    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    @giffgaff iv been with you lot for 8 years no problem at all signal great 4g/5g great, realised I don't actually use unlimited so I lowed it, now it barley works it's a joke

    ugh! how did we all collectively as a society accepted companies in general becoming shittier and shittier while increasing prices? Trying to contact @giffgaff... no phone number, no agents .. Have to wait 24 hrs for a pos reply or "ask the community". WTF AM I PAYING FOR THEN?

    @giffgaff URGENT FRAUD – My giffgaff SIM appears to have been fraudulently transferred to another device today. My phone suddenly lost service and I can no longer log into my account. Please immediately suspend the SIM and lock the account to prevent misuse. ***417

    @EE @JordanRichmond Tbf EE has gone so far down the pan even considering leaving them myself giffgaff is so much cheeper and you deal with less rubbish as well
