@SephBentos As it's just the bank that you're unable to receive texts from, you would need to be report the issue to the bank, so they can initiate an investigation on their end as we're not able to block the text from coming through to you. Also, thank you so much. - giffgaff Emer.

@SephBentos Unfortunately there wouldn't be a signal diagnostic we can do for that. Sometimes banks texts and calls don't come through, as they don't recognise us as a virtual network, so they would need to change this on their end so you're able to receive this from them. - giffgaff Emer.

Wow, thanks @giffgaff - you emailed saying my phone repair is out of warranty - no details given - & quoted £246 to repair it. Adding insult to injury, saying I'll be charged £15 to send it back unrepaired. Phone cost me £199 and I've only had it a couple of months! So bad.😡

@ZainB_121 Hi Zain. We can confirm that this wasn't sent to you by giffgaff. We recommend that you delete the text and don't follow the link. We’re doing everything we can to stop this from happening, and have been shutting down these sites as quickly as they crop up. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff Those are the steps I am following and at the end of the diagnostic it says "your issue has been resolved" and will not let me process the return

@LloydsBank Ok, I tried to circumvent the issue by logging on via a desktop computer and adding my parent’s landline as an alternative number but this time it said it would text me rather than call me. The text never came through. Giffgaff can’t block texts, so it’s definitely a Lloyds fault
