giffgaff GUYS As a regular customer I want to buy from you, not Amazon but your refurbished Iphone X is £529 compared to theirs at £379. Even with your Black Friday "deal" that's a no-brainer.

@Mykiel_B @giffgaff Thanks for replying. I cancelled it the week before last and the app said that it was all done and I had nothing more to do. It’s just disappointing that you follow the steps on the app and they still don’t manage to get the it right. Very poor service.

@psychcomm @VodafoneUK With no warning? That's outrageous. What if there was an emergency. Ps. I've got an online sim only contract with o2 for a tenner a month. Or payg giffgaff might do you.

@Mich1971C Mich your Speedtest is GiffGaff 3G not broadband or fibre broadband. Is this what your smart TV is connecting to? It's not a good speed. You may suffer lag & freeze. Do you not have land based broadband in the house. Check the TV menus network settings what you're connected to.
