    .@Eurail is having serious issues with their customer support. 37 days to get a reply. It probably makes more sense to shut down the support centre and do the giffgaff model of community support at this stage.

    @giffgaff hi I am currently in San Francisco. Internet coverage when roaming has been poor. Any suggestions? It's also used £10 pd of my credit.

    @SMARTYMobileUK went to dumfries&galloway + south ayrshire and your signal was SHITE looking forward to a mediocre response - wished id have stayed on giffgaff now - what a con your network is!!!
