@giffgaff Network constantly keeps dropping to Emergency Calls Only and No service today and is only getting worse. I'm trying to work from home but can't make or receive calls. Can you help advise please?

Hi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

@giffgaff the mobile network run by me really you pay me for this ? bullsh word mobile ney=work ran by imbeciles or no one ran by nobody . just free money for no service literally no support and no signal your price should be a quarter of what it is really . just send the deadlock letter
