    @giffgaff There is. I have told you guys a billion times and your solution was *shrug* try another sim card! I am stuck and unable to call my bank @cibc because your sim card isn't letting me

    @Pearcey_A @asda_mobile @Smitho_4 No refund either. Its fraud. I will follow-up with my bank and get them to deal with this as a fraudulent transaction. I will be moving to another provider. Giffgaff would never do this.

    @giffgaff after weeks of complaining I am now in Portugal unable to make international calls and having my credit card not working means I am stuck and unable to call my canadian bank. WHY CAN'T YOU GUYS HELP

    @giffgaff hi, my number transfer is today and I just checked the app and it’s showing the transferred number. Put the giffgaff sim in my phone and had no access to anything at all. I’m at work and don’t have signal, do I need it for the transfer to work?

    @giffgaff been having connectivity problems for weeks. It shows I have full 4G but it’s as if I have data turned off. Restarting my phone or putting it in airplane mode and then taking it off again fixes it in that moment, but it keeps happening. Any suggestions?
