    @zehrrillz it was down in tn12 area for 48 hours. it came back on at midnight 31st july. apparently someone stole the cables/wires. it affected giffgaff data too xo

    @giffgaff Started a goody bag with you yesterday but have had the sim activated in the phone over 24 hrs yet phone won’t recognise it. Could sim be faulty or is the phone the issue? Bought it from you and it works with previous sim (from Three).

    @O2 My number got ported this morning from GiffGaff and everything seemed ok until I lost mobile & data signal a few hours ago. DMed you as I have a conversation going no reply, tried plane mode, removed SIM, nothing! Can you pls help? I’m flying abroad tomorrow😭

    @giffgaff my sons account has been hijacked and locked so we cannot get access. Would you be able to close it down or at least stop all payments?

    @giffgaff It's only frustrating, I'm unable to do my job while my phone is out of action. 'Not registered on the network' since this morning.
