    @giffgaff @O2 Dear both,I have(yet again)been experiencing no 3G despite having 1.8GB left for this month. I get a message that says ‘your iPhone is not connected to the internet’ whenever my 3G is on. Please tell me this is not a repeat of the widespread issues like last month🙃

    As a regular traveller in the EU, I will have no option but to change network from @giffgaff (The phone - a Moto G6+ running Android Pie - can see the networks, but all are "Forbidden".

    Really P'd off with @giffgaff Have just returned from France where, for the third EU trip in a row, my SIM would not connect to local networks. Roaming turned on on my phone. Roaming turned on on my Giffgaff account settings. Have posted on the Community, but no solution.

    terrible customer service @giffgaff ported number to you on Thursday and no calls/texts since then, no customer helpline to phone and zero response from your 'agents'; seems to be an ongoing problem and you're just hiding it away in your 'archive' section
