@giffgaff absolute disgusting service from yourselves and the repair team. Informing us by letter that my 12 year old had damaged his phone - does this go for my Dad with the same phone, he is 66 years old. Couldn't admit responsibility, think trading standards 😡

I didn’t want to change mobile provider. But I was told this was the only way I could keep my service bill at a level I could afford. I was very happy with the PAYG service I had from @giffgaff, and did not want to change, but it was that or a surcharge.

@OnePlus_UK When are you going to fix the issues of no 5g showing for the oneplus 8 pro, the n78 band is supported, 02 aka Giffgaff is a network woth 5g, but still like numerous other networks & owners of this phone complained on the official forum, you're ignoring the issue time

@EE if your network is best in UK as you claim, why does my wife’s phone display a G or H with your SIM card, but a 4G with Giffgaff ? We live just a few miles from Oxford city centre so we are not in the middle of nowhere.
