    @giffgaff u need to sort ur sh*t out. Cell tower in Manc out AGAIN. No signal. I'm trying to register a death & organise a funeral. I missed the registrars call this morning. At least join the 21st century & allow WiFi calling. Moving mine & my families plans.U're too unreliable

    @giffgaff What's the point?so you can tell me what I already know. O2 mast down, beyond our control blah blah blah. Have you ever tried organising a funeral and NO ONE can reach you? Making an already stressful situation 10000 times worse.

    Does anyone have experience on going: Absolutely Ham with a mobile service provider? @giffgaff literally sent me instructions to brick my new phone and now they're refusing to help fix the problem they created. So need some advice for how to get the ball rolling on that!

    @Mykiel_B @giffgaff @O2 Hi Mike, it’s been flagged as “intermittent” on O2’s website all week. The problem is affecting both GG and O2 subscribers, so it’s a network/physical layer problem.
