@uk_domain_names @demented_tj Isn't GiffGaff on the O2 network? They do SIM only and have good online (community) support.

@Angel51133622 @giffgaff Giffgaff has never had a call centre. It’s an online based service only. Agents will get back to you ASAP.

  • lfcmossy @LfcMossy (@lfcmossy) reported

@Mykiel_B @giffgaff Thanks for replying. I cancelled it the week before last and the app said that it was all done and I had nothing more to do. It’s just disappointing that you follow the steps on the app and they still don’t manage to get the it right. Very poor service.

@giffgaff How long does it take to transfer a number over to your network? Thanks

  • su_jo @su_jo (@su_jo) reported

@giffgaff GUYS As a regular customer I want to buy from you, not Amazon but your refurbished Iphone X is £529 compared to theirs at £379. Even with your Black Friday "deal" that's a no-brainer.
