    @giffgaff @giffgaff we tried this it says chat isn’t available and to submit a web form which we did. The service has been pretty shocking so far however. Don’t you guys test the phones?! Apple diagnostics can be run self service these days so there isn’t really an excuse

    I'm so disappointed about giffgaff suspended my SIM card. As a Chinese, I consistently feel discriminated by the rest of the world. I'm trying to exodus to a normal country to be treated like an ordinary earth human being. I just need some basic AI service natively as they are.

    @ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it.     @giffgaff iv been with you lot for 8 years no problem at all signal great 4g/5g great, realised I don't actually use unlimited so I lowed it, now it barley works it's a joke
