@lastnotlost @giffgaff Giff Gaff runs on @O2, so the underlying issue is O2's crap service. I'll need to jump to either EE or Vodafone. I don't like either, but am forced to do this

@PhoenixHeat96 We're sorry this is occurring. Are you able to send us through your full postcode in a DM and we'll see if there is an issue going on to cause this. - giffgaff Jeanette

@66hayles @giffgaff It will pretty much be a case of going with the least-crap service, and that absolutely rules out Giff Gaff

@WilliamNB @giffgaff I’ve been happy with ID Mobile which uses the Three network.

@KarlOnSea @giffgaff Yes, they do, but they can't simply shrug their shoulders and pretend it's just an O2 problem.

@JonMathias8 @giffgaff No, I usually don't have an issue with O2's service on Dartmoor, with the understanding that there are parts of Dartmoor when there's no signal from any network

@huddlestone_v @WilliamNB @giffgaff I am using giffgaff for same reason I personally found EE awful and as much as I am not a huge fan of Vodafone customer service I would say they probably most reliable service and coverage but you do pay a premium for it.

Time to move away from @giffgaff as their service is just too poor. At home signal dips in and out at random. In Plymouth, in several places my phone shows connectivity, but I have none

@O2 @Joegreaney Hi I'd just like to add that this is a problem for everyone on 02 and giffgaff in that area and it's because a mast in hither green has been down for 2 years and these crooks hate you enough to ignore it.

@WilliamNB @AusterfieldM @O2 Never forget that as a MVNO, GiffGaff did not have priority access to their signal. For quality (but not price) you’re always better off with the real operator. And if you depend on it to work, mobile (& broadband) is not the best place to save money :-(
