Emily Rose (@EKimmis) reported@giffgaff I don’t even get an error message, once I’ve added all my info and try to get to the next page it just doesn’t move 😩 the main issue is the battery it states it needs replacing but there’s not an option for battery that I could find. Is there another way to organise a return?
