    @shammi97484481 @giffgaff Dial 43430 option 2 from your phone. Does it say you have a goodybag or allowance? If you are able to as well, see if you can borrow an unlocked or locked to o2 phone to try your sim in to see if it works in there. Check service status in ur area again as they report issues late

    Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

    @ThreeUKSupport I will try when I get home as the signal with @giffgaff still not working after nearly a month , wish I’d have stayed with you now

    @giffgaff hello, are you having some technical issues with payments at the moment? I've had two auto top ups in two days of £10, but there's no way I've used that amount of data in 24h based on both my phone usage and payments on your app dashboard.

    @tashtashanat Listen after my first contract I never again did one. Absolute waste of money, I straight buy out now and use giffgaff

    @giffgaff cannot access my account again. This happens time and again. Ended up being locked out as I thought it was incorrect details I was inputting. But no, looks like another outage. Hopeless.

    @giffgaff Yes several times but they said they can’t help me till the mast is fixed the app says you may have more information by 26th November but how can you leave your customers with no connection for a month ? I paid £10 when I joined , when I’m at work I have no signal all day
