    @O2 Purchased a new contract + phone with you last Saturday, picked a delivery day from your slots. Since then have had no contact whatsoever and my O2 account says no purchases. I moved from GiffGaff because I heard you had better customer support. Why?

    @giffgaff I have received an email to say my new SIM card will arrive I thought it was spam today my SIM card arrived, however I am not a customer of yours .... I cannot find a customer services number to contact to discuss fraud

    @dhh FYI looks like someone is using #Rails to help scammers. My son tapped on an ad on YouTube and got subscribed to a pricey service which is hard to opt-out. They already knew is phone number @giffgaff do you know something? #jamster #mgage 1/2

    @giffgaff Hi - I'm trying to activate a new SIM, but I keep getting "403 Forbidden" when I click 'are you sure' (and at other points). Is there a known problem with that at the moment or should I raise a case?

    @marcooth my entire family have been on giffgaff for years but I've never been able to afford to put a phone on my creditcard, but I feel like now would be a good time to do it
