@giffgaff hi, my data speed has been awful for around 2 weeks now, I’d say slower than standard 3G. Been on the network for a few years and never been this bad. Not changed phone or anything else recently. Any idea what the cause might be?

@giffgaff goodybag package ran out yesterday and was meant to be renewed today, it’s never been like that? Always it’s renewed when the goodybag has ran out so now I have no internet or no service???
