    @granth1974 @giffgaff Yes it is,giffgaff don't support VoLTE (HD voice calls via 4G) so your phone has to drop to 2G or 3G in order for you to make or receive calls.

    @ARubbishBot I've bought all 3 of my kids a refurbished, I've always found Giffgaff to do great refurbs, never had an issue #1 is 17, #2 is 13, #3 is 12

    @RobbieKnox @giffgaff I’ve always been with Vodafone. Never had any problems and I can use calls and texts as normal plus 25GB most places abroad.

    @giffgaff worst network ever, no trained agents, no help what so ever, unable to deal with complaints, my phone number what cancelled all effort to get the number working proved abortive and plan wasn't refunded, please stay clear

    Of course this is a minor problem and I’m lucky to be on hols, but lots of @giffgaff users will be relying on data when in EU and families holidaying using streaming services for kids entertainment or for directions. And it’s wrong of @giffgaff to say ‘just like at home.’
