    @giffgaff Urgent unresolved SIM swap/account takeover issue on my Giffgaff account. I have now lost access to my mobile service twice within 36 hours despite repeatedly reporting the compromise and linked banking/finance fraud. No response from you and requires urgent escalation

    @EE @bazsharp I went to giffgaff because of EE's terrible Indian customer service. Constantly ****** everything up.

    @O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

    @giffgaff I am still paying off my refurbished IPhone 14 and the camera is no longer working, have tried lots of different things, apparently it’s a known issue and when I run the serial number through Apple website, they said it has previously been sorted for this

    @giffgaff Perhaps you could tell me the category, sub category, and sub sub category that is closest to my issue. That might be 'helpful'. Something which customer support is supposed to be. Be better.

    10 p/m on a phone (probably just the sim only) is possible maybe only on giffgaff cause every other network even three (best network btw) is at least 12 pound monthly for the cheapest plan with no add ons

    @giffgaff our network signal has deteriorated and can’t get signal or use 4g even though there is a little 4g. Can you help? I can’t see how to complain about network being down.

    @AndrewRangerMP I just read your report on mobile coverage in Wrexham. Are you aware that Tesco and Giffgaff both use the O2 network and therefore their performance should be no different? Also, Three and Vodafone customers can now use each others network since they were merged
