@englishgirlm8 I pay £10 with giffgaff 15gb data and unlimited calls and text 👍 they are on the same network as o2 so get the same coverage. Have a good day

@littlesthomebrw Hmm that's slightly disturbing - Sky Mobile (which I'm assuming you're on from the Passport Plus name) uses the O2 network, which isn't charging roaming fees (and nor are GiffGaff who also use O2) so this is just profiteering on Sky's part.

Hello @giffgaff A friend who is on a rival network (but one which also uses O2 infrastructure) has had EU roaming charges implemented. Can you confirm that you are going to continue not charging for EU+Norway roaming - at least until July?

Thankfully it’s only been 6 hours since @giffgaff went down, seems to be stabilising so I’ll hopefully be able to make a call within an hour or so

@giffgaff been with you since February and ive got to say what an absolute **** show its been ive never had more than 2 bars signal i tried in vain to get this sorted but were now in may and its still the same. Your app is shocking, customer services are even worse

@EDI_SarahMQ @giffgaff That's a shame because blocking the phone only bars it from connecting to the network but all of your child's data will still be on it so fingers crossed whoever finds it can't get past your child's pin code and so can't get into the phone.
