    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    @ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it. Can you send us a DM, we can advise on where best to get support - giffgaff Hannah

    @BladeoftheS Really people need to shop around and use mobile networks like giffgaff who use the 02 network 100GB unlimited calls and texts for £20 Which is half the price as 02 for the same deal

    @giffgaff Reference no 260617-000644. Dont tell me to activate my sim on a no reply e mail when I haven’t received one. If not sorted soon I will cancel.

    @giffgaff Never have I seen such an appalling system I wasted many hours the question was ,my SIM card hasn’t arrived ?you could not, would not and did not reply or deal with it , I have now cancelled .

    @giffgaff Are there mast problems at TA20 3SZ??? Constantly getting Emergency calls only or E or trying to connect to 5g which we haven't even got. No reliability at all and 2 of us are in giffgaff Daughter is trying to run a business and it's hopeless.

    @Officially_Kriz Bro these people are just capping. I pay £15 on giffgaff every month for unlimited data and I have 3 phones and 2 laptops. Never have I ever had ti manage data or do anything.
