@giffgaff This doesn’t work. And this is urgent as someone is using my address fraudulently. I need action now. Not in 5 days. No customer service number, appallingly slow complaints process. Shocking.

@giffgaff Thanks, Tasbiya. Have tried for a couple of days, and it's the same, on two different numbers. Also odd that the call gets charged as though it had connected. But I'll give it a while longer, as obviously you're unaware of any GiffGaff issue.

@giffgaff I’ve received a SIM card through the post addressed to someone I’ve never heard of and who doesn’t live at my address. I need you to cancel the sim and remove my address from your records and the potential fraudsters account.

@ProveIt78 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. - giffgaff Emer. (2/2)

@WithaVeeAy The call is connected which means you'll be charged at the standard rates. Are you able to delete the contact, re add it and see if this helps? If this doesn't then it does appear to be an issue on their end. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@MsNMcLoughlin No, that's not a problem at all. You can return the phone in any suitable packaging that you have available, if you no longer have the original packaging. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff I'm having trouble making a call to South Africa. All I hear is music rather than a ring tone, but I get charged as though the call was made - almost sounds as though the music is coming from the SA end. Worked fine until a couple of days back - 2 numbers. Any ideas?
