    @giffgaff @Ofcom giffgaff never clearly informed customers of any specific time limit, such as 14 days or 30 days. This practice is completely misleading and appears to be a deliberate attempt to take advantage of consumers, amounting to unfair practice/consumer fraud.@Ofcom

    @madcow42 @dbcxptures I’ve seen a few say about price, idk about that I just do like £15 a month payg and it does me. But yea I think giffgaff runs on o2, that’s who I was with and yea same absolute ziggy ****.

    @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.

    @Glen11Glen @dbcxptures That sounds fair. GiffGaff could be cheaper by a couple of pounds but little in it. Others have also mentioned the O2 network is pretty rubbish for mobile internet.
