    @giffgaff I got a text saying I didn't have any internet data anymore and I should top up my account. I did that and I have still no internet. How can I contact the support?

    @popey @giffgaff I use those on my work line, I think the only difference is you have to have them on a recurring payment but as that's normally a given anyway I didn't see the problem

    @giffgaff why can't I get a 5G signal on my Samsung S21 phone? I have been to a Samsung shop and they have checked my settings. I live in a 5g area and even in Leeds City centre where there is supposed to be 5g coverage I still get 4g. I have a golden bag sim. Please help thanks
