    @AgiBergman @AnyVan @bt_uk We're with Vodaphone for broadband, but also use different mobile providers. We found Virgin broadband a rip off and EE, due to links with BT, a disappointment. We'd both been with T-Mobile and Orange for a decade but EE/BT sucks. We use GiffGaff, Voxi, 3 & Vodaphone mobile. 😎

    terrible service from @yorkshirebank. Step mum banks with them and can’t receive text messages from them only (they say it’s @giffgaff and GG say not). Codes coming to me, i send on and still the account is locked and she’s getting nowhere on the phone. Time to change bank!

    Hey @giffgaff I've messaged you before about my signal keep dropping to H/H+ or sticking on 4G but not loading any web info. Will it improve in near future with new masts etc..? If not I'll have to move to different network. It has been like this all year, even pre-covid. 😑

    Hi @giffgaff I have had 3x direct debits coming out of my account that I didn’t authorise, there is no customer service number to call. My bank has advised I speak to you. Where can I take this matter to get it resolved? Thank you.
