    @giffgaff After 6 years with you guys, that is how you are treating me Change my address and in the new one your signal doesn’t work, I have 2 newborn babies at home and I can’t stay without signal And now if I cancel I will have to pay?really? This is how you treat a 6 years costumer?

    @giffgaff Since you dismiss a potential CUSTOMER as not worth replying to, with a copy pasted 'go to website' 'response' it is clear that my custom would not be welcome.

    @jnoley @O2 Do what I did when they out it up I terminated the contract and moved to @giffgaff same network cheaper price and if you're still paying for your handset that continues no need to change the way you pay for that

    @KyleTSpence @MartinSLewis @O2 Their prices are horrible though, and their Giffgaff MVNO has worse speeds than proper O2 unlike ID Mobile/Voxi which are just as fast as Three/Vodafone.

    @helenvecht @rogermerriman Three seem to have cocked up by lots of people on their network not getting it. I've seen QTs suggesting other networks repeatedly broadcast the alert (as per spec) and Three didn't... I was on GiffGaff and Three, dual sims, so could have been either which got it.

    @MartinSLewis I’m with GiffGaff who use the O2 network, and I didn’t receive the emergency alert. I have an iPhone 7, currently running iOS 15.7.3, and I have the extreme and severe emergency alerts switched on in my settings/notifications.

    Well, for some reason my phone didn't go off yesterday - and the signal was down to H+ instead of the usual 4G... was this a @giffgaff or @O2 problem in Thanet?
