@giffgaff Hey GiffGaff, got my sim today and have been trying to activate for the past hour. It's not letting me login using my email and I can't remember my member name. Texting 43430 doesn't help. Any suggestions please.

@1BenBaller @giffgaff But it clearly states that on their website that you can cancel a service within 14 days for a refund and he is having trouble getting a refund

Looks like a complaint is needed about @giffgaff tomorrow to @Ofcom unfortunately Giff Gaff have breached contract and are now refusing a refund, I have tried and tried to stop all this action being taken, but as they continue to ignore, I have been left no alternative

@Mark_Antony_3 @JoshBond94 @giffgaff You will need to wait for a response from an agent given the provided timeframe. Telefonica will be unable to assist as support cases are managed differently.

@tescomobile @giffgaff Didn’t let me know the card expired, wouldn’t let me update payment details. This is for my mum’s emergency phone, so it’s crucial that it works in a pinch.

See if @giffgaff will be slow in refunding when threatened with legal action, which will involve damages, court costs, solicitors fees. Could easily be over £1k but if they would comply it would be alot cheaper

@Jennife20404667 @giffgaff Customer support has responded and like with every case, they need to time to investigate and respond adequately.
