Wild that GiffGaff, Smarty and VOXI are all just major mobile service providers competing for people who just want normal service and no outrageous financial commitments 🤔

Wondering if anyone @O2 or @giffgaff can explain why mobile internet shows as 4G but simply doesn't work in Newport, IW (PO30), and has been that way for about 18 months?

@heatpolicyrich "confusion marketing" is a quagmire. Suppose you'll know apple to apple worldwide's free in facetime audio or video. In UK Giffgaff pay as you go is a cheap O2 network my Tech savy son got me. (Aim: take Erricson £20 PAYG with me always in the winter should I fall in garden)

@RachelOrr I think you can just get a phone…it doesn’t have to have a giffgaff SIM (but check on that). However, GG is so cheap and easy and you can change plans or cancel with no contract. We have both been with them for years and years.
