    Been with @giffgaff for almost 10 years & been very happy with the service I’ve received. Unfortunately I’m looking at purchasing an Iwatch with cellular as this would be ideal when I’m out running. Does giffgaff have any intention on supplying eSIM facilities for its customers?

    hi @giffgaff why do you slow down your data speeds to almost nothing once you pass 80GB? i need to hotspot my laptop for uni work but even loading a page on my phone takes ages ??

    Work phone is an iPhone 5 on giffgaff. I've recorded an answer phone message but somehow it never goes to answer phone, just rings for ages. Any ideas????

    @giffgaff Which network do you use? Because if it’s O2 there’s no O2 reception where I live.

    @hsw @DavidDavisMP I'm thinking of changing. I use Giffgaff but the 4G speed is throttled. I'd heard Smarty is supposed to be good but need to test reception for Three network.

    @ddphotograph @giffgaff If he never activates the giffgaff sim that comes with the phone he won't get any further charges from them it'll just be a one off payment but if you're not already a giffgaff member there's no way to avoid having to buy a goodybag with the phone unfortunately.

    @giffgaff I have never found the cellular data settings to use on my iPad Pro. No combination works. Should it? What settings do I need please?
