    @firetext_uk Hi there. I’m trying to unsubscribe from marketing texts (code HBSTOP) using your 82228 number but texts to it don’t get delivered (using iPhone on GiffGaff). Is there currently a problem with the number?

    @giffgaff Do yo have any contact number for your customer?!! I have got a new phone that requires micro sim, I have received a sim card to replace it with the old one but there is no option for sim swap! I raised this issues through your website with ask an agent but not helpful at all !!!

    @giffgaff I'm able to log in without an issue. Anytime I'm near my city center the network completely stops working—that's the main problem.

    @Willhide I do this and have never used more than 3.5GB a month - normally 2.5GB. I'm with @giffgaff and it only costs a tenner. Bargain!

    @giffgaff I have important problems i top up giffgaff account for 25pound and i top up successfully and i whas have Internet acces now i don't have because of wireless computer network produced by Microsoft who accept that they do already 4times in this phone on 3three operator.
