. @giffgaff 4g data in NE3 area has been appalling for the last 48hrs but your coverage page indicates no issues? Voice and text is fine though. Any ideas?

@giffgaff far and away the worst customer service I've had. Sort it out and provide a contact number for when all else fails.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My advice to everybody is get a SIM-only monthly deal like Giffgaff. Much better value, they charge a monthly amount to your card and you can cancel when you want. Buy phone separately.
