@giffgaff customer service is the worst experience ever. Several emails over a period of four hours with no desire to actually help you, finishing with if you raise this through your giffgaff account then we don’t ask these questions…when that is what I did in the first place!

@giffgaff After looking at this, I would have set it all up in my name as the account holder as I was paying, would this make it easier for me to cancel the account?

@pieandbeans @coolmongreldog @the_evilcoin I mean.... It's nice, kinda, in a very peculiar way? But if I'm Giffgaff I wouldn't want this random guy doing tech support.

  • hgngry1 kate (@hgngry1) reported

@giffgaff can you please help, I’ve recently bought a sim, had to top it up. I’ve restarted it, the phone is unlocked affording is to Vodaphone. Is there anyway that we can get a refund or can I move the credit to my giffgaff as we are not going to be able to use it?

@musichqhull This would suggest it is your mast that is causing your issues Darren. The engineers will be working as best they can to resolve this, but there is no set date/time for this to be fixed. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing you. - giffgaff Jeanette
