@giffgaff After 6 years with you guys, that is how you are treating me Change my address and in the new one your signal doesn’t work, I have 2 newborn babies at home and I can’t stay without signal And now if I cancel I will have to pay?really? This is how you treat a 6 years costumer?

@northolt3103 @EE Had to go to Vodafone 4g network. EE 5G no signall just about eeverywhere. Giffgaff / 02 same. Back to an old network and it works again, faster, good signall mist places

@EE lol. Really? Twice you bricked my phone when overseas even though I bought roaming because you didn’t like my legacy contract. A GiffGaff SIM worked fine and the speed and lack of hassle with which you refunded the roaming charges was v suspicious. I would never trust you again.

@EE poor service again. Just switched mobiles over -4 of them. And within a month prices increase 20%. And this is despite issues moving them and broadband to EE. Several apologies and some money back due to false information and being misled. Then increase! Come back Giffgaff

@O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.

@giffgaff not being funny. Every morning for 3 days now when i leave my house. My sim shits itself to no signal / E. It takes multiple on off date for it to refind my 4g. Yet i used to be able to have 4g when in my house when my wifi went down. Now its nothing. Whats going on?
