a joke that @ThreeUK can’t piggyback a 2G network for emergency situations or something. meanwhile, a @giffgaff sim i have in a spare phone still works quite well for emergencies. maybe i should switch networks full time. 🤔

  • quarterlent Pietro (@quarterlent) reported

@giffgaff Thanks for your response, however have tried all the items suggested ie I have no problem in texting other numbers , goody bag is up to date, turned the phone on and off , have manually reset to 02 uk but all to no avail. Could there be a problem with UK Power number ?

@SidecarSue12 @tescomobile @EE Giffgaff is the way to go! I'm moving my EE number to them pretty soon! Was with t mobile, t mobile/orange then ee over the years but the price increase and services decline just isn't worth it. My work number is already on giffgaff! (They run on O2's network)

@giffgaff Having issues logging in and seeing the summary page. Additionally due to the error seems like an order went through twice. Please help

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@quarterlent If the issue you're having is only with this number, it may be a chargeable number and you would need airtime credit on your account to contact them. We would recommend looking up a freephone number for the company, and contact them that way - giffgaff Jade
