    @giffgaff @_lagspike Did you ever resolve this issue? I'm getting almost exactly the same; on a Google Pixel (6 Pro) on 3, my son is on Giffgaff and I get "Invalid Number" whenever I try and call. Deleted and re-entered the number, no joy. Can send messages and WhatsApp etc. It's very weird.

    @giffgaff "As a customer once of the Big 4 I found everything about them such a chore Then I moved to GiffGaff and their incredible staff Who I hope get paid more and more!"

    @giffgaff Hey GiffGaff, I have 3 of your data SIMs and finding them virtually unusable due to appalling network coverage. One bar if lucky, and much of the day with zero data access. 02 network status showing problem with a mast but this has not changed for weeks. Suggestions?

    @Yorksims @GiftyAkuamoah1 @giffgaff So I keep my old sim in my phone, until it loses service which will be on Monday?

  • artina29 Arti (@artina29) reported

    @zombiestyled @giffgaff The problem is when there's an issue which isn't always but let's face it, does happen from time to time, I am then waiting until the next day for a reply which isn't very helpful.

    @sambrooke @giffgaff I didn't I'm afraid. I don't think it's anything to do with GiffGaff ~ probably a problem with my carrier (3).

  • sammy56373846 sammy (@sammy56373846) reported

    @Yorksims @GiftyAkuamoah1 @giffgaff Thanks for the reply. So will I have service with my old provider to use whilst the transfer is taking place? In other words I can still use my Vodafone sim, until Monday 9pm?

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

    @sammy56373846 @GiftyAkuamoah1 @giffgaff Yes,once your old sim loses signal,insert your new one and restart your phone every 10 minutes or so until you have network coverage. Yes again,all transfer requests submitted before 5pm on Friday are carried out on Monday.
