@Tankslider @O2 Doesn't surprise me, they’re so used to customer churn they know they’ll just win another defector from elsewhere, and as a good chunk of the MVNOs use o2s network (inc Giffgaff which is owned by o2 anyway) there’s a strong chance whatever you do in a huff you end up paying them

If youre on @VodafoneUK and have had enough of their unreliable network like my relatives have I recommend @giffgaff Been with them for years and no issues.

@virginmedia The apologies don't pay the bills... When GiffGaff had network problems for a day, the gave back the money for the whole month... That's an appreciable apology and a network who cares about their customers
