    @Apple Trying to find out if I can use a giffgaff sim in my new and rather costly phone. Your ‘support’ cut me off. I also understand you will not allow tethering with giffgaff. Why is this please? I am having a bad experience with Apple today.

    I'm in Ireland, but my phone is still connected to a UK network (giffgaff), so does that mean that calls to UK numbers are still included in my free minutes like they normally are?
