@giffgaff When I click to talk to an agent it tells me to click things then says to try topping up my account. I shouldn’t need to, you told me I didn’t now you’re telling me I’ve broken some guideline?

@giffgaff 90% of every other service doesn’t require sign in though. And I’ve ignored it 2 dozen times, that should be enough to infer I don’t care about it?

@giffgaff I seriously hate this two factor crap. It's a shed load of hassle to get my old folks to tell me what the code is whenever I have look to see if I need to top them up. You must make two factor optional. Or we go. Your choice. And no, they can't cope with smartphones.

@giffgaff As a brand who claims to be clear and simple, didn’t really do it this time. Your expectation is for me to wonder round New York at midnight, looking for Wi-Fi? Bonkers. Il be switching mobile providers when I get home. F***king awful

I joined Giff Gaff in 2012. Never once had a problem, never once paid more than £12 a month. Credit where it's due. @giffgaff are faultless. Can't say that about many service providers. Here's to the next 10 years.
