@sudamericanas That's odd. Try logging in with your mobile number instead. If the issue persists, try a different browser and device to get logged in. - giffgaff Jeanette

@chireg69 @EE My network #Giffgaff hasn't increased prices in YEARS!!! When other networks put up prices they put up package sizes. Currently I'm getting Unlimited voice and text + 15gb a month for £10. If your customer wants to swap reply to this tweet & I'll get them£5 extra on first top up

@BeckettyBeck @VodafoneUK @giffgaff Speed goes from 5mbps to 50mbps...either every few minutes, or it stays at 5mbps for half an hour at a time...it's the most FRUSTRATING thing rn, as I live my whole life, and SURVIVE using the internet...seems like whenever I try to do something important, the damn thing goes!

@giffgaff Hi, are giffgaff phones unlocked as standard, so they can be used with any service provider?

Hello @giffgaff - is there anywhere I can leave a compliment about one of your agents? During a rather fraught repair (the repairers were the problem), your agent was always polite and helpful and I thought that should be acknowledged. Can't find a way of doing it, though.

@giffgaff signal very poor recently (Bude area) on both our phones - seems to date back to the storms last month. Please advise.
