    @giffgaff Doesn’t get to the root of the problem though. And it doesn’t help prevent it happening to others who may not be as savvy and may fall for it. @Ofcom

    @giffgaff Yes have tried this and they not able to refund me so I can continue with my plan ..but I feel I should be reimbursed something as never heard of data costing that much didn't even give me chance to get on my gif gaff account to restart contract

    @jnoley @O2 Do what I did when they out it up I terminated the contract and moved to @giffgaff same network cheaper price and if you're still paying for your handset that continues no need to change the way you pay for that

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

    Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.
