    @benno44775 @giffgaff Thanks.. much appreciated. I had no service to text anything. Luckily the issue was resolved mid afternoon. It was just the lack of info from giffgaff saying that they had an issue!

    @VodafoneUK Thankyou for getting back to me, still no service. I don't have another provider as such, it's just a spare unlocked phone I once briefly used a PAYG Giffgaff in..do I still have to get a PAC code?

    @giffgaff I have had no signal on my phone for days, I’ve just bought a new phone thinking that was the problem but I still have no service. I’ve checked service in the area and it’s fine. Can someone help?

    @ThomasJAshwell Yikes. We'd recommend trying to get logged in, using a different browser and device Thomas. If this doesn't help, try using your membername instead of your mobile number and vice versa. Also ensure there are no VPN's enabled when trying to log in. - giffgaff Jeanette
