@giffgaff She has. But she finds it hard to follow their instructions. There seems to be an issue with her phone, which she bought from you, but as it’s a bit out of the 30 days they are not being too helpful with a repair or replacement.

@giffgaff Really upset to find out saved voicemails only last 30 days. Why do you not state this in your voicemail service? Looking at the forum it seems like I'm not the only one to unknowingly loose late loved ones voicemails. I'm devastated and furious!
