@giffgaff It’s just the bank, I double checked I didn’t have their number blocked and spent half an hour on the phone to their online team to make sure the problem wasn’t at their end. Also your name is really cool 💛

  • rustytiara jade (@rustytiara) reported

@loneIycowboy Understandable. It’s the second half of GiffGaff, the mobile network that I am on. For just £10 a month, I can get unlimited calls, texts and 12gb of data. For more information, DM me! - Sue

  • JasonPtrDavies Jason Davies #BlackLivesMatter (@JasonPtrDavies) reported

@TheMedievalDrK @menysnoweballes If you can get someone to order a giffgaff sim they have good data rates and you could use your phone or tablet (?) to get 4g. Check O2 coverage as that’s the network they use. It’s monthly and can be paid by PayPal iirc (def by credit card).

  • Kessell1983 Rob Kessell (@Kessell1983) reported from Inverness, Scotland

@giffgaff your customer service site is aweful please follow as I need some actually help via dm or a phone call PLEASE.

  • Glasgow_Stuff Glasgow (@Glasgow_Stuff) reported

@debbiejallan @giffgaff They have very bad customer service. They force everyone to register before they can top up

  • fluoresenz 🎹 Franz Schubert (@fluoresenz) reported

Mobile broadband has now become the cheapest way to get online in the UK (though not yet in some countries, eg Germany). If your ISP is messing you about or speeds are too slow, go for early termination & go on mobile broadband. Smarty is Three and GiffGaff is O2, for example.

  • BillyWhufcCoyi2 BillyWhufc (@BillyWhufcCoyi2) reported

@giffgaff why is the service network so **** these days ? Not sure about 5G I’m lucky if I get 3G most of the bloody time 🤬🤬🤬

  • billcotton3 bill cotton (@billcotton3) reported

@giffgaff We need to contact you with regards to a series of offensive calls from members of your network that we would like to complain about. There is no obvious way to do this. We are blocking their calls but we wish to ensure that no one else receives such repulsive calls.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@SephBentos Hi there. We're really sorry to hear about this. Are you having problems receiving any other texts, or is it just texts from your bank? - giffgaff Emer.

  • OldGrumpyPerson Michael Doran (@OldGrumpyPerson) reported
