  @O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.

  Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.

  @giffgaff Absolute scam company. DO NOT use giffgaff. They just mass-banned tens of thousands of overseas accounts (especially Chinese users) with zero warning. Long-term roaming? Suddenly “against terms”. Account terminated. Remaining balance? Gone. Referral rewards? Stolen. Customer service just copy-pastes the same ****** clause and tells you to **** off. These greedy parasites milked people for years with cheap UK numbers, then when it suited them they flipped the table, locked everyone out and kept the money. No refunds. No negotiation. Just pure theft dressed up as “policy”. giffgaff is not a mobile network. It’s a blackhole for your money. Once they decide you’re no longer profitable or convenient, they will destroy your number and pocket every last cent you prepaid. Stay ******** away. There are better options that don’t rob you the moment you stop being useful to them. Never trust this company. Never give them a single pound.

  To be honest, since covid no self respecting person in London has used O2, or the other cheap one. We all use EE or GiffGaff, signal still **** but wayyy better 👌🏿

  @giffgaff site says i can only add credit. i want to buy a plan. brings this up but also wont let me press anything. paypal also not working. Don’t have any other devices.
