    Just wish I got signal with @giffgaff on my estate, they’re the only network I’ve not had customer services issues with EVER but not receiving calls isn’t really an option any more 😭

    @giffgaff seriously giffgaff!!! I contact you as a matter of urgency and express the issue and request for you to change my number because it’s not working from my account and get told do it yourself!! Wow!! Think it’s safe to say bye giffgaff! Absolutely appalling!!!

    @giffgaff Hi. Long time customer. I just ordered a 5G sim online. As I did this through my account, I assume the sim will be my current giff gaff number? Or do I need to do something specific for that to be the case?

    @giffgaff yes reset my connections before & it makes no difference, 10 minutes walk down the road (without resetting) I get 12+ Mbs (just checked it now)
