    @giffgaff I've heard back, but have had to re-explain myself, having not been understood, and am now facing another 24 hour wait. It should not be a complex problem. Not happy.

    Just got iPhone from you @giffgaff and having problems with it cannot remember PWD and its just asked me for my card details for verification is this normal? Never had this problem before

    @giffgaff Been there done that a dozen times, same outcome, you say reset phone settings and that there’s not an issue in our area ( but there obviously is) everywhere else but our town it’s fine.

    @Erasmo2058 We're not aware of any problems with the app Erasmo. Are you or your wife able to log in using a browser? Please try logging in on the app using data rather than Wi-Fi if it's available. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff Have been left hanging by customer service. It's something that I need an actual agent's help with, and the three who've responded to my requests for assistance via the app have disappeared. How can I progress this? I am on the point of asking for a refund.
