    @EverydayKnitter It’s very annoying?! We get 4G here but I’ve got absolutely nothing, not sure when it last connected? It’s giffgaff (so O2) and Si has network so not sure what’s wrong 😬

    @question_dog We can appreciate how frustrating this is for you, with having no service since activating your SIM. Please be assured we are working as hard as possible to resolve this issue and have your service resume, we just don't have an exact time frame for this. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff can you help? My son is not receiving texts off some people, including me and I'm also with Giffgaff. We have tried doing a manual roam but that didn't work

    @Yorksims @Arednel @giffgaff Yes, sorry, I meant if they were available all the time the store is or only from the mobile phone mini shop. They’re available all the time on the tills, just grabbed one but can’t activate it until the morning. The sim is working though (shows signal) so looks good! Thanks:)

    @TeaganTheDog Giffgaff is phone service provider, a MVNO using the O2 network. I don't think they have contracts like networks themselves do.

    @giffgaff Giffgaff Network *not available* for voice calls here. Texts 'waiting for connection' also. NO SIGNAL. WHY? Please help @giffgaff

    @danster62 @lorrainemking @BT GiffGaff is a virtual provider Who's network do they us and what kinda of top level functionality they provide Now the top level provider that has to deploy and manage a network cannot and will not give the same levels of service cutting their own throats
