    FGS @giffgaff phone app logs me out every other week despite having set "until I log out". Trying to log in (keychain), it first interrupts me by asking "Want to update the app? Options: Now/in 60 seconds"(??). I proceed with login -> "we've sent a verif code to your email"..

    @giffgaff I need a quick help on new sim card cancelling. I already have an activated sim which I only wanted to buy goodbye for the activated line but ended up getting a new line kindly help me revoke the new simcard

    @scotdavid63 Hi David. It can take up to 24 hours from activation for your new SIM services to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

    @santanderuk Following on from my tweet of yesterday regarding contacting yourselves re mortgage I did hang on the phone for ages and eventually it transferred me to giffgaff voicemail !!. Come on Santander I’m trying to negotiate a new deal here I’m not making a complaint (yet)

    @1BenBaller @giffgaff Tried everything, but I’ve been told there is a mast that isn’t working correctly and engineers are working on it but no idea how long it will take to fix, a few at work who have giff gaff are planning on changing networks if it lasts much longer , but for now I’ll keep giffgaff
