@Yorksims @Carolin71106072 @giffgaff There is nothing new near to the house that we can tell but I agree there must be some sort of issue and i dont think for a moment both phones have gone strange at once.

  • scathach72003 Skya Mcleod (@scathach72003) reported

@giffgaff No help at all. Seriously how can you leave disabled people with no communication for a week, then try to fob them off further

Is not an issue and affordable given we’ve been doing it for years with no issue for both @VodafoneUK and @giffgaff ! The longer this drags on the more money that goes to other networks. Plus the less chance we will all stay with @O2 as they just don’t seem interested. 2/

@Sarojkawatra1 Hello there. We completely understand your disappointment, but would advise that you please allow 24 hours for your services to kick in. Should the issues persist after this time frame then please get back in touch, and we'll help you further. - giffgaff Tasbiya

Has anyone else been experiencing very bad signal on Giffgaff lately? I have 4G+ in Glasgow city centre but the internet pages don't or take ages to appear #giffgaff (can't even attached a screenshot to a tweet, it won't download)

  • RoamingRay RayB (@RoamingRay) reported

@LauraKing14 @giffgaff Been a SIM customer for a while - no complaints. Was about to upgrade my ageing handset, don't think I'll be considering them for it, based on your experience. Hope they take responsibility.

@digitachrist @giffgaff Hi Christopher, did you have any luck? We have been left with no phones for a week now. And the response from these people was absolutely awful. Still have no sevice

@giffgaff Now I have a new message! A big lesson was learned today; When push comes to shove, I cannot rely on GiffGaff. Never known a company that doesn't want to take a customer's money, interesting business model! Need to look for a new company for the 6 family phones I finance.

  • LauraKing14 Laura Gibson (@LauraKing14) reported

@giffgaff Bought phone from you in August under warranty. Last week I took it out of my bag flashing red hot and had to cool down in freezer. It then turned off. Sent it back to you, you've told me I have to pay £519 to fix it or £15 to send back broken: standard practice?
