@aliciabernaldo @ChillaxBcn @guardian My provider Giffgaff is going to continue providing 5gb while away, 90pc of users don't exceed that. Tell me what the problem is 🧐🤔

@giffgaff I barely get more than a bar of coverage these days. The network coverage checker says a mast is down nearby, which has been the case before. Can we get it fixed once and for all, please? Might as well go to Three.

@giffgaff VMail does not comply with EA2010 & proves you have phones continually lying about how you provide a service to vulnerable disabled customers is adding to the prima facie evidence of you ignorance of EA2010 #disabledhatecrime

@giffgaff That's kind of disappointing, I've been with giffgaff since 2009 and have several referrals, it seems whenever issue comes up there isn't much customer care, I know you have policies against refunding goodybags but that's probably how you manage to keep the price down to start.

@campbellclaret @kathy_c00l Check the terms of your provider. In the case of mine (giffgaff), roaming charges will apply to usage beyond my monthly bundle which, in practice, will mean data usage above 3gb (I *never* use that much).
