    @giffgaff good morning, I bought a phone from giffgaff last April & I believe its still in warranty. I am unable to get signal despite following all the steps including a new sim card & still no signal. I can only assume its the handset. Will a cracked screen affect the warranty?

    @Evilmonkeyfart Brother imagine you pull out your phone to send her a photo or something and your internet doesnt work, then she sees giffgaff ontop of it. Omfg she would leave insta.

    @giffgaff So no customer service and because I tried to simply get a SIM card delivered GiffGaff have offered a refund . Why don’t you just say piss off we don’t want you as a customer?
