    @giffgaff taking money from my bank account for a phone contract that doesn’t exist. They tell me they can’t cancel it cos they don’t have phone number details, but that’s the point it doesn’t exist!! Stuck in the worst kind of customer service stupidity. Sort it out!

    @giffgaff 🤬 !!! GiffGaff's login page is not working again!! We are in a different country and my wife is seriously ill in hospital; Need to call the travel insurance but my GiffGaff credit is gone down to nothing...

    @giffgaff Do you know what forget I even asked I'm going into town to get a SIM from a phone shop. At least if it goes wrong there are people to help. You lot are useless you don't need my money anymore. You owe me but I doubt very much I will get anything back

    @Seanr712 @giffgaff Get down to Lewisham and switch to Vodafone, life too short to be dealing with gift gaff.

    @Seanr712 @giffgaff I tried them, it was a couple of years back and whilst OK at the start I ended up with some issue that seemed to take forever to resolve - think it a similar issue to yrs, data bag thing. Gave up in the end and went PAYG with Vodafone, no issues whatsoever.
