When out about it does not work. Wherever, even built up areas, signal is dire. Internet is non-existent! Iβve simply had enough of it

Leesa Wallace (@Leesa_wallace) reported@giffgaff Hi. I used a PAC code to switch my number from 02 to you for 26th April. I cancelled that moments later, as I wanted to do it at a later date. My 02 number seems to have stopped working today but it hasn't ported across to you. Can you help?
